Michelle is a great Pilates instructor! She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy which makes each class fun and challenging. I think I say that was the best class each time. I love the difference in my body as I become stronger. Simply the best! Highly recommended!!

Love working with Michelle she tailored the pilates towards me. I started when i was 3 months postpartum it helped a lot in my healing after birth I am now 7 months PP I feel way more stronger and flexible Michelle really challenges me as my endurance has gotten better. I love her knowledge about pilates, yoga and your form on the machine. I really enjoy it.

Michele is a wonderfully gifted teacher. Her knowledge of which muscles should engage in each pilates position is extensive. But it is her intense focus and her generous attention on each individual student that makes her such a special teacher. She has developed an intuition that enables her to find just the right way to guide a student through a movement, resulting in optimal success and improvement..

I’ve been taking private lessons with Michele for about 6 months and have loved it! I’ve been to reformer studios before but never private lessons and it’s been so worth it. Michele takes the time to understand what you want to work on, is knowledgeable, modifies the workout if needed, and is a really encouraging and calming presence. This has been a workout I look forward to and want to stick with - I feel very fortunate to have found Michele in Melbourne!

Best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had!
Michele explains each move with detail and compassion. She instructs what muscles should be engaged as well as which ones shouldn’t. She is mindful of various ability levels and offers modifications accordingly. Michele cares about her clients and encourages growth over perfection!

Pilates with Miss Michele has been an amazing experience for me. As a competitive swimmer, my body is used to having a lot of muscles moving in all different places at all different times. I started Pilates summer of 2021, and Miss Michele was very encouraging right from the start! She gave a lot of detail with everything I did, gave exercises to help my injured shoulder, and also gave me some eating tips to help me have more energy whenever I was working out. Within about a year, I was able to drop time significantly in almost all of my races, and I feel that most of it was from Pilates with miss Michele. She also customized workouts to fit the strength of my body, not only that but she made Pilates something that I really enjoyed, and was worth all of my time. Because of Pilates with Michele, my body has never been stronger, and I would have never pushed myself this far in what I do in and out of the pool.

Michele is very encouraging, easy to follow, and gives several modifications along the way to build your strength over time. I started Pilates in the Loft completely uncoordinated and weak but I'm amazed at what I can do now after several weeks. I appreciate the focus and simplicity of the class time. I highly recommend!

Easy to follow & peaceful, did not offer instructions requiring expertise skill sets! Advanced and beginner modifications were demonstrated to the class. I appreciate that because some positions I could follow without modifications, and others not so much! 😬
Overall, I would highly recommend Pilates In The Loft, West Melbourne, Florida

Michele is a dedicated and caring instructor regardless of your level of experience. She provides modifications to both increase or decrease the level of difficulty to help tailor the session to the individual. She challenges her students while always being encouraging at the same time. I've gained strength, balance, and flexibility taking classes with her. She'll motivate you to do your best!

Whether in-person or online using Zoom, Michele's Pilates' classes are the BEST! They've been instrumental in increasing my overall strength and mobility, and have helped with healing from running injuries on more than one occasion. Michele takes the time to give detailed instructions for new moves, and she gives cues to help those moves make sense. I love that she provides modifications for most of the exercises, making her classes great for participants of all abilities. I can't imagine doing Pilates with anyone else!
