Pilates has evolved over the years into numerous practices under the name Pilates. You could say pilates has almost become synonymous with Pilates. Practicing and studying Classical Pilates at Pilates Miami Shores gave me foundational principles and ensured I developed good habits so that in any class, on any apparatus, my form is not only safe but efficient and effective. With Anna's unwavering focus, expertise and commitment to teaching my practice, coordination, strength, posture and perhaps most important, the confidence I move through the world, has improved in a way that I never experienced in over 2 decades of yoga practice. Michal's classes are challenging and with her queuing she makes the impossible possible. All the instructors at Pilates Miami Shores bring years of experience and dedication.

Anna, Michal, Daphnie and Erica are all excellent, patient, caring and fun teachers!! Anna’s Pilates expertise comes from years of study and practice through the lineage of Joseph Pilates’s original students and instructors. Anna and all the studio’s teachers (Michal, Daphnie, Erica) keep classes interesting with variety and highly personalized instruction whether in person or via their hybrid remote classes during the pandemic. I highly recommend Pilates Miami Shores.
