Stacy is an awesome instructor. I'm taking both private and group classes with her. She's very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. She takes the time to know your body and works with you to meet your goals. I highly recommend Stacy for your Pilates journey.

Be prepared when you attend this class. *t truly is a no nonsense experience that if you allow it to happen you will walk away from the class feeling accomplished. Stacy packs enough into the hr or so that we are there. It is a full body workout.
While she is very serious about the concept of Pilates she teaches with a tolerance for all types of people and corresponding levels. Likewise she is responsive to needs of my fellow classmates and is a true professional. I highly recommend this class!!

Stacy is simply THE BEST! At age 72, I had never done Pilates before. I started with five private lessons with Stacy. She was patient, kind and so encouraging. I then joined a group doing chair Pilates that Stacy teaches twice a week and I always look forward to it. The strength and balance I’ve gained over a three month period is nothing short of amazing. I foresee that I’ll continue to attend Stacy‘s classes for many years to come. She’s truly been a blessing in my life.

Stacy is an incredible Pilates instructor! She has an excellent eye for observing each person's needs and offers thoughtful accommodations to make every session feel personal and effective. Her instruction is clear, calm, and fun—she creates a positive, welcoming atmosphere, and the hour flies by. You don’t even realize how much of a workout you’ve gotten until the next day when you’re suddenly aware of muscles you forgot you had! I love being in her class—she’s truly amazing. I highly recommend Stacey!
