I wanted to learn Pilates, especially Reformer training, and finally went for it at Pilates on Fifth. I just finished with a series of private sessions and they were amazing! I'm ready for group sessions now. I'm seeing results in such a short amount of time and very grateful to the amazing staff. My instructors have been Kylie and Jen. They're so energetic, patient, and extremely supportive. I'm happy I took a leap of faith and enrolled with their studio!

It was my first visit… I waited 15 min for an instructor to show up and unlock the door! Once inside, I was informed that the class THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR,…. was cancelled. No one called me … or the 2 other ladies waiting with me….to let us know. No apology was offered either. Not a professional establishment

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. The space is clean, inviting, and has a calming atmosphere that makes working out enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Jen, our instructor, who is truly phenomenal. She has a way of making each class both challenging and fun, and her attention to detail ensures you’re always using proper form. Jen’s positive energy and personalized approach keep me motivated and excited to come back every time.

I cannot recommend Pilates on 5th highly enough! From the moment I walked in one year ago, I felt welcomed and supported by everyone I interacted with. P5 has created an environment that is both encouraging and empowering, making it the perfect space to focus on physical and mental transformation.
The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about what they do. They prioritize individual needs, always modifying workouts to suit each person’s abilities while gently challenging clients to push themselves. Their focus on proper form and technique ensures that everyone gets the most out of every session, safely and effectively.
Beyond the physical benefits—which have been remarkable—I’ve also experienced a profound mental shift. The workouts help me feel grounded, energized, and more confident in my body and abilities. The positive energy and sense of community here are truly unmatched.

What a gem! This was my first experience with Pilates, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From day one, the staff and instructor at Pilates On Fifth were incredibly welcoming and supportive, guiding me every step of the way. Pilates feels like a unique blend of strength, body awareness, and mental focus. I highly recommend POF program – even to guys who might be a bit skeptical!

So glad I found a Pilates on fifth! Instructors are great. I like that they will teach modifications to the tougher movements which allow you to keep progressing without frustration. The staff is welcoming and really show that they care about you.

Dave Bryan is an awesome trainer! Since working with Dave, I have become stronger, more flexible and healthier. Even some of my physical issues are like plantar fasciitis and sciatic pain are greatly diminished. Dave is an experienced professional instructor who can help you reach your fitness goals and tailor your workouts to accomodate your physical limitations. I look forward to each session because I leave with a feeling of accomplishment, renewed vigor, and peacefulness. What more could you ask for?
