We are a boutique Pilates studio located in West Palm Beach, Florida serving clients from Wellington to Palm Beach Gardens. We bring health, happiness and well being to each and every client – from a simple mat class to a personalized private session in a fully equipped studio. Our instructors are of the highest caliber and have undergone extensive certification programs and continuing education in the field of Pilates. Our goal is to learn your story, your style, your vision; then design a Pilates lifestyle that fits your needs.

I have been going to Pilates Studio 1 for private sessions for 5 years. Not only have I increased my core strength which was my goal but it has also allowed me to adjust kinks that may be bothering me at the time. If I’ve overdone gardening and my back needs extra attention we work on that. I am thrilled with what I’ve gained at Pilates Studio 1

I’m really enjoying my private classes on the apparatus with Denise. I’m new to this and she is very patient. As another reviewer said, it’s a very zen discipline. They also have mat classes. I highly recommend this studio

Exceptional boutique studio, instructors. After decades of strength & interval training & then Pilates in a premiere national health facility in Boca, there’s no comparison in instructors’ expertise, personalization & implementation of my goals for mind, body (esp core) connection, healthy more beautiful posture, muscle lengthening, range and more.
