Step into a boutique Pilates space unlike anything else in the New Tampa area. At PTF, we believe movement is power—and Classical Pilates is the method that unlocks it.
Our studio offers a welcoming space where each session helps you reconnect with your body, correct imbalances, and build strength. Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method and using Gratz equipment, we bring authentic Classical Pilates to the area for the first time.
Whether you're recovering from injury, cross-training, or improving mobility, you’ll join a community of strong, inspired go-getters who value quality movement and real progress.

I’ve recently started here at Pilates Time Fitness! Three classes in and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve learned more about how to control my body with in this class than any other Pilates classes I’ve taken before. The instructor Mrs. Chantall Estapa pays great attention to each of her students.. she is a master at the art. She’s teaching me how to move through my bodily imbalances and correct them over time with these classes! If you’re on the fence about starting your Pilates journey.. no more! I typically don’t write reviews, but Pilates Time Fitness deserves a shoutout! I started with a few private classes, which were so helpful, and now I attend reformer and tower classes twice a week. Pilates has strengthened my core, eased my tight back, and Chantall’s guidance and small adjustments make a big difference. I started with Allison and both she and Chantall have been amazing. The studio is calm and welcoming, and every class leaves me feeling taller and less tense. Highly recommend if you want to move better, improve mobility, and get stronger!

This is Breast Cancer Awareness month so I believe it is important I write a few words that may help other women. I am recovering from breast cancer surgery/bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction. Training with Chantall at Pilates Time Fitness, has helped me recuperate my mobility and regain my muscle strength/posture. The road ahead isn't easy and it will take a few months. But with every class I'm improving. Thanks to Chantell's training and support I am confidant I will reach my fitness goals which in turn will help me live a stronger and happy life and God willing cancer free.

Chantall's Classical Pilates expertise, her knowledge of anatomy and her eye for detail (not to
mention her amazing personality) has changed my life!

I am a 78 years woman with arthritis, scoliosis, 2 degenerated discs, sciatica pain in addition, I have been told I need a knee & hip replacement. You could say I was a hot mess. Bending over to paint my toes or buckling my shoes was pure agony! I could not drive my car for more than 30 minutes without pain, on top of all that I have Epilepsy.
Through research and a keen eye, Chantall observed which movements triggered my seizures. With that knowledge she was able to create a plan to work my (hot mess ) body while still achieving the full pilates experience along with optimal results.

Today I am able to do things I thought I would never be able to do again without pain. My posture has also changed dramatically. With Chantall's watchful eye and explicit instructions, I am now aware of muscles that I never knew I had. I have learned to use these muscles for that which they were intended. Unbeknownst to me, I had no idea I was taking the easy way out by using the wrong muscles for the results I wanted to achieve, which in turn created more stress on my body.
I was like an old a car, I needed alignment.

"Pilates's is complete coordination of mind, body & spirit"
This was truly the alignment I needed. Thank You Chantell.

It didn’t happen immediately, it took time. I slowly started to feel a difference. I was consistent in my endeavor with the help of Chantall cheering me along.

"You feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions, you have a completely new body in 30 sessions".

As Chantell says "In 30 days you will be reformed!"

My Pilates Journey with Chantell has been more than I could have ever expected. She has truly changed my life & will continue to change it, for which I will be forever grateful.

Chantall is excellent and her Pilates studio is beautiful. I was new to Pilates and my back and neck have a lot of issues to be addressed, but Chantall is working with me to get everything resolved.
