Front desk staff is so rude! refused to give me directions. I was stuck on the elevator because I didn’t know I had to be sent up to the 6th floor given that the man at the front desk I asked didn’t tell me and when I came back to ask about it he was so rude and loud.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude! I didn’t even get in because a tenant threatened to call the cops. I was so polite on asking him directions on how to get to the 6th floor and he was extremely nasty. He has a thick accent, he’s black and with glasses. I will make sure no one else comes back here because having to deal with that is insane and then he lied and made it seem like i was the aggressor. You guys should really get a hand on the front desk management that clients interact with because he was disgusting.

Wowow I loved my 8am reformer + props class with Adriana. It was intimate (3 students) so Adriana could give individual attention and coaching. She took us through a great series of movements that were deliberate, doable, and challenging. And she’s wicked smart, explaining the benefit of certain movements.

Of note, this small studio was confusing to find as a first-time client—go up the parking garage elevator to the building’s outdoor pool and gym on the 6th floor. They only sell grippy toe socks at $25 per pair.

This business is highly unreliable. They canceled the class literally at the last minute, completely disrupting my schedule. I left home, drove to the building, paid for parking, and went up to the 6th floor, only to find out the class had been canceled. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

This has quickly become my favorite Pilates studio in Miami! Every instructor’s style is different. Which means you can pick and choose depending on what you feel your body needs in the moment.

Monica Cedar in particular though? She’s extremely intuitive (as well as highly experienced) and is able to adjust her approach to meet you where you are. Amazing instructor and person all round!

Best pilates studio I've found so far! The instructors here are the BEST. They really go out of their way to work with you and help your practice flourish. I've pretty much tried all of the instructors at this point, and they're all good. Which makes fitting their classes into my busy work schedule so much easier. Because I don't have to tailor my workout schedule around one specific "good" instructor. Just pick any instructor, and go! I love this place, can't recommend it enough.

I began doing private post-partum Pilates here with Emily and never looked back! She is a pool of knowledge and always is able to keep the classes fresh and innovative. Thanks to this place I have not only learned to work out more efficiently but also to work in a better alignment, flexibility and length. Every activity I do while I am awake has Pilates and now in my 40s I feel better than ever.

In my experience, pilathon is a place that beats any other place because of the precision in which the muscles are engaged. I am finally back at my favorite Pilates studio after
major surgery. I have been going to this studio for years and honestly can say, that after thinking I would have to settle after living in LA and NYC, this studio has it all. I have been going to Pilathon since March 2014 when it first opened it doors. Pilathon is a hidden pilates studio and it is the BEST Pilates studio in Miami. I was one of the first clients and I still go to this day and rarely miss a class. I look forward to my weekly class with Emily. Emily really knows her stuff and is always learning and knows so much about the body and how it moves. She always remembers any issues you have and looks for way to fix it using Pilates. Pilathon is a superior Pilates studio in all respects. From the quality and expertise of the teachers to the variety of simple to advanced classes to the fact that there is a beautiful view instead of being stuck in a windowless basement. I can’t recommend it enough. If you have never tried Pilates, this is the place to get your feet wet. And if you’re looking for a challenge, the advanced classes always have variations on exercises that I have never tried before. Emily Bench, which is the owner of Pilathon, and the Pilathon team have changed my life. I came with a sever pain in my neck, I couldn’t do many things in my usual routine for more than 2 years, and I have tried many PR along the way which didn’t help me at all. Starting in baby stapes with Emily a year ago helped be to believe in my body again. Today, a year later I can say that I am able to do almost everything I couldn’t do before. This is a one of a kind studio. Super innovative classes such as Pila-row (Which combines pilates movements to prepare for rowing) and rowing on a high end Rower. The class Abs-O-Glutely earns it's name. All teachers are highly skilled and focused on client results. I've done privates with the owner Emily which are out of this world. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how fresh, relaxing and vibrant the place is. The teachers and staff are friendly and unpretentious, but most importantly, they know their stuff! Extremely qualified and knowledgeable, the teachers are there to help their students from beginners to advanced, giving individual attention to each one because the classes are small. Their sunset yoga classes are other-worldly, outdoors with incredible view of the sunset from the rooftop.
