PITYFitness stands for "Prove It To Yourself". At PITYFitness, we help individuals and families build lasting health through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. Owned by Chelsea—ER Nurse, Army Officer, and Certified Personal Trainer—PITYFitness focuses on proactive health, not just quick fixes. We offer personal training, small group workouts, and youth fitness education to make wellness a family priority. Our goal is to simplify fitness, support your goals, and empower you to take control of your health—no matter where you're starting from. Small steps lead to big change. I absolutely love her as a trainer and personally. She is always positive and encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I can’t recommend her enough. If you haven’t got on board with putting fitness first. She is a great place to start. She will push you to new levels physically and will be the best cheerleader along the way.

My daughter trained with Chelsea over the summer in preparation for her high school tryouts (softball) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Chelsea, being a former softball player herself, was able to work with her on arm strength, conditioning and core stability, while keeping the sessions fun for my daughter. My daughter just made her team and she couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Chelsea!

I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea and PITY! From day one, I have felt welcomed and supported. I have taken group classes from both Chelsea and Crystal as well as personal training and macro coaching with Chelsea for over a year and have had great successes in my health & fitness.
They are both not only extremely knowledgeable about fitness and training, but also patient, encouraging, and kind and ensure everyone is moving safely & effectively.
In Chelsea’s 1:1 training and macro coaching, she takes the time to tailor workouts & nutrition to everyone’s individual goals.
What makes this gym special is Chelsea herself—she truly cares about her clients’ progress and well-being. She’s become more than just my trainer; she’s become a friend. The atmosphere in her studio is positive, motivating, and fun, which makes it a place I genuinely look forward to going to.

I started training with Chelsea in March and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. I had chronic pain under my right shoulder blade for at least 2 decades, and PT never really helped. I feel so much stronger all over and I can now work full time with NO pain (I'm a Dental Hygienist)!
I look forward to my sessions every week, idk how Chelsea does it but she's always got something new for me. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I highly recommend PITY Fitness!

I love working with Chelsea. She holds me accountable and is easy to talk with about anything fitness- and nutrition-related. She not only creates my monthly training plan, but also consistently checks in with me to make sure my plan not only meets my goals but also that I’m enjoying the workouts. What an amazing class!!!. I’ve attended six so far. Crystal is so knowledgeable and works with your level of fitness. Small class sizes allow for a more intentional hands-on workout. The studio is quaint, comfortable and trendy. I love the fact that you can reserve your class ahead of time online. I highly recommend joining. You truly have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

I can honestly say Chelsea & PITY Fitness has changed my life & likely extended it! I have always hated the gym but wanted to better my health through exercise. I signed up for private training sessions with Chelsea & am nearing the end of 3 months with her. I am honestly blown away at how I feel, look & that I find myself looking forward to my workouts! I feel better, I am stronger & this is the first time I have ever stayed consistent with working out in my life. Chelsea makes you feel like family. She truly cares about her clients, she pushes you but in a safe way making sure you don’t get hurt, she encourages you & helps you achieve a healthier you! Chelsea is absolutely the best! I had been wanting to hire a personal trainer for a while but felt a bit nervous about the idea of 1:1 sessions with someone new. From my very first session, I knew Chelsea was the perfect fit for me!
I’ve been strength training with her for over six months now, and it’s been a total game-changer. In the past, I struggled to stay consistent with working out, but Chelsea has made it not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. She’s always attentive to my needs, customizing each session to ensure I’m progressing at the right pace while keeping things fun and engaging.

I knew for a while that working out would benefit my overall health. But I put it off. Intimidated to go to a gym… afraid I’d hurt myself… convinced I was healthy enough bc I run. I heard Chelsea’s name from friends over the course of several months. I kept saying I’d reach out…. And kept coming up with reasons not to. My only regret now is not having contacted her sooner. Chelsea is kind, she’s smart, she’s funny, and most importantly she knows when and how to push you to help you reach your full potential. My husband and I both in our sixties have been working out twice a week with Chelsea for 3 weeks. Being that neither my husband or I have done any working out for years and both having bad backs we needed someone who could help us to get in better physical shape, but also understand our limitations. Boy, did we find the right person in Chelsea. She not only has had her own back struggles, but really puts together a plan that works for our individual needs. She is helping me to stand without using my hands to push myself up, as well as standing up straight and my balance. Bottom line I can already tell and feel a difference. She is amazing!

Chelsea is amazing! I met her during one of the hardest times of my life last year and decided that it was time to get back to taking care of me. She listens, she cares and she will push you to reach your goals. Her classes are great, but 1:1 training is where it’s at for me! She also does macro coaching, she is a huge help to understanding nutrition as well. PITY just added a barre class that is great.

Chelsea knows what’s up! You tell her your goals and she creates a plan that helps you reach and surpass them. As a runner she has helped me strengthen my core, posture and ankles…you know, all those things that don’t like to hold up on a long run. Chelsea's group classes are challenging and fun. I have been working out with her for a few months now and I have lost a solid 13lbs, which I difficult to do around the holidays. I also incorporate a focused food plan and it gives me the flexibility to still enjoy the foods that can be trouble for us all on this healthy journey!
