Page was so awesome in handling the confrontation that happened to day,when a stranger butch woman walked up on me as I was working out to try and fight me in the gym for no reason.... disturbing my workout...the guy in the purple jacket and glasses was escalating the matter and was very unprofessional in his dealing with the matter as of he was friends with the abuser.... The guy in the purple needs to be fired . PGE needs a promotion for how she handled things ...

Always empty paper towel holders on the floor. At this moment one station is empty with both paper towels empty. Do the employees ever walk the floor to check this? You need little service buttons at each station that somebody can press to notify employees since they don't pay attention.

After visiting other PFs in North Carolina, I have more respect and pride for this location. Great location, very clean, lots of empty space to move around without being on top of others. Staff is more friendly than other PFs. Glad I joined this location.

I usually put my head down and gym. No complaints at this planet fitness ALL! Friendly and helpful staff and have never had any issues with any other members. 5 stars all around for energy this gym provides for members like myself

Oh my days. I love this place because it’s easy to get to, being in the middle of the plaza and all. The people here are great with customer service. The place is clean and works quite nice, I just hope to maybe see some more machines.

The gym is great and staff is amazing. My negative review is that the gym is not enforcing people to wear shoes. I saw a lot of people wearing crocs which I think is NOT safe. I’ve always been an advocate for safety everywhere.

We have recently had a bad experience here at this club .me and my wife have a 12 year old special needs child who likes to come with me my wife and my 13 year old daughter to this location so my daughter can train for upcoming cheerleading season..he likes to support her and believes by his presence there he is..he has been to this location several times just sitting at the table up front playing on his phone bothering no one ..if someone needed to sit he would kindly move he's a people pleaser.. yesterday as me my wife and daughter was training we then got seeked out by one of the club associates saying if he wasn't 13 he had to leave..me and my wife responded by saying he's not bothering anyone he's just sitting there ..so the associate called the manager then proceeded to tell me and my wife the same thing saying that if someone wanted to sign up there is no where they can sit.. mind you there is two tables and a long table area up front if my son saw someone needed a seat he would kindly move....so my wife had to take him out the club with him being upset because he thought he did something wrong..so me and my daughter where there for like 40 min and I observed not one person came to sit at the table nor did any new members come in to sign up..Soo all this was for nothing

Great, quiet place to work out. Cool, clean facility. The only problem is that they close early on weekends. Instead of closing 8pm-10pm, why not close around 11pm or 12 midnight on weekends???

I’m a proud member of this amazing gym, and I can’t get enough of it! Every visit feels like a thrill because the space is so expansive and immaculate. The staff is incredibly professional and always ready to help! Just the other day, I had a question about one of the new machines, and the front desk team jumped right in without missing a beat, giving me a hands-on demonstration. Plus, thanks to the generous space, it never feels crowded, making each workout a fantastic experience. I genuinely look forward to hitting the gym every time!

The center is great but the customer service at night can use some work.. gym is clean and most of the equipment is new and taken care of. Machines and things break down or pipes start leaking from the roof but their management does a great job of fixing things right away

I was a member of a different gym but they changed their hours and it was no longer convenient so I switched. I love this Planet Fitness. Never too busy when I go, always clean and organized, equipment is always functional. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hydro massage is wonderful. Definitely glad I made the switch.

Decided to add to this. About two months into my membership I tweaked my back kinda bad and was having a hard straightening up and walking. I went to my chiro and it helped a little but was still uncomfortable. I did a round each of the massage chair and hydro massage two days in a row and it worked so well. So yeah, definitely glad I joined.

Poor maintenance. Picture date 1/16/2025 11:30am.
Air always uncomfortable. When speak to attendant, he replies “air condition control by head quarter. We cannot change temperature.
Today in men’s room it was too cold and on gym area it was not pleasant.

Never had temperature problems at other location in Apopka on OBT.

Update: today on 2/12/2025 this cushion replaced.

Not much to say, came in on a 1 day pass didn’t get a tour of the gym, just walked around to find stations i needed and worked out and left. I was looking for a new gym to call home but wasn’t offered much here so I’ll keep looking but if you just want to get started and don’t do research it’s a new place with a lot of ppl depending on the hours.

The work out machines are unit to this gym. I enjoyed them cause they worked out your muscles without hurting your joints. The location is clean, smells good and the staff is very friendly. Also the plaza that is located have good shopping stores and dinning.

Planet Fitness is a joke I called to cancel 2 months ago, the system was down I was told to call back , I tried and no one answered. I was charged for last month then this month again. Well today they finally cancelled my membership even though the assistant manager claims it can't be cancelled over the phone. What a joke I do not recommend at all.

What makes a great gym? Staff that go above and beyond to ensure you have a great visit. Paige(Mgr) is professional, friendly and if you have any issues she is the "go to person" and gets the job done. Austin is very friendly and is always asking "is there something else I can do for you"? Last but "my favorite" is Yalisa! She truly does have the personality that any gym needs at the FRONT DESK. She is personable, witty and always has a smile on her face. She can endure my sarcasm and takes it with grace.
I look forward to my little chats on the way in and out during my visit. Affordable, super clean and amenities are top notch.

This new Planet Fitness is huge! So much space and great equipment all over. Love the TRX section and the spa area as well! Every time I’ve come it’s pretty empty or at least feels that way thanks to the space available! Clean and new can’t complain!
