Not allowed to use guest pass here without the main member being inside at the same time even though corporate says otherwise. My husband and I take turns coming in since we have three kids. I'm not paying for childcare just to go inside a gym. You have any idea how expensive childcare is to leave them with some stranger? No. Never. They actually said he can even just sit inside at the front if I need to go in. You think anyone want him sitting in the front with a six year old, a one year old and, a two month old baby screaming and him losing his mind just for me to go inside and grab a shower. Tried cancelling for over two years because of this issue and since they all just generally suck. Was sold the membership after being told that we can take turns coming in and then have had nothing but problems since. Have never been allowed to cancel no matter what we do. Corporate says it's allowed and a guest under black card shouldn't be given a problem coming in regardless of the other person being there or not. Corporate can't cancel the membership. Sent the letter to home store still can't cancel. Tried cancelling in home gym nope. Tried cancelling at another location nope. They ended up switching which home gym we had at random. Tried cancelling there nope. Tried blocking them at chase bank nope. Can't remove my bank or card from file. Tried downgrading member so we're at least not being forced to pay so much for it nope. Just forced to pay for a membership we don't want so we just use it for showers when traveling while still getting an issue like this at some. Such a waste of money. We have the family membership for the YMCA for a regular gym.

Amazingly good facilities, and good ventilation as well which is really important in Jim's and they keep things good and clean most of the equipment will work with telemetry watches for health tracking or your apps on your phone...

I recommend the premium membership as silver sneakers pays for most of it and then it's just a little extra each month...

One of the smaller locations but still a lot of equipment that well maintained. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and as long as you don’t go between 6-8 pm it’s never too busy. Plus it’s conveniently located right next door to Winn Dixie so you can workout THEN grocery shop (or class the street as you leave to get a emotionally earned fast food recovery meal lol)

I signed up when I was pregnant like 3ish years ago out of convenience being across the street from my house. But this location is wonderful. Staff is lovely. Equipment is well maintained. Clean locker room and showers. And it’s hardly ever crowded which is great. No complaints. Love it here.

Please address etiquette with all of the high school kids that are now sitting on equipment talking to each other or on their phones for long periods of time. I waited for 2 separate machines in the 30 minute circuit room where this happened. I should not be able to get done with all the other machines while they have sat there the entire time not working out at all. I hope this is not a new trend for summer.

The club manger is awful! I had genuine safety concerns and was told I was not allowed to come back ! The staff is extremely rude , weights left everywhere, the floor is always soaking wet ! I would highly recommend trying another gym and better company as whole !

Andrew and Vishnoo were very down-to-earth, friendly and have a chill and relatable vibe about them. They were super helpful in questions I had about memberships and perks and specific in-house equipment.These guys deserve a raise! Stellar performance.

Side note: The only criticism I have for this location is the broken sanitizer machines in men's room and lack of proper ventilation for this and almost every other PF location I've visited.

This is not my home gym. I was just passing through and I ran into one of those weird franchise differences that wouldnt affect locals that knew about it, but that didnt stop the staff from going out if their way to deliver above-and-beyond customer service. I revel in the irony that the assistant general manager's name is Kelvin because "Kelvin" denotes sub-zero temperatures, and the service he provides is anything but. My family and I went to this gym for over a year. They had no heat over Christmas holidays through new years cold snap. It was so cold that the employees wore coats, hats, gloves, and had space heaters up front. We made a complaint because I have health issues and a disability, but never heard back from the manager that we requested. We finally after making complaints about other cleaning issues in the gym, we checked in and the person at the counter stopped us. He said I hear you have complaints we need to discuss. I had never seen this person and had know idea whom he was or tile. The next day the manager Paige finally called and said that I refused to speak with her assistant manager. She then said you complain to much and you and family are no longer allowed here. DO NOT go to this gym they do not like the disabled or elderly. I called the main company and they seemed concerned about all this. They said they would have someone call me but this never happened.

PF has added new machines since I last was a member. Some weight machines have a timer tracking your reps and time. Pretty neat! Still hate the no phone policy especially when on call during a workout and wish they had free weight bars but otherwise getting it done with what they have.

I’ve been a member for around 3 years and it has steadily improved each year. I usually go in the AM during the week. Machines are clean, upgraded, and plentiful. Employees have been the biggest improvement. Previously, it was a drag to interact with the employees w questions and assistance. Now, they are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I’m happy for the direction it has turned recently. Great way to start my day.

Love this gym been coming for a year and a half now, I noticed that there is going to be new equipment coming in, may I suggest that we get a set or 2 of weighted ropes? Positive experience. Everything was clean. Everyone was friendly. I came as someone's black card guest (I'm a former black card holder) All machines were well kept and in working order. More machines than when I went to this location many years ago. They even let me trial the Hydromassage bed as a guest. Definitely going to get my black card again and support this particular franchise location during my weight loss journey.
They do a lot of stuff via their app so if you aren't tech savvy make sure you ask for help.
