The manager is genuinely one of the nicest, most caring, and most informative people you’ll meet. The entire staff matches that energy—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. One thing I really appreciate about this gym is how spotless it is. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN—and everything stays in great working order. It’s rare to see anything out of service.

I even take off my headphones just to say hello and goodbye because everyone here is that warm and respectful. It truly makes the whole experience better.

I joined Planet Fitness for the advertised amenities — massage chairs, tanning beds, and a functional locker room — but most of these have been out of service for months. Every visit, I see the same “Out of Order” signs, yet the membership price stays the same. The gym itself is clean and the staff are friendly, but when half the advertised features are unavailable for this long, it starts to feel misleading. I hope management prioritizes fixing or replacing the broken equipment soon, because members deserve the full experience we’re paying for. At thos point the "out of order signs" deserve there own membership.
The official answer is I dont know and go somewhere else.

If you’re looking to use the amenities like hydro bed, tanning etc don’t go to this location. It hasn’t been working for weeks and no clue when they will work again. You have to go out of your way to other locations if you use the extras. Not worth the membership! The management doesn’t care and there’s no way to contact corporate. Management wants you to just keep calling back to find out if it’s working yet. Also they don’t keep it clean! The equipment like tanning beds are always dirty!

I've been going to the new fr Pierce planet fitness since it opened. The staff is very nice and friendly. Over the last week I have not been able to use the benefits of my black card to tan. When I asked staff I was told "it's not available at this time". I know when I use the section it's not very busy. Is it possible the the black card section is shut down to save money? If something is really wrong why not be honest about the issue..
Of course there is no way to contact a corporate office person help with issue

Poor experience was unable to workout with my son. Was asked for a school account for verification. I explained he was homeschooled and he was not allowed to workout. No sense of understanding from the staff. This is the worst customer service

Kevin at the front desk is out of pocket and out of control. I've caught bro staring at other gym bros way to long in the locker room. Like enough for me to leave a disgusted review. Gym is nice and fresh but the employees are under trained and over powered. Kevin be walking around critique the way people are dressed and steady staring at people too close while lifting like he looking for problems. Definitely doesn't feel like a 'judgment free zone'.

'Manager' of the place Kevin, is by far thee most disrespectful employee of any planet fitness I've ever been to. I've been to over 40 locations and this guy is constantly harassing me and other guys that go to the gym on petty things. Not even allowing us to lift until we address ridiculous things like jewelery, shirt content, type of head phones. Bro even told me I can't bring my own skateboard inside and lock it in my locker. Like what's next, no car keys?

I like working out early mornings: no crowd, most of the machines are available. Unfortunately... something is going on with massaging chairs: it's one or another issue every time: either crazy cold/broken AC, or, like today, hydromassaging chairs required personal attendance of assisting personnel: "self-clock-in" machine didn't work.
Other than that: I love the place! 💕 😍

Honestly, this is one of the worst planet fitness’s I have ever been to. They are rude, unpleasant and overall very unhelpful in situations that cause distress. I ended up in a physical altercation after reporting to the employee’s that someone was in the bathroom cutting hair. After the people were confronted, the lady who confronted them threw me under the bus directly in front of them. After that, they bum rushed me and landed a few hits. Once I was able to break away from the dangerous situation, I went to the front and requested them to call 911. I couldn’t dial on my phone as it was dead and I had just had a physical altercation. They told me they, “couldn’t do anything because they didn’t see it happen,” and let then assailants walk out free with no repercussions. Thank you Malik and Jenny for allowing a member to be physically assaulted and then doing absolutely nothing about it.

One of the best planer fitness facilities I have been to. I have been to many all over Florida this gym has a very friendly staff and is keep clean. They do there best to pick up after the lazy ones who don’t want to put there weights back etc. the hydro massage beds are one of my favorites.

Went to try PF for the first time. All the extras are what attracted me to the membership, especially with it including tanning. I went to use the “free pass” and see if I would want to sign up. At the end of my workout I wanted to try the tanning bed before paying the yearly fee and signing up but I was denied and told that I’m not allowed unless I sign up and pay for it. I pulled up the waiver online stating “my participation… including, without limitation the exercise equipment, classes, programs, instruction, lock room, TANNING, red light therapy” etc…. And that waiver is signed for my one time pass to try out the gym. The two employees at the front desk including the general manager, Kevin, were rude. The woman was awful and I don’t understand why I couldn’t use the amenities when it clearly states that the pass covers that. Obviously, I don’t care to sign up now. The customer service is awful and the point was to try things before locking into a contract. What a waste of time.

Nice gym, very clean. Good selection of machines. My only issue is no closed caption on all the TVs. I don’t like to be connected via headphones but I can read. Please add closed caption to all your TVs, especially Fox New Channel. TY. I will edit my review with 5 stars when I see the change.

My husband joined the black card brought me in as a guest . I wanted to try the tanning booth was told I’m not allowed . If I’m a guest and can’t experience the whole gym what is the purpose? And to think I was going to join lol . Bad customer service . Also ,asked about trainers to teach you the machines was told they don’t have any. It’s a come on their website .DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this gym… edited : to the owner it’s bad business to not be told that . While joining no one was even there to help us you have no trainers that applied to your gym to help show the machines, and yet when I went online it states that! Your staff told me to go to another gym if I wanted that! That should have been my flag right then & there BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If any at all

Basically called about being overcharged for the past 2 months of me barley being a member and got spoken to rudely and hung up on 2x 😊 and lied to about no one else being available to speak with when I called the third time some other you g lady took my call after the fact that I asked to speak to someone else and the rude person told me there was no one available. No longer coming here and highly encourage others to do the same. It’s ridiculous amounts coming off my bill and if I wouldn’t have caught it nothing would of been brought to my attention.

I go to the Fort Pierce(North), FL location which I love! This review would be a five star but…..Lately I’ve gone in and the place is just a mess! I know people suck and can’t even throw there garbage away even though there are garbage cans everywhere, but the staff is just sitting up at the front desk playing on there phones doing absolutely nothing about the mess. Literally there is just water puddled up by the fountain/bottle filling station, people actually have to walk through it to go to the men’s bathroom (lawsuit waiting to happen). Management SERIOUSLY needs to do something about the evening/nighttime staff. Management should be utilizing those cameras to see the staff sitting on their butts doing nothing. It’s sad the other staff that comes in behind them has to clean it all up, I hope they get more money to compensate for the extra work they have to do to get the place cleaned up! This is a brand new facility with new equipment, it sure isn’t going to last long at this rate. Management DO something before you lose your good employees and are only left with the slackers that allow the place to stay trashy and disgusting. Overflowing garbage cans, water on the floor, garbage on equipment are an eye sore and no one wants to go to a filthy gym. DO BETTER!!

Our favorite PF location on the Treasure Coast of FL. The people working there are kind and helpful, never impatient. I'm well over 70 and just started the PF habit recently. I have lots of questions and the folks there are the most patient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Finally is open yay! 🙌 Everything is brand spanking New, very nice facility quite large. All the machines you need are relatively similar just upgraded smoother equipment. I've been a planet fitness member for over 6 years now it's absolutely a great gym to be a part of I love the hydro bed and I love the new massage chairs that literally tilt you over. They are so worth it. I experienced the new thing called the wellness pod, my honesty suggestion I wish they would have just added another massage chair the wellness pod it's really not that beneficial They could have just added this for free in the waiting room or something.It's great and informative and educational but not in meditative space at all, It basically A tv inside this pod vertically which streams content at low resolution, drone videos you can experience online, it would be way cooler with a 360 immersive experience or a virtual reality headset then you're really immersed in it, this machine gives surround sounds and releases a scent in the air But with all the bright lighting everywhere and the loud noises how can you relatively meditate here? You cant, just my 2 thoughts. They could have used that space for another massage chair that would of been amazing! My favorite area of the 30 minute is perfect.Exactly.The same kind of set up as everywhere else except the lighting is inside of the ceiling part where green light means go and red light means no they've got a great area for core body and lifting n t r x area, So there are so many pluses, a lot of upgrades and definitely just a great gym! Finally closer to home not 30 minutes away by car I can actually ride my bike here for more activity. Thank you guys!!!!
