This location is a bit messy. I still get decent workouts, but some basic rules need to be enforced. The mess comes from irresponsible users, not the staff. The bathroom is clean. Still, regular staff walkthroughs to keep the gym in order would make a big difference.

Ok this has been happening to many times. On the weekends this location is supposed to open at 7 am but they’re late, sometimes we make a sacrifice to go early and then go to work or whatever. But no one is there to open, can you please fix this issue, thanks

This gym is always clean and the staff is very helpful, especially when dealing with billing and accounts. Lauren was especially helpful when I was being unfairly overcharged and did a great job fixing the problem.

Adding onto my earlier review, I wanted to highlight an experience I had with another associate named Liah, I came in admittedly upset that I was being charged for something I was not aware of. She did a great job explaining everything to me and helped me with the massage table even after I was a little obnoxious. Excellent service that keeps me coming back.

Le había dado 4 estrellas a este lugar el cual visito con frecuencia ,pero hoy día le doy 1 estrella y porque no me permite menos,y aclaro es una critica con el ánimo de que mejoren👍 pues hay muchas maquinas rotas,el piso sucio,los muchachos de la recepción siempre están distraídos q ni te saludan en su mayoría.🙄

My husband went to this planet fitness to cancel his membership. A young man working there with medium length curly hair black length, short, and with tattoos, he did not get this name. He got angry at my husband and refused to provide service. After he asked for another person to help the worker got mad and invited my husband outside and tried to hit him/fight him multiple times. Safe to say me and my family will never be coming to this planet fitness or any other of this is who they decide to hire.

I want to be compassionate and fair, especially because the staff here is truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. The cleanliness of the gym is impeccable, but there is a serious maintenance issue: many machines are out of order, the water fountains are broken, and there are no mats available for aerobic exercises. Consider this a friendly warning. This is how businesses begin to decline, and it would be a real shame for that to happen in a place with so much potential.

I’ve been going to this gym with a guest pass from my boyfriend for a while. Normally I don’t have any complaints the staff is generally friendly except one. Staff member named Henry is the most disrespectful and unhinged employee I have ever encountered. I happened to be around when an altercation occurred with him, another employee, and other gym members. I’ve worked in the service industry for a while and it’s safe to say I have never YELLED at the top of my lungs to a paying customer or in the case a gym member in my life. Now I may have been a bystander in this case but this is not the positive energy this gym stands for.

After being a member for over 10 years, I am left with no choice but to cancel my membership and consider joining LA Fitness just a few doors down. I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent changes at this location, which has lost its appeal as a comfortable and welcoming environment. It is no longer "shy-girl friendly" and has become overcrowded, with minimal space to work out.

The new signs plastered all over the walls restrict members to lifting weights in a single small area, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a packed club. This is a poor decision. A more effective solution would have been hiring additional floor associates to manage and restock idle dumbbells, rather than inconveniencing members with designated lifting zones. As a gym member, I should be able to lift weights wherever there is open space.

To make matters worse, the management's negligence is evident—there has been vomit in the same spot for the last three months, just 15 feet from where the signs have been placed. This neglect speaks volumes about where the business prioritizes its resources.

I cannot understand how a company of this magnitude makes it so difficult to cancel a service. This has not only cost me time and frustration, but also money that I cannot recover. It is truly a disappointing and dishonest experience. If you're thinking about subscribing, I highly recommend that you be very cautious and think twice before committing.
