This particular Planet fitness is a great, accessible, and very helpful place if you want to get into a healthier lifestyle/physique or building it better! The Staff are very friendly and supportive, especially Dani, Angelia, Niki, and all the other staff along with the awesome fellow gym goers you meet during your workouts in there aswell. All though I will say, there hasn’t been a great internet connection in that particular plaza as of recently, so just make sure to download all your favorite tunes and podcasts before hand and you’ll be sure to have a blast working out in there. Go get healthy!!

I’ve been coming to this Planet Fitness for a few months now, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and even during busy hours, I can usually find what I need without waiting long. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special mention to Isaura. She’s always so positive and welcoming, and she really goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable. We typically see her late at night since the gym's 24 hour schedule works great for us and she's always up-beat to see us. It’s hard to find a gym that feels this well-run while being open this late, and this location really nails it.

It is sad to see a great gym deteriorate so fast, the locker room practically became a homeless shelter, the manager, Danny made kept on making false promises through her employees to remove the homeless person, she refused to meet with me. Previous manager, Diego would have taken care of this on day one.
Update, the regional manager called me the day after this review was posted, we had a very cordial phone conversation where he promised to take care of the issue that same day.
About a month later, the homeless person is still there, I attended his picture..

I went to the gym when it opened years ago, and I stopped going for a while. I started going again recently. The machines are updated and are always functioning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are not a lot of people at the gym so the wait time to use the machines and weights is not long. The gym is always clean. I have no complaints. I recommend the black card you could bring a guest for free every day. Use the massage chair, massage bed, and tanning bed. You can also use any Planet Fitness location all over the USA.

Quiting today .since day 0 i been using crocs for upper body training and shoes on leg days the staff let me know today that i can't use crocs for first time and i went to talk to the manager Dani she didn't even have the courtesy of let me train today so i can bring shoes tomorrow i had the black card membership. So i changed to LA FITNESS better gym and Friendlier staff and management with common sense, (update) btw LA fitness doesn't have a problem with Crocs.( reply to their answer) good 👍 thats why i quit paying your membership and move to LA fitness. Keep it that way . (Planet fitness feels a lot like a cult im glad that i changed gym )

I don’t like this planet fitness not because of the staff ( they very nice and the place is clean) but because of people working out there. They leave weights everywhere, even in places that you should not even find weights in. Like behind the racks, like how do you put weights behind the racks? That does not make any sense, you will find dumbbells in between treadmills! While working out , one person can be using an insane amount of dumbbells. Why? I was using a bench, when I went to switch dumbells, a kid just threw away the bottle of water that was on the bench to use it. I was surprised.

Honestly one of the worst gyms I’ve been to. Nothing is ever clean, machines are always broken, the locker rooms are always dirty and stinky. The worst part is the amenities they offer are phenomenal. I love what they offer for recovery and tanning, as well as red light. And they make canceling your membership the hardest thing possible due to the manager leaving at 2pm… make that make sense, the most important role for a worker at the gym and he leaves at 2pm.

I needed a gym for 3 weeks while I was visiting family. Planet Fitness gave me great options (multiple locations), and a great rate. I especially appreciate the customer service I received...staff was super friendly and informed me of my best option given my specific situation. Clean gym. Sometimes there were a lot of people and the machine I wanted was in use (that's true of any gym though), but it was otherwise a great experience. Far less hassle than the other gyms I visited trying to just work out for 3 weeks. Thank you. I recommend 👌

I met the 2nd and 3rd shift crew.

The gym is nice. It's the the people. To many campers. People will sit on equipment forever. They will sit there and use their phone. They text, talk etc and stay on a machine forever. What is terrible is this is not even when it's crowded. For an actual 20 min worth of exercise I spend more than an hour because waiting for machines.

Zero hot water for showers or washing hands. I'm pretty sure they don't even have a water heater because in 30 minutes of letting it run, there wasn't even a hint of warmth. And the shower drain didn't drain, so after my cold shower, I was ankle deep in cold water.

Then, both hydromassage tables were out of order. So don't go here if you want to take a warm shower and relax after your workouts.

I asked the front desk about it, and he just shrugged it off, saying, "I dunno." I asked to talk to the manager, and he just said, "She's in the back." There was no attempt to get ahold of her.

Good thing I'm just passing through this area. Worst pf I've seen so far.

The Gym has been renovated, but is still super disorganized. The people who attend are rude and leave the weights out of place As if they were the only ones who use the gym. It’s big with plenty of equipment and clean bathrooms.i can imagine it gets really packed earlier in the day but I go at night, around 11pm and there’s decent amount of people. First and last time we attend. We carry a bag with gym extra equipment (cable attachments, wraps, foam pad), no food, no clothes, supposedly its policy, we were told that we had to lock it up in a locker and can't carry a gym bag in the gym. First gym this has ever happened, and will also be the last time as well. We go to other gyms and wanted to try PF because it's closer. Not worth it. Also, supposedly for security which is ridiculous, since anyone can walk in through the doors and do anything, no real good reason, also no other gym has this ridiculous policy.

el gym en general tiene lo que necesito y por muy buen precio, pero quizás por la falta de personal nunca me han ayudado indicándome por donde empezar y como usar ciertas maquinas algo que supuestamente esta incluido en mi membresía, fuera de eso solo recomiendo ir con paciencia ya que es normal que quieras usar una maquina y haya una persona sentada en ella solamente con el celular en la mano por grandes periodos de tiempo.
