I always hate leaving negative reviews considering the staff is usually the ones that take the blow, but if management is reading this, I want to make it absolutely clear that my issues with this gym have nothing to do with the staff. The staff here are kind, welcoming, they walk around to make sure things are okay to the best of their ability, and the greet me every time with energy and a smile. 10/10 staff.

However, I used to come to this gym when it first opened and I come here whenever I’m back in town. It feels as if management just stopped caring about this place. The machines are disorganized, about half of the machines are broken in one way or another, the people who come to this gym have no manners, no spacial awareness, no considering to others or the equipment, the dumbbell racks are usually empty because people take the weights an just leave them anywhere they want, when there ARE weights on the rack, they’re disorganized, there are groups of people who take the liberty to do classes here that take up a large portion of the gym for an extended amount of time, today I went in and there was a “class” that just left dumbbells on the open floor for at least an hour without anyone touching them, people slamming weights for no reason, the building is too small for a gym this size, and the gym-fluencers who take up equipment posing for their followers is aggravating. It should be a simple process for everyone, but any time I go in there, it’s one headache after another. Thank you for adding more cardio machines, though.

Staff has all been friendly and the gym is clean and comfortable. Only issue is, it seems there is no hot water in the showers. I’ve asked the front desk a few times now and no one has had any input. I come on my lunch break and the ice cold shower is enough to push me to another gym :(

This isn’t my closest Planet Fitness, but it’s definitely one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. However, it’s been months now and two of the three Smith machines still aren’t working properly. The middle one is extremely stiff, and the one on the far right has been completely out of service for a while. Mind you, there are only three Smith machines here, so there’s currently just one working properly.

For months they’ve also been promoting that new gym equipment is coming in, but all they’ve done is move machines around. Let me also add that talking to the staff does absolutely nothing. The machines will sit broken down for months, and it doesn’t speed up the process of getting them back up and running.

It’s frustrating because this location is clean and has potential, but the lack of maintenance and follow-through really brings the experience down.

This gym is very organized, clean and has plenty of equipment and machines. The staff here is also super helpful. I was also helped by Leandro the manager and he was super friendly and professional and went above and beyond, making sure I felt welcomed in the gym and assuring me if there were ever any issues in the gym to let him know immediately.

This location is a bit far from where I live but the difference in the quality compared to closer gym's is a night and day difference and it's definitely worth the drive.

Responds: Thank you for your reply. While I appreciate the offer to discuss my concerns via email, I believe it’s important for the experience of all members to be shared publicly. The issues I’ve mentioned—such as the lack of equipment maintenance, the inconsistency in gym etiquette, and unaddressed management concerns—are ongoing and affect everyone, not just me. I no longer attend this gym and I don’t want to come back there again. I’m just happy I don't have to work out there anymore.

My experience at this gym has been overwhelmingly negative. In the evenings, it tends to attract a crowd that often disregards basic gym etiquette. Equipment is frequently left all over the place, and it's rare to find dumbbells or fixed barbells where they belong. Many members choose to occupy multiple machines at once for only them to use, making it difficult for others to complete their workouts.

A major issue is the behavior of some patrons. I've witnessed and personally experienced instances where simply approaching or using a machine that appears unoccupied leads to aggressive confrontations or intimidating remarks. The environment can feel unwelcoming and even hostile at times, especially for those just trying to stay focused on their fitness routine.

Unfortunately, management has not been helpful. The general manager has come across as evasive when concerns are raised, and follow-up is often inconsistent or entirely absent. There appears to be little accountability from ownership, and recurring issues like equipment misuse, missing items, and poor cleanliness are rarely addressed in any meaningful way.

For the price, this gym simply doesn’t deliver. Other fitness centers in a similar range offer better amenities, a more respectful community, and a safer, more professional atmosphere.

First problem, the equipments here need to be replaced. You can hear the metal grinding in the smith machine, and the cables on the cable machine are all worn out, when are these going to be replaced??

Aside from that the members are no better at putting their weights back, I know that’s not a staff problem, but I think there can be someone that’s on the floor telling people to put their weights back.

Moreover, those trainers that train like 5 people at a time, what is that? They hog the smith machine all day. There’s something suspicious about these “5-star reviews”.

This location is always clean & the staff is welcoming, specifically Ana. I had to come in to ask a question about my membership and billing and she assisted me. She readily offered assistance and her positive attitude made the process go smoothly! If I could give more stars, I would!

I had a fantastic experience at this gym, and I have to give special credit to Mateo for his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided helpful advice, and made me feel comfortable right away. It's clear that Mateo cares about the members, and his positive attitude and professionalism really stand out. Highly recommend this gym, especially for the excellent customer service!

I tried to cancel my membership today. Of course, I could not cancel my membership. I was told by staff the only person who can cancel my membership is the manager. Which I can’t because they are clocked even though they are still there. I asked what time I can come back tomorrow. I was told before 2pm. They only do cancellations Monday thru Friday before 2pm. Not weekends. Which I think is inconvenient for the customers who work 9-5 jobs Monday thru Friday. Terrible service for people who work full time jobs.

Les escribo para expresar mi profunda preocupación por el estado actual de las máquinas y pesas en el gimnasio. He notado que varias máquinas y pesas presentan signos de óxido y falta de lubricación, lo que dificulta su uso y afecta negativamente la calidad de mi entrenamiento.
Específicamente, he observado que las barras de bíceps están oxidadas y no giran correctamente, lo que impide realizar los ejercicios de forma adecuada y segura. Esta situación se repite en otras máquinas y equipos, lo que me hace cuestionar el mantenimiento general del gimnasio.
Considero que el mantenimiento adecuado de los equipos es fundamental para garantizar la seguridad y eficacia de los entrenamientos, así como para prevenir lesiones. Por lo tanto, solicito que se tomen medidas urgentes para solucionar estos problemas y se realice un mantenimiento preventivo regular de todos los equipos del gimnasio.
Agradezco su atención a esta queja y espero que tomen las medidas necesarias para mejorar la calidad de las instalaciones y garantizar la seguridad de los usuarios.
