Unfortunately mens bathroom smells strong of urine, much of the equipment need small adjustment and maintenance. Clear shower doors are a little strange. Dumbells are often missing or put back in wrong location. Other than that it's a decent place. Could be better with just a little upkeep.

Hoy con pena fui a cancelar mi suscripción pues vendí mi casa y me voy de Homestead. Fui atendida primero por un joven que no me dio solución y pedí hablar con Kamila. Esta Srta me atendió con mucha amabilidad, muy profesional, le expliqué mi caso y le comenté muchas personas decían que cancelar la suscripción en ese gym era horrible pues siempre llegaban cargos adicionales y que yo no quería tener esa mala experiencia. Ella me hizo la cancelación indicándome no recibiré ningún cargo adicional e incluso me dijo que si por algún caso me cobraban la llamara personalmente que ella se encargaría de hacer que me devuelvan el cargo.
Muy profesional, siempre con dulzura y una sonrisa y con mucha empatía.
Felicito al gym por esa trabajadora. Me voy muy agradecida por su atención, esperando no tener que molestarla de nuevo. Asimismo una vez me instale espero poder suscribirme de nuevo.

My husband and I are from PHX and have visited a lot of PF all over the US and this one was a mess!!! Nothing was racked. Weights everywhere and no one was cleaning the equipment. So disappointing. The 2 females working were beside themselves with the amount of work it was going to take to clean everything up! It was a free for all and disgusting! Definitely not the PF culture we love to work out in!
