This is the best PF in the JAX area. Clean, friendly staff, new facility, never over-crowded, very good (new) equipment. The staff here do a great job... Always working to keep the place clean: that includes everything: the equipment, the locker rooms, the facility. I drive further to use this location because of all these points.

New, clean and spacious! The machines are spread out in a way where you don't feel like you are working out right next to someone; which is a huge plus. The Black Card Spa is pretty impressive - it even has it's own vending machine for tanning lotions. I really enjoy the Hydro-massage chairs for muscle recovery, and the tanning beds are spacious & high tech. I will be referring my friends to this location. Staff so far have been helpful and friendly.

Always the location I go to now. The manager is good at making sure things get cleaned and stocked. Sometimes they need paper towels but not often. One of the cleanest locations I've been to, as well.

Clean palce and equipments. Friendly staff. Don't forget to take a look at the PF app so there are a variety of workout videos. The only thing you'll lose is some calories in addition to the extra weight 😉, so don't hesitate to join the club.

Planet fitness as a company has the shittiest monetary policies when it comes to billing their paying customers. I didn't choose some idiotic subscription service so you can gather how I feel about receiving a late fee for a gym, after the fact that this was set up as auto draft. I actually worked for ABC Financial and should have known from the start how this was going to be a billing nightmare. Luckily I used a bank account specifically for being billed by Planet Fitness because I had my suspicions.

Also their Application only lets you sign up, there is no way to cancel a subscription. And they bypass google play payments systems.

I came for the 24 hour access, leaving because Planet Fitness can not get their crap together after years of billing mishaps.

Love this location. It’s not super crowded yet, always clean. Staff is great, except for whoever plays NOTHING but Disney music EVERY WEEK DAY between 3:30-4:45ish. Straight to jail.

This location is very awkward feeling as it’s never busy everytime I go and on top of it being empty most of the time the way the layout is, the desk is facing pretty much everywhere so it feels like your in the spotlight, just not really ideal and had to come to this location a few times because my preferred one isn’t 24 hours like it should be. The red light machine room doesn’t really have anywhere other than the floor to set your things/clothes down or hang a bag like other locations. The hydro massage is a newer one than other locations, but it’s so much more harsh on the sore muscles even on the lowest setting it was too painful for my sore muscles but the older ones from other locations are soothing. The bathrooms also don’t have sink space to set things down to wash hands. When they first opened they had employees at the desk that didn’t understand English, so couldn’t really ask questions about the new things. Overall I don’t like this location at all and I never leave feeling good. Just doesn’t feel homey like the rest of them- feels empty/spacey and uneasy. One plus is the workout machines are all new and updated. I don’t think I’m coming back. I’d rather drive to a farther location.

I just signed up today at this new location. I appreciate the laid back vibe when I went to sign up. Christian helped me with all the membership details and helped me find my routing # and bank info from my phone. It really was super simple. I even used the new red light therapy bed today. I have used red light therapy before however nothing like this beast of a machine(also vibrates while standing). Thanks again Christian ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time here. I'm a Black Card member and go to PF's all over the country. The staff is friendly and engaging. The men's locker room was clean, I don't think all of the lockers have even been used yet. Plenty of hot water but the first shower limits you, the second one over allowed me to get as hot as I wanted. Stools and electrical outlets in the lobby for business, WiFi and recharging. This is obviously a very new facility as it was not busy at all. If they maintain the level of service I see then I expect that should change quickly.

Best planet fitness I’ve been to thus far, and I’ve been a member for over ten years. Great location. It’s off of a side street off of an intersection, so I’m hoping it stays a hidden gym for a while longer. The other locations I go to get way too busy and you have to wait for equipment. Has not been a problem here so far. Everything is new and updated to that’s always a plus.

Best planet fitness set up I’ve been, I travel for work so I get to see and workout at a lot of planet fitness. They have a lot of mirror so you can see how your form looks like while doing an exercise. Friendly and very clean gym! Thank you!

Happy when I saw this location open since it is the same distance as the one I currently go to, but was looking for one a little bigger and updated.
New location so everything is very clean, but they did a great job with layout as well. Very spacious and even when packed I don't think it will feel crazy overcrowded.
Will be switching this location to my main location after visiting for first time today.
Equipment pros-
6 Smith machines
Glute bridge machine (finally!)
Smaller free weight section has decent weight assortment, not just the smaller 5- 20 lb Dumbells
4 larger cable towers and more options in functional training area
Few minor cons -
Bathroom has very limited counter space, sinks have almost zero space. I know I am not only person carrying at least water bottle maybe small pack nowhere to set down while washing hands. Or if people are coming before work etc one counter in locker area.
Wish there was at least 4 glute abduction/adductor machines, those are always a popular machine and with both combined into one machine more chance they are being utilized
