He enjoys his work and always shares his own fitness experience.
Honestly, he’s the most helpful trainer I’ve met so far. I really hope he gets assigned to another Planet Fitness near me one day.

Once they install regular lockers, I’ll bring it up to a four star - had to get one of the staff members to open my locker because it didn’t work and it’s not like he asked me to verify the contents first, so unfortunately theft can be very easily achieved

I used to enjoy visiting to work out but management is not doing their job. There are two many private personal trainers coming in between 5am and 7am. They are training groups of people, taking up space and hogging the machines.

My experience was shit. I've been a member for over 5 years. Today when I went I took my son who came to visit from Argentina. And when I approached the counter to ask to let him in and show him the place so he could like it and sign up, a dark-skinned guy named Steve who was working at the front desk told me no and that I had to pay 20 dollars. Which made me think about looking for another gym and leaving the place... and that's what I did.

I have moved out of state, and I have been trying to cancel my membership over the phone for 3 years. I have been getting billed for 3 years for a membership I do not need. This is a complete and total rip off. I know this is Planet Fitness policy nation wide but this needs to be changed. They make it hard to cancel so they can collect free money and it’s not right. I called again today to hear the same thing I’ve heard for the past 3 years. I want my money back and I want my membership canceled and will never make the mistake to sign up to a dump like planet fitness just to be scammed into recurring monthly payments.

Im amazed about how passionate I am about leaving this review. There’s this one worker, you can’t miss her, her hair is curly and very fried, and her roots are grown out. She is probably the rudest person I have encountered at a planet fitness. Asking a simple question I could immediately tell she’d rather get back on her phone than help me find a machine. Sorry for asking you to do your job??? This “no judgement zone” motto must not apply to the workers. It’s impressive how much someone can make you NOT want to keep going to the gym. Just steer clear of her, unless you want to feel unwelcome! The other workers though I have had a great experience with, and I will continue to look to them for guidance on my workout journey.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to speak up about my experience at this gym. While the facility itself is great, the General Manager, Tatianna, is extremely unprofessional. I witnessed her loudly berating an employee in front of guests, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. The team member was so embarrassed that she walked to her car and broke down in tears. Seeing this, I went over to her and handed her my business card, offering her a job. No one should be treated this way.

Her appearance was unkempt, showing up in dirty pink shorts while representing the brand. Leadership should set a positive example, not diminish the experience for both staff and members. Until this issue is addressed, I will encourage others to reflect this concern in their ratings.

I informed the staff every month for the past 11 months of the mold in the women's restroom. It has only gotten worse. I was told there is a work order, that it is complicated, it is a lease but yet they don't know who is responsible for the cost. Most operating leases have a provision in the contract that defines repairs/ maintenance responsibility. Mold can be extremely dangerous as some species of mold are very toxic. I am being sarcastic but the sign that says you are not a mold maker is a lie. You not fixing the issue when it was small and allowing mold to grow makes you a mold maker!!! All I have to say is do better plant fitness! Do better!

Weights are a bit outdated compared to other planets i have been to. Used a barbell and the weight about fell off the end. Other than that just a bunch of old guys trying to intimidate others...but the stafe was friendly and it was very clean.

The gym itself is great and not usually too busy. The staff is either nice or just really indifferent haha. The reason I rated it so low is because it constantly stinks like sewage. Sometimes it’s so bad it actually makes me feel a bit sick to my stomach when I’m working out and breathing heavily lol. I’ve stuck it out because of the affordability and convenience, but it’s a big enough issue that I’ve been looking into some other gyms in the area. :\

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Planet Fitness at 5470 W Sample Rd, Margate, FL 33073. The treatment I received from their staff, a fresh-looking white woman, was not only unprofessional, but also humiliating, and led me to the decision to cancel my subscription after 9 years membership.

During my recent visit, I stopped by an alarming lack of interest and care on the part of the attendants. I was out of the country and lost access to my card because it had been cloned, making it impossible to pay the monthly fee. When reporting my home work I was advised to leave it to resolve here and continue using the normal member club. At this time none of them have shown any willingness to help me or resolve my concerns. I was practically kicked out of the place by this very disdainful attendant. I felt disgusted. I was treated with disdain and indifference, which made me feel extremely unwelcome and disrespected.

The impact of this experience was profoundly negative. I entered Planet Fitness with the expectation of a friendly and supportive environment, but the behavior of its staff completely shattered that expectation. The lack of professionalism demonstrated was unacceptable and left me deeply humiliated.

It is disheartening that such an experience could occur in a place that prides itself on being a judgment-free zone. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my membership at Planet Fitness.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and resolve the issues with your team to prevent future instances of such poor treatment. No one should have to experience what I went through.

Extremely rude, as well as false advertisement. I have never been to a Planet Fitness before and wanted to try it out. On the website it states you can use a free day pass. The woman at the desk told me that isn’t true and I have to pay 20 dollars. After 5 years of still coming here and also trying LA Fitness which is very expensive and has old machines from the 80’s, if I can give a 10 ⭐️ to this gym - I would. Cardio machines are less than a year old and the place is very clean, aside from the friendly staff. Very clean and friendly staff. This Planet Fitness is convenient, spacious and has the equipment most people need for a really good workout. Nice club with self-locking lockers out on the floor and it has all the normal PF equipment. The 4 star is due to the gross piles of caked on dirt behind the weight racks and equipment. Also, they only have 1 stability ball. Handicap stall in ladies bathroom is out of order.

Open and airy feeling with the floor to ceiling windows. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and equipment seems to be well maintained. The only thing I can comment on is there should be more fans,especially where the weight equipment is. I do like the big fan over the treadmills and elliptical equipment but there should be some fans over the other equipment areas. I do like the lockers in the exercise area with a code you make up.

Brandon was so patient, kind, and professional when I had trouble linking my app to the club! Can you figure out that it is my birth year that was in the database incorrectly and fixed it so I could scan myself in. This gym has a staring problem ...

I just had got my black card and was ready to work out with my wife at first things were ok but then i went towards the back where the hand held weights are and thats where the starring started.. for a while it was going on. now hear me out im a guy that takes critisism with no shame at all id rather someone say" hey this is the right way " then someone whose just ganna stare at me like i have a diformity or something ..... and its my first gym ...idk ill try again tonight and see what happens ..... lol sheesh just starring into my soul men ....

Terrible experience today. I checked in did my work out like I usually do Mon-Thurs and 1 hour later was walking back to the locker room to be rudely and loudly yelled at by 7 employees and one appeared to be a manager stating we needed to check in. My friend and I were very confused as we previously checked in. One of the employees proceeded to say if you leave you need to check in. We both said we never left? We just came from the treadmill! Looks like the joke is on them because they wanted to appear as if they are attentive to the members coming in and out in front their manager but now all 6 of them clearly showed they don’t pay attention! Horrible service and embarrassing to me a member being yelled at by 6 employees who CLEARLY were at fault and NOT paying close attention.
