I usually come here with my girlfriend or on my own but it’s always a good time. This gym is clean, all equipment is new, all dumbbells are there, and the massage spa is awesome! The staff is mainly women which is badass because you see them working hard and putting those dumbbells away and as a retired boxer and current powerlifter 💪I know putting those weights away is not easy work. Raquel is the kindest and most hard working girls there, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Terrible gym. It’s always crowded. Half of the machines are broken and the other half are being used because it’s always too packed. Water fountain is broken. Yoga mats are either broken or missing. People have zero gym etiquette and No proper hygiene. It’s also really warmer than usual gyms and it gets hot pretty quickly. Cables and accessories are either lost or not enough for the amount of people. I do not recommend. Staff is nice but it’s not worth the hassle no matter how cheap the membership is

Worst gym location I’ve ever been to. People hog machines for long periods and leave their belongings on equipment while they go elsewhere, forcing others to wait. When I asked them to be considerate, a woman yelled at me for addressing it. Staff don’t step in or help with any issues, showing a total lack of management. The overall gym etiquette here is absolutely disgusting. I will never step into this location again. Truly the worst experience.

Today I came to the gym about 11pm the women it was so rude and made me lose about 30 min to use the sunbed she she dreamed the moment for nothing for free just because she wanna show itself superior and I got mad and finally I couldn’t finish my good morning in the gym. Why does it say you are open 24 hours when your sign clearly says you will be closed October 6th-10th and 10PM!!! This is so annoying! I drove all the way here from Broward county because I started a new job and was happy to see the planet fitness nearby was open this late! Marisel and the whole team do an awesome job keeping this gym in great shape! I’ve been living in the neighborhood for over 6 years and was hoping for a gym to open nearby so when this one opened at the start of the year I was so excited! This is a perfect addition to the community. There are tons of different equipment, lots of cardio machines and the locker room is always clean. I’ve lost almost 50 lbs since I’ve joined and 15 in the last 12 weeks alone. They’re open to feedback and the managers are always available to chat. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for something affordable and accessible!

“Judgement Free Zone” my behind! My membership was cancelled by manager Ian Hursh of my hometown gym because the racist manager, Cory didn’t like our sexual orientation! Cory said a member complained of “noises” coming from the shower..

Lies! Someone there must not like homosexual individuals and lied to management!

I’ve never had an issue showering with my partner (who is experiencing health issues) at any Planet Fitness locations and we used the shower with two shower heads installed in it.

I will be filing a complaint and bringing this to Planet Fitness’ HR dept. because this is just wrongful discrimination and violates my rights when there are no “rules or policies” stating “one person to a shower”.

We were clearly attacked today and shouldn’t be treated nor tolerate this type of treatment by Planet Fitness!

Las personas que trabajan en ese lugar (o al menos mi experiencia) No realizan una buena atención al cliente, todo lo hacen de mal ánimo y pude ver una emergencia, nadieeee sabe qué hacer no sabían dónde ubicar el desfribilador, no saben nada de RCP ni qué hacer en un momento de emergencia ni orientar al rescue solo se quedaba parado y varios de los clientes fuimos lo que auxiliamos xq no saben hacer nada!

Staff is great; they do a great job maintaining all the weights and cleaning the facility. However, what upset me is that, having only been open for less than three months, many machines are broken, and nobody is fixing them. A Smith machine broke the second week of opening and is still broken. I asked the staff, but they don't know when someone will fix it. A calf machine broke three weeks ago, a StairMaster is broken, and two other workout machines are also broken. Come on, management, get on the ball and get these machines fixed. At this rate, we will be waiting a long time to get a workout because most of the machines are broken. Don't they have a warranty?

Fui hoy con un pase de guest porque queria saber si me gustaba el gym el lugar... pero resulta que no pude entrar porque segun dijeron que debia de estar el primario de la cuenta cuando ya estaba registrada y salie en el sistema. Deberian de decir cuales son los lugares que si se puede ir como guest porque si la persona no puede el mismo horario. oh especificar bien el pase de guest si es obligatorio que este el primario de la tarjeta. My NEW FAVORITE PLANET FITNESS by farrr!! The 2 ones in Hialeah don’t even compare haha and i recently switched from LA Fitness to PF. so seeing this new location made me happier
6 smith machines is AMAZING!!! They got 6 benches for dumbbells but then 2 other areas with like 2-3 more benches for dumbbell so super cool. A lot of benches and dumbbells.

3 back cable machines for lat pulldowns, seated rows, even a chest cable fly machine

The others PF don’t have as many or not at all.

They even have a hip thrust machine and it’s in a corner in the back so great for more privacy when doing glute exercises to all the gym ladies. Same for glute kickback and lying leg curls.

If I had to pick a “negative” I just wish they had like maybe 1 or 2 more leg press machines vs just one. But that’s me being spoiled coming from LA Fitness 😭😂

Me and my family have been waiting a gym close to home for a long while. There where not close gyms in the area you always have to drive minimum 28 minutes plus 28 mins back with not traffic to get to one which no one have the time for that specially trying to fit it with your workout and a busy schedule. My favorite Planet Fitness! the space is clean and spacious, which makes it enjoyable to work out. They have all my favorite machines, like the hip thrust and StairMaster, which are key for my workouts. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I found a bit strange was that they don’t have mats, so hopefully, they’ll be getting those soon. But overall, it's a great location, especially since it’s so close to my house. Highly recommend!

Happy to see this location finally open! It's brand-new so it's very clean, very updated machines, bright with lots of tvs. Very spacious as well.

The team seems friendly. There is plenty of free parking in the complex.
