I had a great experience at this Planet Fitness thanks to one of the employees Danny who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed whether it was answering questions, explaining equipment, or just making sure the gym stayed clean and welcoming. His positive attitude made my workout so much more enjoyable.
It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in their job. Big shoutout to him and the entire team for the excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location.

I’m writing to formally share my concern about an upsetting interaction I had with Carlos, the regional manager. During my recent visit, he approached me twice to ask where my shoes were. I explained both times that they were on my feet. Despite my polite response, he proceeded to tell me that if he caught me with the shoes, he would kick me out.

His tone and words were unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I understand that there may be policies in place, but the way he handled the situation was completely inappropriate and unnecessary.

This interaction has also made me consider switching to another gym, one that fosters a more respectful and welcoming environment for its members.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately to prevent similar experiences for others.

My partner and I usually come in to work out in the evenings, but today we decided to go a bit earlier. Shortly after we started our workout, we had an uncomfortable interaction with Carlos, the regional manager. He approached my partner and questioned her about the shoes she was wearing in a way that came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

In addition, throughout our workout, Carlos was speaking so loudly that his voice was overpowering the music playing in the gym. At one point, we overheard him on the phone using foul language while talking to one of his “home boys,” which felt highly inappropriate for someone of his title. The entire experience created a really unpleasant atmosphere during our workout sesh.

Can someone repair the Stair Climbers in this site ?? Probably have been down probably for 4 months.... Damaged equipment piling up. A lot of equipment is damaged lately. Not sure why it takes 2-3 weeks to repair it, expedite parts keep the equipment in working condition, time is valuable people take time out of their day to workout to get here and find it in this condition very disrespectful. Management seems to be neglecting this place , they are not paying attention 30% of the cardio equipment is almost never used meanwhile there is a waiting line to use weight machines and the stair master, it looks like you are not looking after your customers needs , fix it.

It's great to work put. Very complete. A bit crowded and some very popular machines have just one unit available. Also some people steal dumbbells and pieces of machinery (if they jave backpacks, they are stealing something) and the personel is sometimes too nice to get into arguments with them. Manny is one of the kindest and most caring employees I’ve ever met at any gym. Every time I come in with my friends, he always greets us with a big smile and makes us feel welcome. He genuinely takes the time to ask how we’re doing and creates such a positive atmosphere.

On September 19th, I attempted to enter Planet Fitness and had a very disappointing experience with the front desk employee, Josué.

According to the official app, I was allowed to access my Club Pass one more time, even though I had a pending balance, since my payment was already scheduled for the following day. Despite showing this, Josué denied me entry, stating that he was the one who decides who enters and who does not.

When I asked for clarification, he responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, even saying that I could do whatever I wanted, but he still would not let me in.

This type of behavior is unacceptable from a customer service representative and reflects very poorly on Planet Fitness. I request that this situation be reviewed and addressed so that no other member has to go through such disrespectful treatment.

Worst Gym Experience Ever
I have always gone to this gym and entered with my app without any issues. Today, for the first time, I was denied entry without any valid explanation. The lack of professionalism and consideration for their members is unacceptable.

Horrible and rude staff. I called today to cancel my membership. They want me to drive all the way over there or send a certified letter through the mail. When I tried explaining the new law to the assistant manager (Sylvia I believe) she was EXTREMELY RUDE! She would not let me speak. She would talk over me. I hope the people at headquarters hear the recorded conversation. There is a new that requires gyms to make it easy to cancel their membership either over the phone or online. They take your membership easily in which ever method gets them money but then they make you jump through loopholes to cancel it. I hope they get fined for not following the law and the people that don't know good customer service should be fired. If you have a customer that is not happy you still need to be professional and speak to them in a professional manner. Sylvia has no idea about customer service, professionalism and she sounds like a teenager that grew up without someone to teach her manners.

It was a pretty good gym for a while when I would go before 2pm. After that all the high schoolers come. Not enough space in the gym i feel like everyone is on top of one another. But, I just had to cancel my membership because of the PEOPLE. I usually enjoy working out at Planet Fitness, but the excessively loud music has become a huge distraction. It feels like I’m at a club rather than a gym. Even with my own headphones in, I struggle to hear my music or podcasts because the gym’s speakers are blasting so loud.

I get that music can be motivating, but it’s just too much. It would be much better if they could lower the volume or have a better selection that isn’t as grating. For anyone who prefers a quieter, more focused workout environment, this could be a dealbreaker.
