Avoid this Planet Fitness location unless you’re okay with being surrounded by low-vibrational energy. Many of the men here try to intimidate rather than simply work out, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. The front staff is unfriendly, often hostile, and rarely smiles. It feels like basic kindness and professionalism are missing. Honestly, it makes me question what’s going on with customer service and respect in today’s world.

After 3 years with Planet Fitness, my husband and I have decided to cancel our memberships today. The music has been consistently loud, making it impossible for us to listen to our individual headsets. It’s that loud! I did ask the front desk if she could turn the volume down, she did at first, only to make it even louder in the next song. It breaks my heart to be leaving it here, but unfortunately this is a recurring issue and it’s made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.

I've read many comments and have written many comments in my life time. I guess there's never been a review that shows the honesty of an individual such as this man.. two days ago I came to the gym and hid my wallet in a place where I should not have (my mistake and lesson learnt) after my workout I went to look for my wallet and discovered it was missing..long story short someone had taken my wallet and throw it on the floor. Luckily the cards were still there but approximately 50 dollars were missing...this was all the money I had for the week and I was very upset.
Malik was such a kind hearted person and offered me ten dollars that he had which I kindly turned down with appreciation and l will never forget that kindness.
Three hours later the gym manager called me to tell me that Melik had found the 50 dollars..I was in shock and asked how could that be we looked everywhere and how did he find it?? The manager had no answer and said that God works in mysterious ways..I will never ever forget this and I hope planet fitness realizes the type of employee they have as these people are hard to find anymore..I will forever be grateful to you Melik..thank you

I switched my home gym to this location yesterday. Today is my first workout at the MetroWest gym, this location has newer equipment. the workout experienced was wonderful, I had a great workout. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable to answer all my questions. Thank you 😊

I was charged a late fee so I called and asked to speak to a manager to sort it out (calmly) they said they would call me back and they never did so I went in to ask. They told me I had "hard declined " Gabby informed I need to call my bank so I did while I was there. My bank confirmed I didn't decline neither did my bank. She refused and kept reiterating I hard declined so they can't do anything. Jill and Gabby are rude and have no customer service. You are supposed to help someone fix the problem not say theres nothing even after confirming with my bank and offering to show proof.

I’ve been a member at this location specifically for 15 years and today. It is officially my last day there. Why do you ask just because of Gabby the new manger. After me checking in and already 10 mins in to my cardio workout in the treadmill she Approaches me and asked me For my ID. Mind you this is in front of people, everyone is staring . No Privacy or Respect I am a very private person and doing that was very embarrassing and unprofessional . I asked her what was the reason for asking me for my ID. She stated she needed to verify that it was me. “ and need to update my photo” . She could’ve asked me when I walked in, or even after I was done with my workout. She could have gave me a heads up so I could bring the documents required to update it since I go on a daily basis but she Chose to not allow me to work out and was really rude about it. I been going to Crunch with my husband and it’s great for the same price. Well bye planet you lost a 15 years client due to a none updated picture. Btw I even describe my picture since I know exactly which one it is.you guys lost two clients today mine and my husbands.

Our location is under construction.

So, the nearest location is off Kirkman & Metro West.

This is my 3rd day at this location & I will not be returning because the people are, for a lack of a better word, adhere to all the stereotypical behaviors this zip code stands for.

This location has few visible staffers for its size. The patrons don't clean up after themselves & they're bullies.

I could not get a proper read on the website as respects busy hours because it hasn't been functional.

I will try the 27/Clermont location. Perhaps the patrons will be more civilized, educated, emotionally mature, cleaner, & minders of their own business.

Know that this is an exceedingly busy location between 12noon-closing.

Gym was unexpectedly great experience. Wasn’t too hot or cold in the gym. There’s plenty of machines for everyone. Clean environment, clean bathrooms, clean showers, and clean locker room. If there was one thing it’s that the employees don’t seem welcoming on the day I’ve visited. Overall nice place. Some of the machines have missing QR codes for how to use the machines.

The gym is extremely clean, including the restrooms and showers. I was pleasantly surprised ‼️ The gym also doesn't smell like a gym, it actually has a pleasant smell. The staff is helpful and kind. I'm happy I decided to finally try it out. Hint. You can get a day pass for free by signing up on the app. This allows you to check it out for yourself before signing up. This is one of the best PF I’ve been to in FL. Clean and remodelled showers. The massage chairs need to be replaced and upgraded. They have a great seating area with tables and comfortable chairs to wait and rest. The employees do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and orderly. No small lockable lockers for your keys etc, only larger lockers in the bathrooms that you have to bring your own lock for.

Machines are quite old and there are only three benches in the dumbbell area when there is enough room for at least two more. 11am on a Thursday and it took over 30 minutes for a bench in the dumbbell area to become available.

Minimal area for core/ab workouts and only about 4-5 mats available for use. So if you’re planning on doing a core workout be prepared to feel cramped for space.

This location is a fine gym. Clean, but small. The staff is usually very helpful and kind. I’d like to recognize an employee that went above and beyond for me to help transfer to another location. She was multi tasking with three different people flawlessly while also speaking in a different language to a guest. I did not catch her name, but this was 11/7/24 at 10:20am. Excellent, give her a raise!
