I’m reluctant to give any planet fitness a five star rating. I’ve been coming to this location for 6ish? Months. The staff here is friendly polite and absolutely amazing, Luigi, Jay, Annette are all amazing people.

I dislike some corporate policy and think there is a ton of hypocrisy, but a number of their messages are good and wholesome.

Nice Clean Professional gym to workout at. Everyone is Friendly and works out at their own pace .. I highly recommend the Black Card Membership. You could bring a friend at unlimited visits Also, the hydro massage beds really helps with workout recovery.. I love this gym No Judgment Zones..

Beware that they make it very difficult on purpose to cancel a free trial. I requested to cancel my free trial on 7/16/25 however Luigi, staff manager, decided to enter the effective date as 7/17/25 instead, resulting in me being charged for a month that I requested to cancel. Luigi has refused to provide a refund stating I did not cancel in time however he cannot explain why he entered 7/17 in the system instead of 7/16 as he should have. Being this stingy to provide my $26 refund does not make me ever want to use Planet Fitness - especially this location- in the future.

Not a horrible gym, but don’t let them lie to you. You can cancel online, that whole having to come in or write a letter is total crap. And they should tell their workers to stop saying that cause a law was passed where they have to give you an option to cancel just as easily as you signed up. That’s how they get you to keep paying cause they know no one is going to want to do either. Would be better if they had regular benches and squat areas.

I've been a PF member for ever a decade...and for years I go to this club on Lee Rd off and on...and increasingly get weird obvious gossip energy from the front counter staff and female employees constantly wandering into male locker room and then saying I'm supposed to be using a changing room for privacy. No thanks...canceling my PF membership after 10 years and going to crunch from now on.

I’ve been going to the lee rd planet fitness location for quite a while now. The past couple months it’s been smelling like sewage in there.

Aside from that there is one employee, older black lady that mainly does janitorial work. She was absolutely berating another employee in the lobby for mopping bc it was raining outside and people would track in water. I dont think she was even on the clock bc she was out of uniform. That same janitor lady stared me down when I was drying my hands in the restroom because she had just mopped in there. She slapped her leg and shook her head at me when some drops of water hit the floor. There’s no paper towels in the restrooms so not sure what else anyone could have done.
I hope she’s not a manager bc she’s toxic.

Best experience i've had with gyms. Not only is the equipment super clean but the staff is extremely friendly. Ali was really helpful in signing us up and even offered a tour of the facility. He is extremely welcoming and always excited to help. Im always looking forward to my next workout session because i know that the workers are consistent at keeping everything fresh and clean.

There is no one to check us in, The scanner wasn't on the desk to scan, this is my first time at the gym and I always start off with stretching, The precor stretching machines pads are all torn up and need to be replaced. The massage chairs are something left to be desired for definitely not like the ones on Gore Street planet fitness

I signed up to pay $25 a month ($350 in total) only to be hospitalized a week later. I paid every month without fall despite being physically unable to go. I contacted the gym manager only to be told basically that it was my loss. I even provided documents that I wasn't released to go to the gym by my doctor due to the numerous surgeries I had during that year. The manager could see that I had not stepped into the gym the entire year. This is what I call an unscrupulous greedy business practice. $350 of ill gotten gains from a now disabled person.

Amazing facility! A refreshing environment for exercising supervised by kind personnel. The club offer activities, and have vast variety of equipment you like ,that meet your personal fitness goals. Even though the facility is open 24 hours, they choose to close machines at 7:15am. Although, to be fair, only 3-4 of these nine machines work…and they have been out of service for over 6 months.

I’ve enjoyed this facility since it was new years ago and am grateful to PF for my fitness journey. However, this location has deteriorated significantly over the last 6 months. The lack of attention to detail by the staff shows neglect for equipment and member. Additionally, their inability to properly maintain a safe fitness environment has lead me to seek another gym. The number of vagrant/homeless people basically living inside this gym is appalling.

$10 a month for easy access seems widely known across the area as people come in for hours to hang out in the locker room, shower with paper towels, do their laundry in the showers, and lounge all over public areas for hours without any staff interception. The filth left behind in the bathrooms, locker rooms and common areas is disgusting. True members are growing aggravated by this situation, and I am done!!!

Oh yeah, and ditching my PF stock as well in hopes that others do the same and our market cap takes a large enough hit that someone finally notices and makes a change!

The two black lady that work at planet fitness are the most ignorant and hateful person I’ve every seen they both act like the gym belong to them they alway harassing me to the point I had to cancel my membership with planet fitness why are they still working there they don’t have good customer service the old ugly black lady and the young ugly black one look like a man and look old everybody else work there are great..yesterday I was taking a shower so I turn on the water and forgot the wash cloth and I went back to get it she saw me and she turn off the water this is the second time it happen to me it was the young black girl now is the old lady and then she have the nerve to tell me if I don’t like it go somewhere else so I just cancel my membership please know who you are hiring to work at your place of business else you will lose customer

This location by far has the best service out of any PF I’ve been to. The location looks kind of sketchy on the outside but once you get in it’s clean and inviting. This review is specifically for staff Logan at Lee Rd location.

I signed up for PF's elite black card membership recently. My home Gym is doing a soft opening. My black card QR scanner is glitchy and not recognizing me for check in at kiosk. This is causing so much difficulty and wasted time whenever I wish to use the spa area. I called and spoke to Sam who said she could help me use spa, then I arrive and I'm told they can't override certain spa services so the assistant manager (M) said she would call her manager to find a solution for me. I never got a response back from M. Upon leaving PF yesterday, staff Logan took time to listen to my issue. Very quickly, within 30 seconds, that gentleman had given a solution, turned around an unhappy paying customer to a satisfied one, provided me with spa service, and made me feel like I was valued. I am new to PF and staff like Logan should be praised for their quick resolutions and dedication to customer satisfaction. When no one was willing to assist me, he was! Thank you Logan.

Most times when I go to this gym for tanning bed I dont get the service. I think these people have zero customer service skills. They do it on purpose leaving me in tanning bed for over 30min waiting for it to turn on and today was no exception as I came out and explained to them I am tired of the treatment. I did notice tanning bed screen on computer was black but they still sent me to bed 4. I’ve tried calling many times from the back in the past and still they love to play games. I’ve tried letting them fix the situation and then nothing. Today I left for good as I canceled membership and rightfully so. They shouldn’t say they have the service if they don’t they certainly don’t at this gym. Also when I use the bathroom people pee all over the floor it’s a very dirty gym. When I’m using the treadmill the staff find a need to use harsh chemicals right next to me cleaning the treadmill beside me absolutely very disrespectful staff. They refuse to give their names how do you run a business like that. Other people are allowed to talk on their phone but not me. Equipment is usually damaged unusable. It’s stinks in there most times. The cleaning stations are a dumpster with a roll of paper towel you have to tear yourself. Disgusting! I had to leave today with tanning bed lotion on me wet as I didn’t get to use tanning bed they told me to use. Today is sons bday now I’m in bad mood. Thanks planet fitness for ruing yet another day. Today is feb 3rd 2024 I was there around 4 never again if I get charged fees or anything I’m suing! I’m speaking of lee rd gym.

Very nice, big gym and very clean. All of the staff is very friendly and awesome. Interacted with andy & ari but one guy in particular "kai" and the equipment in this gym may have kept me a planet fitness member because i been looking around and thinking about switching up. They say first impressions are everything and so, as i pull up in the parking lot ( never been to this one before ) there was about an 11 yr old boy outside on the sidewalk with a family ( not part of the gym ) doing pushups and Kai ran outside to do push ups with the young boy. Completely made my day just seeing that personality in someone.
