ERNESTO or whatever his name was, was EXTREMELY rude when I was asking for assistance with what I needed to do to upgrade my membership to a black card so that I can use it in a different state. While he was talking to me, I had a hard time understanding everything he was saying due to a strong accent and when I let him know that and tried repeating what I thought I heard him say because I wanted to make sure I understood, he said “I don’t have an accent and I explained what you needed to do.” before hanging up on me. I have NEVER had to deal with anyone like that before.

I’m very disappointed with this Planet Fitness location. The staff shows no sense of customer service—most of the time they’re standing at the front doing nothing while the bathrooms remain dirty and neglected. A gym should prioritize cleanliness and respect for its members, but that’s clearly lacking here. Definitely not the standard I expected.

This gym is quite large, clean, the bathrooms are kept clean, the parking lot is large enough, the only thing this location really needs is a large digital clock on the wall, this is very helpful to control rest times between sets, machines for example with pulleys where there is no stopwatch integrated into the machine.

Just finished the massage chair and one guest enter the room, I was to.prepare to stand up, and came the clerk (woman) and she was rude with me and told me it's supposed I should not be in the chair, how? If my service just stop, and I needed to cleaned the chair, she was unprofessional, I don't have the blame she actives the chair immediately when my service was done, and I need time to stand up and clean the chair. Just pass 30 seconds when finished my service and the clerk active the service again.

In the morning of 2/16/2025 Front Desk "Danny" checked me in. Being that I'm not a local she advises me that it will be a $10 day pass. Assuming I will be using the gym and it's AMMENITIES for the day, I paid the $10.00. I was in the area and wanted to work out, then shower. Danny then advises me, after I pay the daypass ofcourse, that the bathroom/showers are all out of service??? What? Why wasn't a sign up to advise paying customers of this inconvenience or I advised before I paid? W.e. I then rightfully so ask for a refund since I can't shower after my workout. I explained I was leaving town after the work out. I was only there for work. Danny tells me that her manager "Jalen" is also not available. Therefore, indirectly telling me I'm screwed and a refund can't be provided. She promises me that Jalen the manager will call me. No one ever called me. I mean, this is just comical and just disgusting for a company like this to allow this scamming behavior. Planet fitness, this is just unethical. 1st off, how unhygienic is it to have the entire bathroom/showers closed in a gym on. Sunday Morning? I mean it's even hard to believe and a disservice to it's member. I will be reporting this to the H.Q and BBB if needed. Businesses need to have a sense of ethics when operating, deception of services should not be a norm.

I been a regular client with this gym, I heard the PF closer to this one close, now they all move overhere and its always full, thats not a problem at all, the problem is that there are a bunch of guys that doesnt share the machina, to the point that I had to say " hey do you know I pay my subscription too??, and then said can we share the cables while you rest", and this guy just look at me and said " I dont rest" , and its usually the same freaking culture that if you say something to them, you ended up being a discriminator, or racist or whatever they want to use against you, please do something about this, cause this GYM is not peaceful at all anymore
