The gym is very large with lots of equipment for any kind of workout. The staff are friendly and eager to help out when needed or asked. There are no dumb questions in this gym. Members are friendly and focused on workouts.this gym has tanning massage chairs and beds. This location is the only location that except gym dues from your health insurance company. Black card membership get you in every planet fitness in us and Canada. And cost 10. From health insurance and 13.10 from member gets the black card level of service. Well worth the money.

It's okay gym, really hate the gender neutral bathrooms!!! Don't see how a grown man can get changed in the dressing room while 14 year girls/and women use the same bathroom!!!?? Absolutely not acceptable!!!

The gym is pretty clean, however, the staff is the problem. They are unprofessional and poorly trained. While they are polite during interaction, they will sit on their phones, sometimes with earphones in, or talk amongst themselves while not acknowledging a customer that is standing right in front of them. Often times there are leaks in the ceiling and I’ve had to notify a staff member myself that there was a leak, something they would’ve seen if they weren’t sitting on their phone.

One of the hydro beds has been broken for a while now. So there are only two available. There have been times where a black-card member would use one while their guest used the other, and nothing was done about this despite being notified.

I love this place. Being that I work 3rd shift, this facility being open 24/5 is a godsend after spending all night cooped up in a dump truck. Clean equipment, friendly staff. I just wish they were 24/7

Extremely poor behaviour
I am a local in this neighborhood, and I was very disappointed with the experience I had. Customer service was completely unprofessional. I felt there was a lack of basic manners such as saying “thank you” or “sorry.” When I asked for help, my concerns were met with very little regard, while staff seemed more engaged in conversations with each other than with customers. This shows a lack of attention to customer needs and queries.

I sincerely hope management addresses this by providing proper training so staff can be more polite and professional. Additionally, hanging up the phone on a customer is unacceptable and goes against basic common courtesy

Absolute worst gym! DO NOT SIGN UP HERE!!! I have been trying to cancel this membership for months!!! They charge you 40 or $50 instead of $25. Don’t go here SCAM company!!!!!!!!! I go here because it’s the closest to my house. The machines could use some better upkeep. Some machines are not labeled at all, such as the shoulder press, and some machines are mislabeled altogether. I mentioned to an employee over a month ago that the cable lat pulldown machines that are next to each other has the weight mislabeled. 40 on one machine feels like 55 on the other. This can create a risk for someone who can only lift a certain amount of weight. There is always a machine or multiple machines out of order every single day. In the women’s bathroom, the supply closet was left wide open. Even the time on the tvs are wrong. I get there in the 7am hour and the tv always says 10am. I care about little details like that and it may not mean much to the next person, but if a gym opens closer to me, that’s where I’ll go.

I've been trying to find something good to say about this location but there's nothing I can say. I've been attending since January here is my experience-

Who knows when was the last time this gym has been dusted down. I mean the AC unit is clearly filthy to the point you can easily see the dust built up. Machines are scattered everywhere, there isn't a real stretching area so you need to stretch in random corners where weirdos just sit and stare.

Medicine balls have been slowly disappearing and have not been replaced. Yoga mats are so worn down, you might as well use the floor, people walk around in socks like it's their house. I haven't seen a single employee cleaning or dusting. If you dont use machines, get ready to workout infront of an audience (minimum 2 people staring). Don't bother to say anything to management because they give you the good ol "thank you for bringing this up" speech with 0 action, but yall are raising your rates and still provide this crappy service? Make that make sense.

Equipment is in fair condition and the gym is usually not too busy. That said, I specifically joined for the convenience of the advertised 30 minute work out. Unfortunately this program is virtually unusable due to people camping out on one piece of equipment for longer than the entire program is scheduled to take. Hated to be like this but after 2 months of 3x weekly dealing with this I tried going to the desk. Employees were no help despite signage claiming the area was monitored for proper use. Instead I was informed they would be removing the area due to "people not using it properly. $25/mo is not a lot of money by any means but if I am paying it I expect to receive the services advertised.

Easily accessible from Minton Road, Malabar Rd or Palm Bay West Road. Plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles. It's located in a Strip mall along with other stores including Winn Dixie, Palm Bay Cinema.

Gym is clean and well staffed with friendly staff members. The restrooms and shower areas were also clean.

The Gym has something for everyone and if you are into fitness and getting fit you should have no problem finding the right machine for you. Not sure about how to use a machine, the staff is around to help out.
They also have which seems to be and endless deal going on at all times which makes it very affordable.

**The only thing that I wish they would do is have a proper size membership card as well as a key fob. The Mrs and I try to go together and one of us always leaves our keys home. We never forget our ID so a full size card would always be with us. JUST OUR THOUGHTS!

I wish I could say something good about this gym, but honestly why would you pay to go here when there’s so many more in the area with SOOOO much more to offer, cleanliness and good staff. There’s one girl that works there and I swear she is just there to give stank lip to everyone that goes there. Paper towels are always empty, spray bottles always empty. I purposely put a finger print on the mirrors in front over two months ago and check it daily- ITS STILL THERE. The tanning beds are absolutely filthy. The staff doesn’t care at all about the all around cleanliness of the gym itself at all. In my opinion, aside from working out, that’s the top most important thing to tend to in a gym is it’s cleanliness. Do better!

This may be petty, but the company doesn’t post customer service numbers to handle complaints, so I’ll just leave it here. I’m upset over something very simple. Water. I have been a planet fitness member for well over 10 years and have worked out at numerous pf gyms. In all my visits I may have tried to purchase water only a couple times a year. I’ve been coming to this gym for over 3 years and bought water a couple times. The last time before today, the girl asked if I wanted to add my card to the file. I said sure. After a few minutes she said I was all set. When I came in this morning, to have a water added to my account, she said my account wasn’t set up. In fact she couldn’t really find my account until I showed her it is active on my phone. I had started my workout and wanted a water now. She said my only option was to put it on a card. I’m in a business that deals with the public and we give away bottles of water everyday. The simple is, she should have just given me the water and let me know how I can change my membership home. Instead, I cut my workout short because of thirst. I just think that is poor service, especially, when I explain my situation and how I thought it was handled, but at the end, the guest left the counter not happy. Customer service is everything in this tight market. If another gym low discount gym pops up in Palm Bay, situations like this could impact this gyms membership numbers, over something as simple as a .50 bottle of water.

I wish they turn off the big ass fans that they have because of them you can't break a sweat. I love the place it is really beautiful and the atmosphere here is incredible but no matter how hard you workout, it is difficult to sweat 🥲🥲🥲😢. Matrix treadmills are inferior. Pointed out numerous times to staff, the old treadmills were much better - the interface, reliability, software, and hardware: I used to do random mode at highest difficulty. It allowed you to pick a constant speed and time and it would go through a pseudo random incline pattern changing every 30 seconds. The Matrix treadmills do not have a random mode... so I used the interval training program. I am lucky to get through a 32 minute workout w/o the incline getting "stuck". There is a fixed 16 segment program so 2 minute intervals for a 32 min program but at some point when you get to yhe 15 degree segments, the incline does not return to zero between segments as it's supposed to. Who ships crap like this - untested. So I can't do random and intervals don't work hslf the the time. What a POS!

My main complaints are about the equipment, and gym etiquette. The equipment breaks all the time and is left in a state of disrepair, the machines they do have are outdated and many are in rough shape. For example, the leg extension arms are bent, so one leg has to work harder than the other, rendering the exercise essentially useless unless you do one leg at a time. Many of the safety pins that hold equipment in place are barely functional and I've had at least 3 snap on me.

The staff don't seem to care about gym etiquette at all. Hardly anyone wipes down equipment, weights are strewn all over the place and plates are left on equipment, people are walking around in socks, which is completely unsanitary. In every other gym I've ever been a member, staff will reprimand members who don't pick up after themselves, but no one seems to care here and I end up walking around and racking weights for at least 5-10 minutes at the end of every workout that other people have left out.

Before the summer it was full, now the teenagers come for free "great", but now it is impossible to use machines or free weights. PF offers a nice facility to workout. It is equipped with decent machines and has enough exercise equipment to offer. Depending on what time you go you have a variety of folks. Early workouts has an older crowd while later in the afternoon workouts have a younger crowd.
My only critical comment is that they don’t monitor or control people misbehaving…which can be harmful to others. I have had to speak up to a bunch of young guys horsing around and bumping into others while they work out.

People don't clean the machines after the use always the same ones which is frustrating! None of the staff seems to understand how the machines work I don't blame this on them they clearly aren't trained. The app doesn't match the machines again I asked staff about it in case I was misunderstanding but they were confused why they didn't match either 🤔 the bathrooms are a mess most of the time. There are a few amazing people who works here and try to help it just doesn't seem they know. And what free trainer as the website says? No trainer and I go 5 to 6 days a week at different times.

Way too many treadmills. Half of the gym is treadmills. After I canceled my membership in person and the blond lady took my picture. They still charged my account.
