From the moment I walk in the door- the people at the front are welcoming, upbeat and happy. And I get there at 5:30am. Mostly Terry is there in the morning and he always has a smile on his face and a welcome greeting. The gym is not crowded and the machines are good. I like the fact I can get a massage in the lounger on my way out. The staff on my way out around 7 is alway very nice and welcoming. Smiles, attentive and customer service orientated.

The gym was very nice and clean as well as the associates were very nice! They do have a major issue with accessories for their cable equipment! There was a shortage of equipment for the cable machines. Please spend a few dollars on that issue and you could very well be a 5 star Planet fitness.

It’s my First time here in this location. I must say I am impressed with this place, the environment is welcoming and inviting. Something about it pushes you to work out. Motivation!!

I am not in the world, my choice in music is selective however, for the world this music is good.

The restroom are huge and clean.

Joyful employees, they seem like they truly enjoy coming to work.

If I could give this gym six stars I would! They did not have your quintessential Planet Fitness equipment, which was awesome because that is one Of my biggest pet peeves with planet fitness is the non-bodybuilding style equipment. Some of my favorite machines were here, including the supine press! On top of that, none of the machines were broken, which can be bothersome. I’ve been to over 20 locations and this one is my favorite.The lighting was on point so you can see your pump grow. The functional training area was awesome and the locker rooms were in top shape. If I live closer to this location, I would certainly be a regular there. Awesome job! I showed up to this location because the other Planet Fitness in West Palm Beach did not open at the time listed on the door. I’m certainly glad I came.

My experience at this Planet Fitness location was excellent. The gym was absolutely clean and spacious, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The locker rooms were nice, and I especially enjoyed the massage chairs. The overall vibe was great—everyone working out was respectful and minded their own business, which made for a comfortable atmosphere. I also appreciated the mix of new and older machines, giving plenty of options. I’m definitely looking forward to going back!

Unsure how this place receives so many 5 star reviews, this place is trash. Equipment is nice and clean yes but good luck getting the chance to actually use anything. What should be a 30 minute workout turns into 3 hours sitting and waiting for people to get off the equipment. Canceled membership and won’t be back again. For anyone who says this place is big with a ton of space is joking, everything is crammed together and it’s like walking through a maze. Lastly the men’s bathrooms are atrocious, smells like pee and half the soap dispenser are empty 90% of the time. Take this for what it is, I may be giving Karen energy but I’m tired of not being able to workout without spending 3 hours in there.

There are 9 of 24 TV not working at this facility and have not been for nearly a month!! When one addresses the issue with a staff member they say that it is being worked on!!! How long does it take! We come there expecting to workout and watch TV as that is part of our membership! Either fix it or get a new company! There are other facilities where we can GO that will gladly take our money. This taking a month is totally irresponsible on the owners part!

I truly wonder if the owner of this gym ever sets foot in it. The weight equipment in the back left corner is rendered useless. There are no connectors or carabiners. Out of service signs have been on the equipment for three weeks. The gym in Jupiter is much better. This place is a dump. I asked for extra clips at the front desk and also offered to show the attendants what the problems were. They said they could only give out one clip and had no interest in looking at the equipment.

I received a response to "reach out to our management" but was given no contact information to do so. The people working the desk were less than useless. So I am not sure who "management" is. At the facility in Hampton Bays, NY the manager is generally onsite and always busy cleaning and fixing. This place had clearly been abandoned.

Finally made it back to Texas but I have to say this. Emily is horrible and i'm canceling my membership. Had the worse experience at this club. So bad I saw a lady faint. The club is dirty. Massage beds and chairs are down and have been down for months. No organization and no manager to be found. Only one front desk employee taking care of everything. Machines are broken. No AC when I went and that's when the lady fainted. I dont think the manager took the lady serious and showed no sympathy, at all. How hard is it to buy paper towel dispensers? To show sympathy? To get water for club members? Where are the managers?? Such a bad experience I dont want to support PF anymore ESPECIALLY with managers like that who do not care.

Most often my visits are pleasant however this evening was extremely unpleasant. I had a class scheduled at 5:30 however at 5:35 Alex was no where in sight, I asked Malachi who was at desk if Alex was around because I had a class scheduled. His reply was there are no classes today because someone called out and he will be at the desk with me, I replied no one called me I have a class his response “that has nothing to do with me”. I walked around the gym a few times looking for Alex, I noticed fed he was at the desk. I approached the desk asking about class he stated “I was told by management that I have no classes scheduled for today” I replied no one called me, he said we can still do the class. It the began to tell him of the incident with Malachi, Malachi overheard the conversation rudely interrupted infighting confrontation pointing his finger. There was back and forth between he and I for approx 45 seconds I decided to get my items from the locker room and leave. No, I will not return as I refuse to allow anyone to speak to me in the manner he chose pointing his finger, if this is the type of person PF employs No this is not the place for me. The confrontational conversation occurred between 5:45 and 5:55, if you choose to view the cameras. I gave 1 star because I had to rate, Malachi lack of professionalism and concern for gym members deserves -0

Used to be a nice gym, but a while back they changed some of the equipment and now only have about half the weight machines they used to have, therefore there are lines all the time now. Not sure witch direction they are heading but its not a very good one

Fix your equipment. I don’t pay for the premium membership to come in in pain needing something to be told it’s unavailable because it’s broken and when recommended an alternative, the people at the desk are ignorant of the fact that the alternative they recommended is currently in use by another member

Update: lounger 2 is broken again. They warned me before I got on that it likely was but after it broke and I notified the desk, instead of putting me on the next available they’re making me wait for another member on the wait list and Dalilah was all kinds of sarcastic and unprofessional about it. Obviously this kind of attitude comes from the top

I went into Planet Fitness today to sign up for a membership. I am 67 yrs old and was given the Ok to attend a fitness center by my Doctor ( after serious back problems and a year of physical therapy) I was pleasantly greeted by Demi. He spent a lot of patient time with me and explained Everything… including info on BCBS INSURANCE for Seniors (Silver Sneakers).
(WOW…what a Great Surprise!!)
While I was there I observed Demi and several staff members great EVERY entering member
BY NAME! They didn’t look at a screen…They genuinely knew them by name.
I am signed up and SO EXCITED.
I SIGNED UP AT PF @ Militarily Trail and Frederick Small Rd. (Jupiter, Fla.)

Overall, the staff are nice people. The biggest complaint all of us early birds have is the "power trip" when it come to opening. The staff is normally in there early, either working or hanging out, depending on who it is. They won't open 1 minute early and that's fine. But, the power trip of waiting until 6 to start walking SLOWLY to the door after stopping to move a couple of things on the counter, or push a cleaning tray another foot is ridiculous. A lot of us work on the weekends are are there early trying to get our workout in before work. As you already know, members weren't happy with the weekend opening time changing from 5 to 6 as it is, because we can barley make it to work now. It just makes matters worse when they play the "slowly walk to the door at 6 game". I know a few members that have switched to 24 hour gyms because of this reason.
