I'm giving 5 stars despite wishing they were open a little more. equipment is all new. staff is attentive, people are are cool, but if you're reading this, you guys REALLY need to get another rear delt/pec fly machine!! There's always someone camped out for an hour on it! Not barely doing anything, I'm sick of hanging out waiting for a chance, and someone always jumps on if I'm not just waiting near it!!

There are so many weird people that just stare at you while you work out. We keep complaining to the staff but no extra effort is being made to actually monitor the patrons that are making people uncomfortable. Its really unfortunate because this could be the welcoming and safe environment that they claim to be but they refuse to acknowledge the problems. But if you ever go here don't be scared to speak your mind the women staff actually attempt to resolve the issues but the men are usually dissmissive.

I have been at PF for 6 months now. I am now in the best shape of my life. However, I have recently become aware of gossiping/mean girl behavior behind the counter (staff) regarding me. I am a Navy veteran who prides herself in being kind and learning everyone’s name. I felt that I had camaraderie and support for my fitness journey. As I’m in the gym 5 days a week , it felt like a place where everybody knows your name with a ready smile. One of the hardest things I ever did was to walk through those doors after Covid. I had been working out in isolation. Seeing the slogan “Judgement Free Zone” lured me in and I had a feeling of belonging. This place was my refuge from the world ..a positive environment for nurturing growth physically and mentally. I was thunderstruck to learn as soon as I left the counter after polite conversation….I was gossiped about to other employees. I didn’t realize I had joined a mean girls club…whatever happened to just being respectful and kind ??!!!!!! To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This has been so disheartening…

my first time in a gym setting, first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. I also noticed they’re two employees on staff at all times. Christopher love was the associate who assisted me and showed me a tour of the facility and amenities offered. Chris walked me through and answered all my questions. Even being a woman and him being a male employee , he exhibited excellent customer service skills. And he was even knowledgeable with the tanning beds and recommended I try the full standing up tanning bed, which I loved. Overall a great first experience 10/10 I’ve heard several gyms charging additional fees when entering but this was easy peasy. The facility offers tanning, couple different massage beds and chairs, and showers, locker room in bathroom and locker room around gym area. All kinds of weights, machines, step masters and treadmills.

Have been one of the first 100 members. I am 75, and I like that the gym has maintained a welcoming atmosphere and a well maintained facility. Sometimes it only takes one bad apple to ruin the gym experience for others. This gym warns the bad apples, and if warnings not heeded, culls the fruit. This is a no drama, friendly gym.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. The employee Ralph has the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in any gym and honestly, in any customer service setting. It’s been talked about numerous times among other members at this location that he simply doesn’t know how to have a normal, respectful conversation without being passive aggressive or rude.

The fact that management continues to make excuses for his behavior instead of holding him accountable is unacceptable. We pay to be here and we shouldn’t have to deal with someone who clearly does not belong in a customer-facing position.

Planet Fitness advertises a “Judgment Free Zone” but Ralph’s attitude is the opposite of that. It’s time for management to step up and fix this problem instead of sweeping it under the rug.

My only complaint would be that when I am using the Biggest loser room someone will come in to use a piece of equipment and be on it for 3 or more sets. The sign clearly states the room is for the biggest loser workout. There are plenty of machines in the big room for people to use.

I was just visiting from out of town.

The young man and young woman that helped me with my membership was great. The man went above and beyond. When he was stuck with something, the lady stepped in and helped out.

My problem still wasn't solve but that was beyond their control.

My wife and I were away from home but wanted to get a workout in so we swung by this planet fitness location. They don't participate in free day passes like you see advertised on the company's website, which is fine. But they wanted over $21 a piece for a DAY PASS. You can get a membership for $15 a month. We had a good laugh on our way back out the door. Wild pricing for the lowest grade commercial gym in the US.

I've been coming here for years now, and I really enjoy it! Usually very clean, equipment is repaired quickly, and the staff are always nice.

The only downside is the hours have become more limited. The weekends are 7am-7pm, and M-Th 4am-10pm, and Friday 4am-9pm. I have a newborn, so my availability to work out is limited. I would looooove for this gym to go back to 24 hours! I'd probably be there every single night!

I really liked this gym. It was 5 minutes away from my apartment and I felt so comfortable. Unfortunately I didn’t want to leave, but the locker room policy allows people to choose what locker room they enter based on what gender they self-identify with. This goes against my beliefs as a Christian and I just am so sad because I can’t support it. I’m super sad to leave considering the gym itself is great. I just have to take a stand in what I believe is right. It makes me uncomfortable as a woman to know a man could walk in to the ladies locker room if they choose to do so. That’s my only complaint about it.

Best Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to! And I’ve. Been to over 25. Here are the reasons why… it’s clean , big and feels new. The staff is super friendly and helpful . The other members are polite and friendly. I love the 30 minute workout area in all Planet fitnesses and this one has a wonderful one where the members respect the rules. Also , they have a 12 minute ab section and a separate core area. It’s wonderful . Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful experience . I would highly recommend! Oh… I almost forgot.., the hydro massage chairs are functional and top notch here !!

I have been going to this Planet Fitness since 2015.
I like to utilize the 30 min express circuit, but trying to do so for the past year or so is extremely difficult, and has become much more so in the past few months.

Many times there are at least 3-4 people monopolizing or parked on machines, many on their phones and/or doing multiple sets. People are constantly wandering in an jumping on machines in the middle of of the circuit and not working and moving to the circuit lights/timing, Those of us using the circuit as it is intended have to try to work around them. The staff does not seem to enforce the use of this area in any notable way, regardless of what the limited signage for the area says.

In the distant past they used to walk new clients around and explain how that area worked. I haven't seen that in a very long time. At a minimum, since explanation and/or enforcement is lacking, they need to post the signage for that room in more places. I would suggest on a stand in the middle of where you enter in as no one seems to even see the one on the short wall. It might also help to have that signage in Spanish too.

I have never been in another PF where I had to ask for a password for WiFi. It’s ‘Youbelong’ btw. But don’t get your hopes up that it’s worth anything. Crappy WiFi. Customer service wasn’t worth much either. Shower was hot and fairly clean but could use new shower curtains, ewww!

Stephanie who works in the Callaway, FL place deserves a raise! Every time I see her she is vacuuming, mopping , wiping down machines and it does not matter what she is doing she is never too busy to help you with something like oiling down a machine that is squeaking loudly! Joining Planet Fitness is entrapment. They say there is no contract but make sure you don't move or travel because the way they require you to cancel is just ridiculous. I can cancel bank accounts and credit cards easier than they make it. They will say but you signed this paper to justify their scam. I was told I could cancel at any Planet Fitness but that was a lie which should be the way it is if they actually cared wait their customers. I wonder how much money they make off of this non customer service oriented way of canceling your membership. I mean a certfied letter? Really? Never again. Don't become their fool. Join a different gym.

Good way to give it excellent is that they need employees who speak Spanish. There is a large Hispanic community that goes there and it is very difficult for us to communicate with the staff at this time, everywhere there are bilingual staff because it is not appropriate to lack them.
