Probably my fave PF gym in Broward, this location is always clean and kept up with equipment - employees actually do their job and clean/restock/rerack. Been to many locations where all they do is sit behind the desk and do absolutely nothing. Brandon at the front desk is the man! Super friendly chill guy and always interacting with members

Been going here since the pandemic. Mainly because of the hours, I like to get my workout in early. It was meh, they did a transformation shortly after that was ok.Then just today I went for the first time in 3 or 4 days and now they just added so many new machines. They really do make use of the extra 40 bucks they bill you annually. Now the gym is actually what they say they try not to be and I love it. Lots of free weights and a few new squat racks smith machines and much more. Thank you PF!!!! The new gym looks amazing 👏 🤩 😍

I’ve been going to this planet fitness for years and it’s always been a good gym. I appreciated how lowkey it was but I understand when people learn about that, they start attending. It was frustrating at first because some of their machines would be out of order, there would be 6 stair master machines and only 2 functional ones. But after today, I must say, I change my mind. They have new and updated machines, brand new equipment, and fixed their past issues. It’s a quality gym with its new additions. Staff is always nice and respectful.

Can’t say anything bad about the gym till today when I felt not listened by the staff when I asked them to call the manager to tell a girl to stop filming around people never had a problem before I go to the gym to training not to be on a video or someone else social media they didn’t tell her and she was keeping her camera on me filming when I complained about her she was joking and laughing all I said to her is stopped filming people and me ,not only feel uncomfortable but is against my privacy we all pay membership to be in a safety and comfortable environment … In Florida, recording someone without their consent, even if you feel threatened, is generally illegal. Florida is a "two-party consent" state, meaning that all parties in a conversation must consent to being recorded. Recording someone without their knowledge or permission, even if you feel threatened, can lead to felony or misdemeanor charges, as well as potential civil and punitive damages.

Very unique here! It’s within a neighborhood and not busier shopping plazas like the other locations. Very calm here and what makes it unique here is the customer service! The front desk people are very helpful and professional greeting you upon entry and exit. They always walk around ensuring there are enough paper towels and spray for use! Very attentive and amazing!

I come to this location about 4 times a week because it is close to my work and I like to exercise before work, then use the locker room to shower, change and head out. I always get a great workout in, and the staff is very friendly (shoutout to Nick who is always so welcoming and has a great demeanor!!). The reason for the 3 stars is because the shower and changing areas is kind of busted up. The showers are not the cleanest, and they are frequently broken. Currently 2 out of the 3 don’t have the knob on them to change the temp of the water. The floor is always soaked. I’ll continue to come to this location because of the proximity to work and the friendly staff, but just wish they were on top of the maintenance!

I've been a regular at this PF location for 2.5 years and it has significantly declined in the last 6-8 months. The cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes) are constantly going dead or not working, and there's normally only 1 of the 2 rowers working. There are only 1-3 StairMasters working at a time- sometimes NONE. I understand the company has to wait on parts, etc. but this has been going on for months, and whenever a few get repaired they don't work for long. When I shared my frustration with the front desk and asked if there was a way for me (and my fitness group) to communicate with the owners/management to help escalate the SM repairs, he simply told me that if I was unhappy I could go to another PF. I will be canceling my membership today.

I’ve been to many locations in Broward County, and this one is definitely below average. The space feels extremely tight, with machines placed too close together, making it uncomfortable to move around. The lighting is dim, which creates a dull and uninviting atmosphere. Overall, the environment is poorly designed and not enjoyable.

Well i been going to this gym 2 years going on into 3 years love the staffs and the workout equipments dont see why people so negative in the comment section but it is what it is. . . It's ok and affordable to join. My customer service experience was not great. If every member decides to leave planet fitness, how would the business operate? Every customer has to pay, the service is not free, we are the business, and you're informing me you have other things to do than provide service? I suggest customer service training for front office staff at this branch, there should be a level of respect for every customer no matter what they look like or come from. Service was TERRIBLE! Chris was extremely disappointing. I have been a Planet Fitness customer for years and have never been turned away. I had my auto pay turned off due to a bank change I made a month ago and I had not brought my wallet to my workout and Chris told me I couldn't workout until I paid even though I am a regular at the location. Chris made me go back 25 min back to my house when he could have let me workout since I was already there anyway. It's disappointing when people like Chris don't understand the customer's situation and decide to act that way. If it was the second time It would be quite understandable but this is the first time this has happened to me he could have let me in but he looked like he hated his life and his job so here's your review Chris if you don’t like your job just let other people take your place 👎🏼

It's a good gym. I like the atmosphere and the people. There are either friendly or leave you alone which is just fine. I tend to go very early, which means I'm there at the same time as all the other people who tend to go very early, which makes it a drop busier than normal. If you just wandered in at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m.. that's not their fault though. If possible, I think they should buy one or two more cable curl easy bars but really the place is fine

The place is great for a quick workout. I've been in different planet Fitness and this one is not that big. It can get really crowded very easy. Today I went to sign up at the Pembroke Pines gym and Tesia helped me. From the first moment she greeted me with a smile, guided me through the whole process, and answered all my questions very kindly. What I liked most of all was that I arrived less than 15 minutes before 2:00 pm, when her work shift was ending, and despite that, she never rushed me or made me understand that she had to leave. I praised her and told her that I wish all the people who work in customer service had her skills, her talent with customers, and her patience. I am very happy with the attention I received and I am extremely grateful to Tesia for making a difference for the better. In a society where the majority do not pay attention to customers as they should, workers like her should be highlighted and be an example for others.

This gym is ok. I was used to going to Blink Fitness for a couple of years. The people are nice and it's always clean and for the most part equipment is in working condition. One of the issues I have is they don't have sufficient space for free weights. They also don't have the same type of weight lifting machines I have been accustomed to. Last several weeks the air has been going out. Crazy thing is there was no sign saying the air was out. I don't have to tell you that when the air is out at the gym the smells are bothersome so I have had to cut my workout early because I couldn't take it. I like that they have the massage chairs and some other amenities. I don't plan on going to another gym because it fits me for right now.

I went to the gym looking to join. (I have not heard good things about Planet Fitness, but thought I would give them a chance to get my business.) I was greeted by an uninterested employee who was only looking to work with clients who wanted a premium memberships. After trying to work something out, I left extremely dissatisfied and took my business and membership to another gym. I do not recommend this location or Planet Fitness in general. It can get crowded with the after work members.(Update )Lately the staff seems disinterested and disengaged, talking with friend members or in groups of staff. Part of the gym is inaccessible and the 30m work out area was moved away from the front and relegated to a back corner. In what can only be assumed to be a ploy to have you spend more than just 30m. The new set up allows for more machines but less personal space. You will have to move or adjust your movement to accommodate the person next to you. They claim to be improving all facets of the gym so I will update accordingly.
