The manager is horrible. They will trick you into signing up for a membership when you only wanted to visit for one day then charge you unknowingly for 6 months when you live in another state & then refuse to refund you when you only used their gym once. I was here for couple of months, but this gym needs the arc trainer and the actual spinning bikes, then I would love to rejoin for the $25 a month, too many treadmills and cardio bike machines this ones don't work for burning calories

Been to almost every planet fitness on east coast Florida. This one’s shower heads are the best I’ve used, water filter is good(cold and clean tasting fountain), not a very busy location either. Had a seated calf raise machine which is rare too. Good location

It's an excellent gym with friendly staff and the equipment is in great condition! Unfortunately it is the most crowded Planet Fitness I've ever been to, so if you're not comfortable with crowds of teenagers then you might want to find a different gym.

Basic public space. Cleanliness should be better. Restrooms are typically off putting and under cleaned. Water pressure I'm sinks are low quality. Some of the Staff don't understand boundaries with interactions with gym members.

Very poorly designed gym, the equipment is spread out in several different places, there is only one leg press machine, the dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds, It does not have free squat machines or free bench presses. Who trains heavier ends up like this? 60 pounds for the biceps is low

When a member has a complaint the owners replyshould not be for the member to take it up with the manager. As the owner it is YOUR responsibility to address this with the manager, not the members duty. Unless you are going to compensate them for their time. Be an owner and take pride in ownership

I've been to a lot of Plant Fitness locations on the east coast, especially in Florida. This one is my favorite. It's spacious, clean, and the staff is among the nicest Planet Fitness employees I've ever had the pleasure of helping me. I love the Sanford location, keep up the good work!

Clean and nice place but can’t use some of the older machines I used to love at other spots might have to go back ,leg extension is by far the worst why dose the pad on my shins not have different locking points instead it’s a one for all style that end up sitting on top of my foot .honestly it was a downgrade with some of the “new equipment “ it’s like people who don’t workout designed it .

Treats members guests like they don't belong. Have had a membership for less then a month. This was only the third attempt to go to a planet fitness location. Will avoid this location at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would I’ve been in contact with the club since September about the double charges and double late fees on the account for the last few months even tried for 30 days to get the general manager to call Terrance Roberson and still couldn’t fix the problem they have me the payment customer service number to call and they can’t refund me and stated nobody has called regarding my issue and there’s no notes on the account to assist that the club employee has to call it in and still are saying there more payment after even canceling the account they will rob you blind don’t sign up here save for bank statements also will not help charged me even 3 times in one week this is insane also (I didn’t have a buy out fee because of my selected membership please don’t be fooled by the owners response “same owner who took a month to call me back regarding issue” trying to cover this when even a employee has let me know ALOT of customers are going through the same issue I had with extra payment and late payment and over charged fees)

Another weekend. Another late opening. Doesn't management care that people have lives and just want to get their day started? Schedule or hire people who will actually show up at open and can return the key to the box. Last weekend, they couldn't open until 2 hours late because someone forgot to return the key to the lock box (which has happened more often than you think) this week, there is no shows. We all spend enough money, just make it a 24 hour if you can't get people to open on time. 45 minutes and counting this week, most likely will be another 8am open (suppose to be 6). So tired of this. At least eSporta opens when they are supposed to. Maybe management should open on the weekends.

First time Planet Fitness member and I like it. The hours are flexible, the membership is not a gazillion dollars, it’s clean (can be a little warm sometimes but that’s you burn fat right?! 😅), the music is not super loud to where you have to turn your own audio up really loud, and the massage chairs are nice! I have the black card and also enjoy the perk of bringing a guest anytime.

Gym has nice equipment BUT you don’t need 30 treadmills and 20 elliptical machines while having very sparce nautilus machines and free weights are slim.better served to remove excess cardio machines to make room for more practical and diverse muscle strengthening equipment.

It also takes roughly 8 minutes for any warm water to disperse. It’s really upsetting to see how this place is brand new and the showers are subpar. Well …back to the Casselberry location I go…

Cold shower. No hot water. All the drains clogged in the ladies shower. Yep, I'm in a Planet Fitness! Due to my work, I'm in a different Planet Fitness nearly every day. But the lack of care for its members shows in nearly all of the clubs. The only really good clubs are in El Paso, TX. They have a number of them there that are high quality. But I'm a long way from there. Join another club and I will, too.

The reply suggests that I tell the manager. But I am already traveling in another town. If PF really cared, perhaps the person writing the Google response would tell the Planet Fitness manager.
