This is the BEST gym I have ever been associated with. Loads of equipment, weights, treadmills, stair climbers etc. The staff is a conscientious, hard working and pleasant. All equipment, restrooms and work-out area is kept very clean and it is rare when a machine is not working. Also it seems to me that all who use this gym are friendly and willing to share the equipment and don't forget the very reasonable fees at Planet Fitness. What more could anyone want ?????

I really like how easy it is to find my way around the machines and equipment at Planet Fitness. The staff is always helpful and quick to answer any questions. The gym is clean, well air conditioned, and comfortable. I've noticed that most people are great about wiping down machines after they use them, and there are plenty of cleaning stations throughout the space. The TVs also help take your mind off the workout, which is a nice bonus. So I highly recommend Planet Fitness if you're looking for a solid gym.

It really is awful that paying customers have to wait for summer pass kids sitting at equipment playing on their phones. Today I watched two kids occupy both peck decks for 20 minutes playing on their phones and only 3 minutes the most was using the machine. The Jupiter planet fitness is the worst with this behavior. I simply love the increase in plates and additional machines for the calves and new flat bench machine. There is an employee at the Stuart location who has the biggest smile and is a worker that is also a statesman for the location. He is Spanish, about six foot tall, and every patron I know love his personality and his assistance. I hate myself (LOL) for not remembering his name but I suck with names....He deserves commendation. He would do anything to help, stock up on towels, or see to something requiring review or cleaning in a snap without any attitude, exactly as I would do. He is the personification of positivity!

I was skeptical at first but after the ease of signing up online and just scanning at check-in, I was impressed because there were no salespeople haggling you.
Reps were there to help if you asked for it and the gym had lot's of different types of equipment to get a good workout done. Also important was that the place was clean. It was refreshing not hearing grunts & grown of he men, dropping weights & hoarding multiple types of equipment.

I have been here since I moved to Stuart in 2022. I like it because it's clean, it has enough machines that I never have to wait and the staff is nice. Kerry is the best employee I have seen in a gym. He is ALWAYS busy working like no other. Kerry, you are the best!!! and I really appreciate your work.The only thing I don't like about this PF is that they often have issues with the TV channels. I had reported more than 5 times that channel 2 Food Network doesn't have sound. For instance it was working fine las Friday, but today Monday morning is silent again. This gym is quality, I can see staff doing their very best to keep it clean (and succeeding) as well as the members who I watch clean the equipment after each use as I do. I am very comfortable here. The equipment is great, though I do see that some small portion of the machines do not have an accurate rep count, it’s important to note the majority work perfectly fine and there are plenty of machines to choose from. The environment is what I would expect for what I pay, and the Black Card Spa has been worth the investment when I can get in for a massage. Awesome place to reach and exceed my fitness goals on this journey without feeling judged or uncomfortable.

I enjoy the ease of finding my way around the machines and equipment. The staff is very helpful with any questions. The facility is nicely air conditioned and very clean. I’ve noticed that everyone who works out if very good about cleaning the machine/equipment following their workout. There are plenty of cleaning stations around the gym. The new facility is nice. Wish they would increase some of the weights to be at least 75 lbs or 100 lbs to get more weight in but for the price I’m not complaining. Maybe a little less cardio machines since you can’t be next to someone anyways. Need more weight machines like smith or cables.

**Update** 3/07/23 I don’t really have time to waste and I need to get my workout in a timely matter but this place has way too many treadmills. All weight systems are being occupied and is extremely busy here at least at the weights. Only 4 smith machines and about 6 bench’s the rest of this place is treadmills. I had a positive outlook on this location but I don’t think I can rely on coming here. The crowd meter on the app shows slow or 3 bars. This place is supposed to be a place to workout right? If you need to use weights don’t come to this location. Too little weights and stations. Its 10:30 am on a Tuesday. Weird.
**Update May 3**
The problem is still less equipment. Workout station occupied by retirees having conversations instead of working out. Coming early like 7am should help with this maybe. Here at 9am -1030am and struggle to find equipment not occupied. The facility is clean and staff is nice. That’s not there issue. I just wish there was a place to workout with enough equipment for both the treadmill slums and the meat heads.

My wife and I are visiting Stuart for 17 days and need more than just long beach walks for exercise. We were told we could get day passes at this Planet Fitness for $10 apiece. We walked in and immediately greeted by a friendly young lady. She asked for our IDs, uh oh, my wife didn’t have hers. No worries, we’re only 10 minutes away. On our return we were informed this first visit was complementary! Nice! We love our local gym but can see from everything about this gym why this chain is so successful! I have been here about a week so far. The entire gym is sparkling clean. The music is not to loud. You can use ear buds if you want. Plenty of all types of machines. They could use double the amount of dumbbells and benches because they are always taken. The parking is tight. The traffic to get to and out of the gym parking lot between 4 pm and 6 pm is absolutely horrible. It ads 1/2 hour to the gym time.

I enjoy the convenience of having so many locations wherever I travel. My only complaint is, especially when it is busy, that people will sit on the machines for 15-20 or longer minutes without doing any lifting, looking, texting, or talking on the phone. People are there to work out and can't because of people sitting on the equipment forever. I have asked the staff about this, but they always say there is nothing they can do about it because of company policy, which I find hard to believe.
