“Cancelled” my membership back in may took me 3 times of coming in to actually stop getting charged don’t bother calling to cancel because even if you did come in before staff is unable to do absolutely anything to help over the phone excited to find out if I end up getting charged this month too🤷‍♂️

I've been a member of this gym for almost a year it is a good place to go the location is friendly management is on par and very helpful and it is a good clean decent gym the only thing that I don't like is I wish it was open 24 hours like the original advertisements however other than that I would highly recommend

I really like Planet Fitness. I'm a new mom, my baby is 4 months old and I already used to go to Planet Fitness gyms before having a baby, now I'm coming back. I did a test in another gym in the region and I didn't like it, definitely Planet Fitness has a better quality. This new one at Pensacola is very good, new appliances and cleanliness. The only thing I think is missing is an area to receive children so that parents can exercise, since I depend on my husband to take care of my baby so that I have free time to work out, but he can't always and this saddens me, because I would like to go working out every day, the other gym in the area has this option, but even so I prefer to stay at Planet Fitness because of the other positives.

Great location. I like the energy of this location in the evening, but I also enjoy the quiet and peace you get if you decide to do a late night or early morning workout. Equipment - place has everything you need. No one area intrudes on the other. Has the main floor mirrors and two more mirror areas in the back. It seems to be in the perfect location to serve the 1000s of college students and residents in the surrounding areas as this is the only public big box gym west of FSU. More businesses are coming to that area of West Pensacola, which further enhances its appeal. Parking lot can get busy in the evening but so far this is the best PF in Tallahasssee.

Place is garbage, I personally pay for a planet fitness pass to use the 24hr service locations. I was literally in the parking lot 30 minutes doing homework before going inside to workout, and this lame security guard started harassing me about overnight parking then called the police on me and said the owner of the parking lot wanted me trespassed. Having a 24hr planet fitness property controlled by the owner of the lot literally defeats the purpose of having a 24hr fitness here. They should close this one down.

I just want to show you how shiny the equipment is. The equipment is so clean and shiny that it looks like a Corvette was prepared for an unveiling at a Chevrolet dealership. Everything is great, better to know that it is not only cleaning, actually they are doing deep detailing on equipment. The management is a young man and this unique beauty that you see is the result of his great management. The staff is very respectful and friendly. They answer questions and always take care of the equipment. You feel like you are the first person to come in at any time of the day because all the equipment is neatly organized, because the staff and the trainer take care of it at all times. And you always have a very friendly trainer who answers all your specialized questions. The atmosphere of the gym is full of positive energy. Your efforts in creating this beauty are very commendable. I appreciate all of you. I hope you always be the best in your life.

This is a big gym. They have more of everything it seems, but no 30 min. dedicated zone. They also have a glute lift machine, and new cyrolounge recovery chairs. The men's showers are double curtained, and only one wheelchair type changing cubicle.
