I've been working out at Planet Fitness for 2 years and I really appreciate all the great staff! They are friendly and helpful. When you arrive to workout, it's like arriving at the Cheers bar ''where everyone knows your name!" I also appreciate the good, cool AC system. It makes working out, especially when it's been so hot this summer - a little easier.

The staff are kind and friendly. However this is the nastiest Planet Fitness I’ve visited by a long shot. I’ve been visiting for 3 days and each day the shower and restroom facilities have been absolutely disgusting. I only managed to take a few photos, but in person it’s actually worse. The workout facilities are fine but there are actually bugs in the shower! Small flying bugs everywhere and tiny bugs wriggling across the floor tile. This isnt just customer trash and debris left, but a clear lack of any hygenic standard.

Great service overall both morning and afternoon staff I’ve been going for 5 weeks now and I can say I’ve haven’t had a problem yet, though the male worker are sometimes unavailable in the front desk the female worker i believe her name is Sara she has been a great help she gave me a tour of the gym on my first week and seems to be always in the front, but besides the staff the gym seems to be clean almost everyday and everyone here is very respectful I’ve made a couple of friends here and there definitely would come back here again

They go above and beyond to accommodate clients.My membership cost me $312.00 yearly with an additional $50 fee attached just in case you have a low level eye Q and you feel some type of way. I got a membership a little more than a month ago. I keep coming here because this is my favorite location. It's easy to get a great workout in. They have everything. Nobody bothers you but the staff is always available if needed. The prices and the process here are great. Being open 24 hours Monday-Friday is a big plus as well.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I just went with my kid to sign up for the teen summer pass. When we walked in, the guy behind the counter was on his phone. So we waited for him to address us. When he looked up,he put his phone away but didn't greet us. He just continued leaning against the counter with his arms across his chest. I finally said hello and he asked us what do we need. I asked him if we could get some customer service, he shook his head no. I asked him if I had done anything to him and he asked, "What do you want?" I said I wanted him to come over so I could speak with him. At this point, he continued leaning against the counter tugging on his beard and refusing to look at me. He made no attempt to come to the counter where we were. I asked him again can you come here so I can speak with you and he stood up off the counter and took one step forward (leaving him standing in the center of the space). At this point I asked him if a supervisor was there or if he was the supervisor and he said no. After a few minutes more of his childish obstinance, we left...until noon tomorrow when his supervisor should be there.

I slept in my car for a year and came here every morning at 5am to take a shower. A couple of things did bother me where there were homeless people sleeping in the dressing stalls, it isn't 24 hours on the weekend and I got double charged for the $150 hidden annual fee because I cancelled my membership when I found a place to live then came back 2 months later because the place I moved into was infested with rats and roaches and I couldn't take it

LADIES!!! Be aware when you use the LADIES locker room the MALE staff DO NOT announce themselves and WILL FOLLOW YOU INSIDE WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE and stay in there KNOWING you’re alone changing or showering and will be “cleaning” while you’re in the stall. This occurred very early A.M. Yes, it was brought up to manager, No, nothing came of it. They will tell you that you didn’t “hear” him announce. In my opinion, Cleaning/ replacing TP could’ve waited the 5 mins. Instead he chose a totally inappropriate time to do so while literally only one woman was inside the stall.

A customer service was great but the women's bathroom was horribly every Star was nasty and disgusting I was about to take a picture but I decided not to I went to the front counter and told the woman about the nasty bathrooms she said she'll clean them again she said that she just cleaned them but I really didn't believe her because you could tell the filthiness in that bathroom it was there for a little second. I’m so greatful for the employee Tim, he’s always cleaning whenever I arrive. I appreciate how he accounced himself when entering the ladies locker room while I was in there( he was respectful and I let him DO HIS JOB!) and I know it stays clean because of him( it’s usually nasty in there). Women who attend this gym be very careful when in the locker room. Tim the worker enters the locker room without announcing himself and does not put a sign out front. I was naked in the locker room when he walked in. Ian the manager did not reprimand this worker either. Do not shower there! Still working on putting in a claim with corporate I have been unable to reach a representative.

Edit after almost 2 years ...just put in new machines but still needs more ab machines and new medicine balls , it's pretty clean and the music is not overpowering. Most machines are not available peak times of the day. Could use longer hours on weekends and needs classes on evenings and weekends. Management needs to enforce no loud phone convos and no camping. Thats a huge problem here ...but it's the only place nearby so ....

I waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes for someone to talk to me. I went in to cancel my membership since I was told I had to do so in person. There was a language barrier between myself and the front desk staff and told me I cannot cancel my membership there. The inside was very run down and the staff was in street clothes.

Been working out here for around 5 years. The newer afternoon manager is extremely annoying with the siren. Dude is way too trigger happy with it, sometimes multiple times within a single minute. It’s more of a distraction than any *faint* weight noises. Give it a rest. No one is a “lunk”

An amazing gym. Clean bathrooms and amenities, a crew that is so pleasant. Enough so, that you can sit there and have a conversation with. I have never been dissatisfied with this gym. I Actually transferred from a different PF gym because this one is outstanding. Bri, Jordan, and the manager (I believe Eddie) are amazing employees. There’s another bald gentleman I wanna give a special shoutout to, didn’t grab his name, but the crew is fantastic- to the franchise owner- your crew makes this gym the amazing place that it is. I will keep my PF membership because of the great condition this gym is always in.

It was busy but still a great Planet Fitness experience as usual.
The only issue I had was with a young guy who thought he owned the place, he was hogging a machine I wanted to use for a very long time and was refusing to let anyone work in with him even while he was just sitting there resting and looking at his phone. He even thought it was ok to leave a water bottle there to 'reserve' the machine while he wondered off doing something else. It was ridiculous and very unfair to other members how some people think it is ok to do this. Planet Fitness should have a policy about this and post signs expressly forbidding this behavior.
