Planet Fitness has good equipment, a clean environment, and overall a nice place to work out. I really like the gym itself. However, the night-shift staff need improvement in how they treat customers. Their attitude is not friendly or welcoming, and it affects the overall experience. I hope management can address this, because the gym has great potential if the customer service improves.

I’ve been coming to this Planet Fitness for about two years, and it’s always been a great experience! The front desk team is super kind and welcoming every time I come in. Renardo always greets everyone with a kind hello or good morning and sets such a positive tone for the gym. Called last night 10/9 spoke to Jenny or Jena very friendly & answered my question with no hesitation. Went in today 10/10 to sign up for membership no acknowledgement for a minute or so. Went down the road to crunch fitness greeted and welcomed with opened arms.Granted I already have access to a gym through my apartment complex & place of employment. I just joined PlanetFitness (Bearss & Livingston Ave) and love it!! On my second d visit, I lost my keys and PF associate, Rudy, went above and beyond to help me locate my keys. The reception staff is awesome, they even call me by my name from day 1. Darren, the trainer, he encourages me to go on when I don't have the strentgh after work to do so, but he always awaits me with a smile and his words "this is going to be fun" 😄😄 he is my motivation to go there and work out! He’s encouraging, knowledgeable and helps you to push beyond what you think your limits are. “Can’t” and “No” are not in his vocabulary. The front desk staff barely pay attention and let people just walk in without memberships, and without stopping them. One of them was crazy and I had to get the front desk to remove her, and I think the only reason they did is because I told them I'd call the police myself if they didn't. The girl was crazy, demanding personal information, talking about having a parole officer, talking to herself, and more. I shouldn't have had to threaten to call the police for them to deal with her, especially since I wasn't the only one complaining to the front desk about her.

Plus when I stopped my membership they kept charging me and trying to give me a bunch of BS about why they wouldn't stop and why they wouldn't refund my money. I had to figure out how to contact the owner of that location to get it straightened out. The front desk staff all need to be replaced.

I am a cargo van driver and I travel all over the country so I do my workouts and showers at every gym from coast to coast in the US. In some gyms the cleanliness is good, in others it is bad. I always considered that the cleanliness and treatment of each location, regardless of the company, everything depends on the owner of the franchise. I have rated some gyms as bad services and others as excellent services. As I had the experience in a gym in Dallas, Texas, for me that gym is five stars, But unfortunately I cannot say that about this gym. The bathrooms are dirty and damaged. You can see the photos. I did not want to take photos of the equipment because it did not present any problems. But the cleaning of the men's bathroom was very bad.

They are cool, its a chill place to get a work out, wish they had other equipment that other places like EOS and stuff has but honestly this place is no BS, EOS and other places hound you for personal training this place is come, check in , work out,MAYBE talk to counter staff if they are cool, go home and repeat, my only thing is, This location WAS 24/7 but since Covid no longer is, just wondering if they will ever go back to 24/7 I kinda miss my 3am workouts when I couldnt sleep and Its not far but sometimes I dont always want to drive to Fowler when my home location is literally 5 minutes down the road

This gym is a great gym to go to. Darren is great he is a great personal trainer and he loves what he does. He is very nice and customer service oriented . To be honest out of all of the staff he is the nicest and the most approachable and also out of everyone that works there he is the most knowledgeable about health and about the gym.
