I canceled my membership and they kept charging me. I called and told them and they said I had to come in and sign something so they would stop charging me. I did. Then they kept charging me. Wtaf. I did enjoy going to this gym. Once I moved out of state and was no longer going to this gym I cancelled. It does say cancel anytime. Now they are trying to charge me and I have not been there in over 2 months. I called the club and the girl on the phone thought it was funny that they would keep trying to bill me one month plus a late fee even though I cancelled int he beginning of the month. Very poor customer service, and frankly a scam saying cancel anytime. I would not recommend this Planet Fitness location. ***Update They attempted to charge me every 12 hours until it went through after I cancelled at the beginning of the month. UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE

This was a nice gym when I was going to it. My husband canceled our membership after we moved and they are still trying to bill us. The ad says cancel anytime but this is not true. When we called the club the girl on the phone was not interested in helping and found it amusing that they would keep trying to debit out account one last time even though we have not been there in months and cancelled int he beginning of August. **UPDATE they attempted to charge my card at midnight and again at 9:30am, until the charge went through. I cancelled and called them prior to this UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE since I CANCELLED. Megan at the front desk should be ashamed of herself.

Wherever I'm at I always look for a planet fitness and I find one. This one in particular has a nice set up and very clean I might add. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are well kept. Which doesn't make you second guess about using their showers or bathroom stalls. This is one of my favorite places to go to

Been to many PF throughout Florida.. some great ones and some not so great. This is a new location so I expected it to be clean and well maintained. Unfortunately I can see many customers NOT wiping equipment down after use! As well as staff not maintaining Womans bathroom with dirt, and water all over the floor as well as weave from someone's head all over the floor and sink! The floors throughtout the gym are not being cleaned regularly. The floors are incredibly dirty! You have many people who use the floor to stretch so this is just gross. I found trash laying on the floor in the stretch zone and what appeared to be something sticky spilled in areas of the floor as well! I saw multiple employees walk by into the back area and never stopped once to pick it up! Also this location had 3 power outages in the past month or so! They shut the gym down early and make everyone leave. These gyms are supposed to have back up generators and claim to never shut down due to power outages! Maybe people of Titusville dont know any better and are just happy to have a PF since there's not much around here to begin with, but this is unacceptable for a literally new gym! Makes me wonder if they are maintaining the spa area and changing bulbs out of the beds as per state requirements as well. I can tell by the generic responce on other complaints from the "Owner" they dont care. I will be going above the club owner and contacting corporate as I want a resolution to my complaint! I have pictures of the filth and details of when customers were asked to leave due to power outages. Enjoy

The spray tans are high quality and absolutely worth the black card by itself, also, the hydro beds are super nice!

Skyler is the best!!!!! He took his time to help my son who was having issues logging in and it took a good amount of time due to technical issues. He was very patient and helpful to my 13 year old. We couldn’t figured it out by ourself and are truly grateful for his time.

Benjamin is also super super helpful. He did a great job with helping me out as well. Very nice gentlemen.

I’ve been going to this location every day for the last two months and the gym itself is very new and clean. Staff is always wiping down equipment and dusting while answering any questions members may have. The selection of equipment is I’d say a 6 or 7/10 in terms of quantity, as I rarely have to wait around for the machine/spot I was looking to use.

This location starts getting busy around 3pm and 6pm is around the peak of members in the gym.

I wish there were free weights like at other locations (instead of smith machines, actual power racks with a bar). The dumbbells only go to 75 which may be a problem (I’ve capped them out so it’s a bit of a bummer for me).

Overall I’d recommend this gym as a good place to start and get strong fairly cheaply. The black card amenities are cool, a hydro massage after a long workout feels great.

P.S. if I see you not wipe down your equipment or not re-rack your weights after your workout I WILL approach you and tell you to clean up your mess. If you didn’t know, that’s okay, now you do. Please clean up your mess so the next person doesn’t have to clean up after you. Thanks!

I have just travelled from 8 hours North of Buffalo NY ( yep 🇨🇦) down to Key West and heading back up. I stayed in town s few days to watch the Amazon rocket...get scrubbed. I've stopped in at several locations in several states, so i have an informed and relative opinion with basis for comparison. . This is the nicest one Ive come across for several reasons. . The staff are awesome, I've met the afternoon shift and night shift. Ownership/ management hires really well. Rarely does everyone give you a " hey" on the way in. It's a large facility. I went at peak time. There is a lot of newer , well kept, functional upgraded equipment and I waited for nothing. Most places my workout time is doubled for thst reason. Something to take into account if youre considering a local gym with less equipment. The place is spotless with some of the best showers around. The layout is awesome and very user friendly. . Kudos to management and staff at this location. If you live in Titusville you should join at PF and be grateful it's in your own backyard.

The floors need to be vacuumed more on a regular basis they look clean butt they are not because the floor is black. The total body enhancement always has a line because they are not using the computer as designed to schedule people they are writing it down on a piece of paper which creates a big line cuz people do not know how many people are ahead of them when they look at the computer to schedule their time, if someone cannot sit in the lounge and wait a few minutes they should not be able to schedule hours ahead of time.

I hate to be the person who has to speak out for the masses; Unfortunately, I have repeatedly asked about the cleaning issue in the women’s bathroom and I know it’s not anyone’s favorite job but every day they should be cleaning these bathrooms just like a gas station has the schedule and you have to clean it every day because of the traffic the bathroom definitely have not been cleaned in seven days Cause I come in here every day and I see it:/ I will take this review down once it has been addressed. It’s absolutely a health code issue and shouldn’t have to be a regular complaint on anyone’s behalf. We all deserve to be in a clean environment. It should not be a pass the buck issue. Just implement a system of daily cleaning and sanitizing, not just vacuuming. Please, please, please…… And the water fountain needs to be sanitized EVERY DAY. Health Code????

This is a new location so everything is brand new. I love the hydro bed and the separate workout stations, lockers and showers too. As a full time traveler who has been in many Planet Fitness locations, this is definitely one of the nicest and best equipped locations. Staff is very nice, locker room and showers are very clean. However, I removed one star mainly as the gym did not have any floor mats available. Floor mats are a necessity and heavily used in all Planet Fitness locations I have been to. I can only assume that the corporate supplier has not been able to deliver mats, but they could have easily purchased 10 mats at a local Walmart or Amazon to bridge the supplier issue. Minor second negative is that the showers did not have much pressure, so shower time took twice as long as normal.
