This was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a planet yet. It’s very tiny. The “stretching area” is packed with machines and has enough room for one person to stretch. Paper towels aren’t filled so I doubt anyone is actually cleaning the machines. There is barely anywhere you can have personal space. As a woman, I was extremely uncomfortable here. Tried my best to just focus on my workout. Worked up the courage to go to the free weight area which has an extreme amount of machines and people behind it, just for a grown man to come sit next to me, PRETEND he’s working out, and RECORD ME. I will never be going back to this gym.

My very favorite place to workout. I especially appreciate how clean the bathrooms are when I am in there. I go at night and honestly I’ve rarely seen a day when Jessica is not cleaning. It’s obvious she really cares about doing an honorable job even when noone is looking just because it’s the right thing to do and not bc anyone is seeing it. Honestly all the hard work I see she does along with also being super nice to every person I see comes in or goes out, honestly it just really stuns me sometimes because it just looks EXHAUSTING how much work she puts into her job between doing even…the windows?? And deep cleans the bathrooms?!? Who is this lady?!??? Maybe I need to hire her to clean my home!!!!!!! Both Greg and Jessica go the extra mile and it’s obvious to everyone how much they are there to make your day better. And it works. They always do! This is my happy place. And a lot of that is bc of how I am treated by the staff, especially those two. Over the past year and half I have lost 75 lbs! I KNOW that wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t love my experience in THAT particular gym location so much!

It’s a decent spot, but definitely on the smaller side compared to other gyms I’ve tried. They could use a better variety of equipment, maybe trade out a few treadmills for something else. Also, just a heads-up: be cautious in the parking lot and avoid leaving valuables in your car, since the area can feel a bit sketchy at times.

Little different how there were no garbage can covers and spray bottles hung on cams. But was no big deal. The attendant said there is only 2 squat bar cushios pads at that location, that's cool but litterally only saw one when checking the 4 Smith machines. I will return. Clean location, nice staff

If you like being harrasment with management and having the gym cooperate in having fellow patrens attack you under surveillance this is the place for you. If you don't like them holding balances that could be paid easier so you can't use the gym or the juice bar while they take you money for years after. Still denial of access of course. Then I think this is the best fitness planet out there!

Isabella was amazing, Very professional,kind,and helpful. Nowadays it's hard to find good help as I know first hand with trying to hire people myself. I came in crying on the worst day of my life and she was kind enough to just listen and not judge as I was a hot mess when I'm normally very put together. She helped me and answered a lot of my questions as the average person wouldn't even bother looking your file up. She seriously is a great employee. I was going to cancel my account and she's the reason I am going to stay another year. So She definitely deserves this rating. Thank you so much Isabella and I will pay it forward for the next person crying their eyes out and just listen because sometimes that's all a person needs. Sat outside for 10 mins after they were supposed to open! No one ended up showing up so thankfully I drove up 12 minutes to the Palm Beach Gardens location. While planet fitness may seem like a good deal. They make it very hard to cancel or change your membership. They will only let me downgrade or cancel my membership by coming in person or sending a traditional letter! I’m out of town and unable to come in person.

Surprised they don’t ask for a fax.

Clearly they try to make it difficult for people to cancel, in hopes you will just leave their recurring billing on forever.

I have been a member at this gym for 2 years, and I have to say that the experience has been amazing, especially thanks to the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Jessica and Unice. They both deserve raises! They work the overnight shift and are both so kind, make me feel safe and make sure the gym is clean and organized. From day one, Jessica made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She asks about my my fitness goals, encourages me and makes me feel seen. If you're looking for a gym with great staff and environment this is the one to go to!

Another large planet fitness, this one in West Palm Beach. Lots of diversity, folks all colors, shapes, sizes, ages groups. It was cold though, thermometer read 70 degrees. When I arrived, the music was what I call 'angry rap' but later it changed to soft rock. "Girls like you" by Maroon was playing when I left. The total body enhancement machine was not working as were various machines, with out of service signs on them. There was no one available who knew how to work the total body enhancement machine and that was disappointing. In fact, I only saw one very pleasant,
tall young man in purple shirt and he was busy doing a bit of everything.
There were 3 hydromassage beds, 2 massage chairs (with arm massage) and at least 2 tanning booths. Overall, I was satisfied with the available equipment (albeit -minus the total enhancement salon.) Outside or rather, at the entrance it was very dirty, lots of cups, plates, whatnot all around the floor as you step up to enter the gym. That was terrible. Since I'm not from this area, it made me wonder if this was not the 'poor' side of town. Why not be materially poor yet CLEAN. The restroom for women was clean, only 2 sinks though. You have to wait in line to use/wash your hands. Alright, it's my first time at this gym. Better than nothing. I have to check out more planet fitness gyms in this area. Good workout just the same.

Far better quality than LA fitness those dirty nasty gems the equipment is far behind that of crunch fitness and some LA fitness equipment. Notably lack of stand-up assistant machine. People think of sister pull ups but if you want to get really big and strong that's actually one of the best pieces of equipment to use stand up though not kneeling

I've recently been going to the Forest Hill location, that location has a problem with staff and the store. Then I tried this new location on 45th Street and wow, what a change. It was a smaller location but it had much better maintained equipment and the facility was much cleaner than the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this location.

It’s very convenient for this location where is located in busy plaza’s shopping 🛒! The place is clean and less crowded in early morning! The space is ok if you don’t need more than stuffs besides you want to work out 🏋️ here so that you can keep your strong health! I would not recommend going to this gym due to lack of information when signing up. My daughter and I were excited for her to join the free summer admission for high school students. I was told as her parent I could sign up as well for $10 a month. I asked the young man that helped me would that be the only fee I would pay, I was told yes. Before I was able to cancel I was charged a maintance fee for $52 that I was not made aware of. Also, I did not plan on using the gym after summer. So now I have been charged a fee I was not informed of when I asked. I was rushed to sign in various places in a hurry due to lack of staff. I have been taken advantage of.

i RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS GYM!!!! I had a horrible, unnecessary confrontation with an employee Chris. This is not my home gym and I have the basic membership. I went last week and 5 mins into my work out I started receiving email notifications that my transfer was confirmed. Without consent, Chris had made these changes without speaking with me. When I went to the counter instead of properly educating me of the policy for basic membership and not being able to go to any outside gym, he tells me that I need to update membership or go back to my home gym and to NOT COME BACK with a nasty, unprofessional attitude. When I asked for his name he says “my name is Chris and don’t come back”. Why he felt the need to speak to anyone like that is beyond me. I have recommended everyone I cross path with not to attend this location and to make the drive out to the southern blvd location since they are so much professional and has such a better environment.

My home base planet fitness on military and forest hill is very nice, I feel very comfortable there, the bathrooms etc are clean and the staff is very friendly on helpful there! However the other that’s open on 24/5 on southern and 441 is a tiny bit cleaner but not very fond of the staff there, I’ve also visited a planet fitness while visiting a friend in Ocala Florida and they were very nice! I didn’t take any pictures cause I was there for the use of the massage bed and tanning booth but the staff was also very friendly and helpful at the one in Ocala!

If I could leave a ZERO review, I would. I was billed twice by the Planet fitness on 45th Street and Military. I was billed on the 17th and 18th of June for my monthly membership. I called for the past three weeks to get my account reimbursed for one of the payments. Spoke to Cameron and then Chris. I then went in person and spoke to the manager, Juan. Three weeks of trying to resolve this and Juan tell me that they can't reimburse the money they took out in error. There isn't a phone number for me to call to resolve this. Planet Fitness stole my money and I'm supposed to just deal with it.

I spoke to Cameron June 21 by phone. I spoke to Chris on July 4th by phone and came in person on July 15 to resolve this issue. I spoke Juan on July 15 in person. All of them saw on your computer billing system that I have been billed twice, once on July 17 and again on July 18. I showed Juan my bank statement the shows the two back to back payments that were taken out and still I'm being told that there's nothing that can be done to resolve the issue. I want to be reimbursed for the extra payment that was taken out in error. Planet Fitness made the error, you need to fix it.

I should not have to be battling this issue for over three weeks with no resolution on your part.

Guy/girl (I don’t want to misgender) named Chris who works there is very rude. I had to cancel my membership recently and called in to talk to someone and was UNFORTUNATE to have spoken to him/her. He/she had an attitude right out the gate. I was told I had to come in to cancel and I said “ok I’m on my way” because I was just around the corner. I had a follow up question but he abruptly hung the phone up in my ear. Absolutely NO MANNERS. I have worked in corporate for over 8 years and have had to deal with clients. I know it can be frustrating sometimes but there is absolutely NO REASON to have an attitude like that!!!! He/she should get a job elsewhere!! Rude and pathetic!
Fortunately, when I walked in he was busy cleaning the shelves and I had the pleasure of speaking with the other person he works with at the counter. Very pleasant. Canceled my membership, explained what would happen next and I was out of there. Kudos to him!

Ridiculous. Guy had no shoes on and he was using a set of dumbbells, a barbell and one of the tricep cable pull down machines all at the same time. What ever happened to you have to wear shoes AND you can only use one thing at a time? Do not sign up at any planet fitness at all because if you want to cancel your membership and you no longer live in the area you have to mail them to cancel and they all say different days they have to receive by and Noone at this location know what they are doing ! Went in for the first time, attempted to do the 30 minute workout and someone just hugged the machine and staff justifies it and states well we got new equipment, no accountability. Will be looking at another location to see if the culture is better but I guess you get what you pay for. Oh and not a single person cleaned machines after they uses it. This is by far one of the PFs that needs the most attention. The manager is super nice and friendly but ,some of the staff are not so welcoming. A lot of the equipment doesn't work properly. This place is good overall to make yourself fit, this is not the place for beginners as the are no trainers to help you out. I used to watch my YouTube videos and workout, i cancelled my membership recently with these guys and never fall in the trap of like getting annual membership is waste of money.

So as we know there is no laws or written agreement that you have to download the planet fitness app - Jax the manager “ pic below want to mandate me to get the app which I have chosen not and will not - so she can’t use my phone number to pull up my account for me to get access to the use the gym - further more she and the staff at this location are always talk to each other not doing anything such as cleaning up or presenting the gym for use - whenever I visit this location it’s always filthy and the costumer service is always very poor - this location really need a reevaluation it get the title for of one of the worst planet fitness in the country
