Came there and scanned my pass and they were giving me a hard time asking for ID and other questions like I didn’t pay for the pass myself and then I proceeded to answer the questions correctly such as address etc. and they still proceeded pressing me about the ID .I came to work out who brings their Purse or Wallet in the gym .They were very UNFAIR and were judging.I had to drive to a farther planet fitness .

Like all planet fitness they excel only because they are everywhere. There are a very limited number of actual "workout" machines. The lack of benches means the smith machines always have a line. This one is clean enough, but it's even less equipped than the standard.

I called Planet Fitness to cancel my membership, and the person who answered, Jen, was extremely unprofessional. It was hard to hear her, and when I asked if she could take down my name and number so I could speak with a manager, since she said she couldn’t cancel my membership, she simply hung up the phone. That’s not how a front desk representative should handle customer service. Very disappointing experience. Definitely will be canceling my membership .

As someone getting back into the gym scene, I’m really glad I picked this one. It’s super clean every time I visit, and I always see staff walking around making sure everything’s in order. Decent location geographically but kinda run down abandoned plaza. The gym itself.... really not up to par with most planet fitness gyms I have visited. I was not greeted coming in or going out. Multiple machines with out of order signs on them. Torn down ceilings in the restroom. This gym is not that old and this level of wear and tear is unacceptable.

I came to this gym as guess with a friend. I was having a great workout playing my own music, mind you not bothering anyone or disturbing other gym members while Caleb a front desk member decided to make it his business to disturb my work out. I'm extremely annoyed because I was finishing up my work out peacefully. Then he comes to tell me he would appreciate it if I put my headphones in. I my workout was completely thrown off. I do not appreciate this at all because some ppl all they have is their time to workout and relieve stress. I don't appreciate this process being disrupted for someone's ego. Then when I told him I don't appreciate his conduct he doubled down. Customer service is lost at this location. While spacious I hate ppl messing with my workout esp for their ego. If I can't go to gym to work out in peace I will not come back to this gym. Trash front desk service.

This review is for Planet Fitness at Forest Hill and Military. This is the best Planet Fitness I have been to! I am Black card and travel the country. Milton and his team go above and beyond with every detail. The club is super clean. Milton should get a raise and be immediately promoted to full manager. Except I don't want him to leave this club!

The poor reviews I see here must be for another club they must mean another club like Lake Worth and Jog Road

Absolutely horrendous experience. Went in with a code for after membership, but the girl at the desk has no idea how it worked. She told me I had to create an account in the app first, which was completely wrong. When I finally got my free membership, I found out there's no complimentary locks for the lockers, and I had to purchase one. The one they sold me wouldn't open, and they couldn't process a refund until the general manager shows up next week. Now I not only have to go somewhere else to get a lock, but I have to come back on a day I wasn't planning to in order to get a refund.

This PF is not bad for the price, now this is a small place and the biggest problem is that it's ALWAYS PACKED no matter what time you go.

I switched to this location when my original gym was undergoing renovations. I love the place. It is impeccably clean. There is always paper and disinfectant available. From the moment we walked in, customer service was definitely on vacation. The people working were eating McDonald's at the front , the African young woman working was so high her eyes were squinty, red, and common sense was nowhere to be found. The hydro beds didn't work properly. The other 2 staff members, after eating their McDonald's went around the tan area and turned all the bright lights on, talking loud, there went relaxation time in the massage chair... and being a black card members..traveling from another state, we were charged $1 for winkie eye wear...and you had to use a CC. No cash accepted, and at every other PF we have never be charged, for eye wear. The staff was too busy consorting with others that they couldn't mop up the water on the floor...I should have read the reviews before going...... I am still shaking my head and we left over an hour ago...not coming back here again .... I'm writing this so other members can be aware, Thank God this is not my home gym, I would cancel immediately....

Love the staff here but it’s getting more and more difficult to work out at this location as it’s always overcrowded. You have to go either super early in the morning or later after 7pm at night to get a good workout in. Planet Fitness stop being cheap and build bigger gyms with more equipment.

First visit I had a blast got a great pump in. Started with treadmill which has tons of options and even a fan and entertainment, the kettlebells and thick rope we're nice additions to all the machines. Plan on going back a lot.

The staff are a revolving door. No one takes accountability at this location. A spoke with the assistant manager about “notes” being placed under my account regarding my 17 year old son “DO NOT LET HIM WORK OUT!!” C the assistant told me he had no answers. No initials after the note, he’s never even seen my son. Well, my son drove up & met me at the door. He recognized C instantly. Wow right? .. I’ve been w them for over a decade .. hmm ..
So, I took my son to CRUNCH fitness where they allow 16 year olds to have a membership .. I’ll be speaking w corporate, as my son’s friends still go there daily (surprise! they are 17!!)

4/30 2:45pm, Came in and asked to cancel my membership, girl was nice. But the guy was so rude he didn’t tell me anything I needed to do, I never come here so idk how it works. I’m just standing there waiting while they all stare at me and he asked “is it not going through?” I asked “am I supposed to do something?” He very rudely said “uh yeah scan your phone”. And I said “oh you didn’t tell me to” and he started to say something mean about it being obvious that I needed to scan my phone, caught himself and rolled his eyes at me instead. The rest of the interaction was so uncomfortable. Glad I canceled.

I advised that I had to use the restroom real quick as I just drank a lot of coffee. The woman told me NO they can’t just let anyone use their bathroom as they have to be a member.
