I brought my friend who was visiting, and it was her first-ever heated Pilates class, and let me tell you, it kicked her butt in the best way possible.

Liz is a magician. Her cues are perfect, her energy is unmatched, and her playlist? Elite. She somehow makes you laugh while your abs are shaking for dear life.

My friend left drenched, humbled, and already asking when she can come back. If you want a workout that hits your core and your soul, Liz’s class is it.

I was in Miami visiting a friend and we decided to go try out this new studio. It was my first ever heated Pilates class and I think it ruined me from doing any other type of Pilates, it was THAT good. We took Liz’s class and she was amazing! Her energy was perfect, the class was tough but in the best way. Anytime I’m in Miami, I will be coming back.

I took Mia’s class this weekend and oh my goodness it was INCREDIBLE. 11/10 recommend her class. The moves were unique and so perfectly challenging; playlist was banging. The studio itself was gorgeous, clean, and perfectly heated. & Yolee at the front desk was so helpful.
