I had the privilege to get a sneak preview of the studio and let me tell you… it is the most stunning Pilates studio in all of Miami. I was left too stunned to speak! Everything about the curation and design of the space was created with intention and purpose. It’s extremely luxurious and serene! (As well as the marketing/branding). On top of the design being beautiful, the location is top tier. The studio is in River Landing, and it’s the very first water front Pilates studio in the city. There’s also a very wholesome, safe, & inclusive community being built within this lovely studio, which isn’t always easy to find in Pilates spaces. Another thing that I’m utterly fond about, is the diversity within the instructor’s and the owner. I absolutely love and admire a business that is woman and black owned. I’m recommending this place to everyone I know! I cannot wait for Posh Life Pilates to open in a few weeks. Ahhhhh :) 💕

Posh Life offers a truly elevated experience, blending expert instruction with an amazing waterfront background. The pop-up classes have been thoughtfully designed, and the views are inspiring.
