The atmosphere at Pretty in Pink is what every gal needs!!
I really enjoy waking up early for my 6am class with my trainer Megan and my girls. The community is inviting, fun, and the attention to detail on each rep is what I love. I had a gnarly lower back injury in Nov 2024 and I joined the gym in Jan 2025 once cleared to get back in the gym. My strength from start to now has doubled and body is teaaaaaaaaa! Definitely a place I recommend to all girlies beginner to advanced!

Courtney at Pretty in Pink Fitness is phenomenal. She takes a thoughtful, science-based approach to strength and recovery that’s tailored to the real, long-term effects pregnancy and childbirth can have on your body. Her methods are focused, rehabilitative, and incredibly effective — you feel results quickly and safely.
Courtney combines deep knowledge with genuine encouragement, making every session both empowering and fun.

When I first met Courtney, I had one goal in mind - c-section recovery. I knew I had some work to do and was excited when I saw a Instagram of her introducing herself and her credentials. When we had our consultation - we immediately connected on so many levels and I was excited to work with her. I started with her online training - but eventually transitions to her boot camps. She is so knowledgeable and encourages me to take it slow, listen to my body… she reminds me I created a human not too long ago and to give myself grace. I have notice huge strides and my core feels amazing! I am feeling stronger each workout. Thank you Courtney, for creating a safe, faith-filled space! I’d recommend you to anyone ❤️

I got started with Courtney to elevate my fitness routine. Women are brainwashed to think cardio is the priority (so that's all I was doing) but after working with her, my whole life has changed. Definitely saw changes from just doing cardio.
She brings so much more to the table than just "a new workout routine", Women's health is more complicated than that and she knows it:
Focus on protecting the pelvic floor, adjusting to the body's changing needs, pivoting when life throws curve balls all while being encouraging and supporting consistency. It would be difficult to find someone this specialized and this knowledgeable anywhere else.

Courtney is the funniest and best trainer ever! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about fitness she is also very passionate about what she does. So far she has been amazing. She listens to what my goals are and has been helping me and encourage me to reach my goals. She is absolutely fantastic.

Courtney has exceeded my expectations when it comes to fitness training. She has truly helped me in ways I can not describe. I’ve become a stronger person. I’ve seen so much progress in such a short amount of time that even my doctors have noticed and have complimented me. I look forward to our sessions and to get a good workout in. I’m excited for what the future holds as I make more progress with Courtney’s help.

Courtney is incredible! She is so flexible and easy to work with, without a single compromise on quality of programming or hands on instruction. She has coached me virtually and in person in the past and was fantastic and spot on in both areas. There is so much to be said for being able to trust that the exercises and movements you’re given are not going to aggravate or be contradictory to physical therapist directions, especially as a postpartum mom! As someone who has had to work to recover from pelvic floor and other significant issues after each of my pregnancies, there is no replacement for that kind of security: knowing I’m doing movements that will help and not further hurt my body! I don’t know that I’d ever find another coach or trainer I could trust more.

I've been to alot of trainers but they never seems to understand the problems a mom faces when trying to lose weight or trying to lift without pelvic floor issues. And that's why I chose Courtney. Not only am I learning proper form and functional moves but I can finally deadlift without issue. If you're a mom.. you need a mom trainer. And no one has helped me more than Courtney.

If you’re looking for an awesome coach, hype girl, and friend Courtney is your girl!!! She is so knowledgeable in training women and has personally helped me learn so much about proper lifting for pelvic floor, training during my cycle, and focusing on quality or quantity! I have been training with her for almost 1.5 years and don’t plan to stop anytime soon 🫶🏼
