It was a First Class experience. In that it was our first evaluation experience, in itself, it revealed facts about our physical anatomy that we never had thought about in the way it was revealed. The personal attention that was given to us as we went through the process made it enjoyable as well as informative. We now look forward to the program that will assist us in keeping our physical, as well as our mental disciplines in a proper attitude and function for better health and daily stamina. I’ve been training at Pride for a little over a month now, and I came in with several issues — including lower back pain, glute pain, and foot problems. The team here is incredibly dedicated to personalizing your program, understanding your individual needs, and ensuring that you’re progressing without pain.
In just a month, I’ve already noticed significant improvement with my feet after struggling for years and visiting multiple orthopedic specialists for flat feet. Training barefoot and learning to strengthen my feet naturally has made a noticeable difference. I’m excited to see how much more progress I’ll make as I continue working with the team.
The facility itself is also well-maintained — the bathrooms are always clean and upkept, which is something I appreciate in a gym setting. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Khreem for making our sessions both challenging and fun.

My daughter has been with PRIDE for about two months. She is a basketball player. She came to pride with foot pain, flexibility, and mobility issues because she grew so fast over the past year. I can honestly say that I have seen a drastic improvement in everything I mentioned above. Until about three weeks ago she was unable to play without foot pain. She is now getting through entire workouts pain free.
As a basketball player, mobility (especially in her hips) is extremely important. It’s contributes to fluent movement and change of direction. Since starting with pride I have seen the difference on the basketball court. Her movements are smooth and change of direction is seamless and more explosive.
Her movements and flexibility has also improved as she is now able to touch her toes standing and sitting, something she used to have trouble doing without progression or sometimes not at all.
The professionalism, genuine care, and focus in improving her strength while addressing the aforementioned limitations has exceeded my expectations. We initially signed up for a four week program, but after seeing the progress and improvements, we decided to continue with the monthly plan. I would recommend PRIDE to anyone who ask, and would be willing to share my positive experience with them.

Seriously though, the team at Pride Strength are amazing. They will help you achieve your fitness and health goals, with smart measurements and assessments and a holistic approach to training. Whatever’s needed to help you get from A to B, they’ll do it. You’ll feel motivated, inspired, and uplifted on your journey.
At the beginning of this year, squatting just 60 pounds would give me some back pain the next day. Now I’m in the low 200s and back feels great, and I’m on my way to hitting my annual strength training targets.
No matter your level of fitness or athleticism, if you have a goal you think you need or want some help on, come work with these guys.

Like any other modern gym, Pride offers all the different aspects of strength training for any level of athlete - young or old. But what makes Pride different is the unique way they tailor the sessions/training for your specific needs. As I have gotten older, it has become tougher to do basic things like walk 18 holes of golf. Or, with the travel many of us do, just standing up and getting off the plane after a couple hours seated can be a task. I’ve also had a knee replacement and other joint ailments due to wear and tear from sports and other activities over the years. So, high rep workouts with pull ups and burpees do me more harm than good. And after a session with a lot of that stuff, my body feels beaten up.
After just a couple months at Pride, I’ve walked 18 holes - and carried my bag with no pain. I even realized I had more rotation and hit the ball further which is another side benefit! A week ago, I traveled and called my wife when I landed because the remarkable thing was I just stood up, got my bag, walked off the plane and never felt all the stiffness I have in the past. That is all due to what Coach Jeoff has designed for me to work on.
Now, do not mistake my comments to suggest the sessions do not have the intensity many of us like (getting that good sweat) when working out. On the contrary, that is there - and if you want more intensity, Coaches Jeoff, Dre or Khreem will gladly put you through the paces. It just means that Kim and her staff take PRIDE in understanding what we all are looking for and where we are in our wellness journey. You simply do not find that too many places.

I have been going to PRIDE for almost two years now, and it was the best decision I ever made for my health, strength, and sport. PRIDE does such an amazing job personalizing your workout so you get the results you want. I am a figure skater and after only a little time of training at PRIDE I felt way stronger on the ice and many of my skating moves improved. After I first felt stronger, it never lessened and I only got better and stronger through every work out. Not only do the trainers strengthen you but they are kind, encouraging, and very supportive. I am currently training with Coach Dre and it is amazing and has helped me so much. I look forward to every session as in every session I get so much stronger and feel way better. Not only does PRIDE help you improve but the facility is always very clean and well maintained. So PRIDE is definitely a 5 star gym I would recommend, and I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!

Are you a LEO or military whose body has been put through the ringer by years of grinding? Then, this place is for you. My trainer Coach Geoff Told me on my first day that his purpose in life, now after the Marine corps, is to put guys like us back together. I was recommended to this location by Marine buddy of mine who was literally going to be retired due to injuries. He started Training here lost weight, got in shape, and started being able to move like his younger self. He is now on a good path. I started here overweight, barely able to move properly and I already feel the change into the right direction. The focus and training I receive from Geoff is exactly what I needed to get my @$$ in gear. I highly recommend you starting your journey back to functionality here 🫡

Coach Khreem is who you want to train with. I have trained with him for about a year and a half and have seen a significant difference. As a volleyball athlete he has improved my performance on the court. He creates workouts specific to your sport and gives the best one on one training. I’ve been going here for a bit now. The trainers are patient and kind. My current trainer is Coach Dre and it’s never been boring. I truly recommend this place especially to athletes. The gym itself is great and has a lot of space. The programs used to track your process is truly incredible and very useful in seeing where you are physically. As a figure skater knowing which areas of my body are weak allow me to focus on those areas in the gym and keep that in mind while on the ice as to not injure myself.

I’ve struggled with an injury to my arm since birth and after discussing with Kim she suggested I try the DARI Motion scan. I had my scan done with Dre and he was so helpful! He walked me through the process and was interested in learning more about my injury. Easily the best gym experience in Tampa. 10/10 equipment with 4 rogue power racks with every attachment imaginable, 2 full walls of dumbbells and kettlebells, various cardio equipment, medicine balls, a huge open turf area, sleds…the list goes on. 10/10 trainers and programming. The trainers are always available for questions and guide you through your programming and they are passionate and knowledgeable.

My husband and I came across Pride Strength Training Gym and decided to try it out ! We so glad we did !
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and it felt very welcoming !
First thing we did was BODY Composition Test , DARI Motion Scan, and RMR. That helped us to understand what needs to be addressed first and most , and what specific exercises are needed for building strength in the body ! They made sure we felt at ease and kept us informed throughout the process !
With that in hand we moved on to start training with our trainer Constantin .
Constantin is the best trainer we ever had ! He is very patient , professional , knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help to achieve Your goals ! We have been working out couple of months now and we feel great ! Thank You !
We also love Kim ( owner ) , she is wonderful , motivational and always is there if we have any questions or concerns !
I also would like to mention - I have a Hip injury , and little that i knew they have someone in Pride that specializes in helping with recovery . Thats when I came across Synergy Rehab with Shawn McDermott. I do Physical Therapy with Shawn couple times a week and so happy with the results !

I'm 49 years young and I've been in a regimen with Constantine for three months, originally focusing on mobility and now regular strength training that includes a short but very intense cardio burst at the end of each session.
Prior to connecting with Constantine, I attempted to shed accumulated fat through consistent workouts spanning over two years, engaging in cardio exercises 5-6 times weekly with minimal strength training, yet witnessing MINIMAL progress. Despite burning over 500 calories per session, my daily food intake remained at a mere 900-1200 calories, reflecting the misguided belief ingrained in me as a smaller woman that a low-calorie daily intake was the key to success.
Following Pride's Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) assessment, Constantine assisted me in aligning my system and replenishing my body with a daily intake of 1700 calories. This modification reeducated my body to expect consistent nourishment, prompting it to release stored fat reserves. Essentially, this aided my body in recovering from the harm I caused it by prolonged inadequate food intake while exercising so much.
Constantine adopts a holistic approach to my fitness journey, moving beyond conventional "weight loss" paradigms. He prioritizes aligning macros with my body type, recognizing my natural muscular build, and determining the optimal calorie intake to support simultaneous muscle gain and fat loss. Under Constantine's guidance, I've come to understand that these aspects require continual attention and aren't fixed. His approach isn't solely focused on achieving specific numbers on the scale, and instead considers various factors about the fitness journey.
Significant progress is being made and I'm shedding excess body fat visibly while noticing a new shape forming right before my eyes. Scale weight is dropping, people are noticing and my lean muscles are starting to pop everywhere--especially in my quads, I call them my big fat burners! Ha ha!
I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me in a year from now.

I LOVE Pride, and my trainer, CONSTANTIN! They are genuinely invested in helping their clients reach their goals.
I first visited Pride to get my RMR. That’s it, that’s all I was committing to at the time. I left with my number and my recommended calories for weight loss. They told me to schedule a full assessment for customized workouts. I was very skeptical because I had tried other gyms, other trainers, HIIT classes, diets, swimming and yoga, but I was unable to get rid of the excess weight I had gained over the past 5 years raising kids and putting myself last. I hadn’t planned to return to Pride, but after two months of doing it on my own, I still wasn’t getting positive results. It was at that time that Pride actually called me to set up my next steps. After the full assessment I started training with Constantin twice a week.
The workouts are AMAZING! Constantin uses unique strategies for training and techniques to break down emotional barriers that enable him to push me beyond my own expectations. He works on strengthening my weak areas and repairing old injuries, while regularly analyzing and tweaking my macros to keep me on track. It’s his holistic approach that is so effective. Constantin has literally changed my life and the way I think about my health!
I started 3 months ago and it’s working! I’m so much stronger. I look better, I’m down 13# so far, almost half of what I gained the previous 5 years!! But most importantly, I feel GREAT!
Pride is a unique, one-of-a-kind facility. The equipment is awesome. The facility is clean. The staff is so encouraging and kind.
Constantin, Kim, Jeoff and Bryan are all wonderful and passionate about what they do. They are dialed in, they care about every single client. No one is there to hang out and chat. This is a gym where you will get results if you are willing to work. It’s addictive!

Working out with Constantin at Pride has, very literally, changed my life for the better. Despite being an athlete throughout adolescence and early adulthood, I hadn't worked out in nearly a decade prior to starting at Pride. Injuries, surgeries, and complications from them, had me so fearful of hurting myself further that I avoided it completely. And has tends to happen with years of not working out, it meant I was out of shape, lacking in strength and mobility, and frequently experiencing random soreness in everyday and recreational activities. But all of that changed over the course of a year at Pride.
The facility itself is excellent. It's big, spacious, always incredibly clean, and is set up with every possible tool and piece of equipment necessary to allow for a wide variety of physical self-improvement.
What sets this place apart though, is the staff. The physical therapists helped get through some of the lingering damage from past injuries and built up a baseline of strength and mobility. They then fed all of my information to Constantin, who has built a series of custom monthly programs. He's patient as a teacher/trainer, conscious of my safety and well-being, approachable and helpful, and incredibly thoughtful with his approach to programs.
Nearly a year into my time at Pride, I feel better, look better, and am quantifiably healthier, stronger, or more flexible. Constantin, Geoff, Kim, and Brian are all wonderful, and I can't recommend them or Pride enough!

I started working out at Pride Gym several years ago after undergoing a knee surgery. Initially I started with the physical therapist on location and then transitioned to personal training. I can say that any trainer I have ever worked with at this gym has helped me get one step stronger. Now I am fully recovered and love going to the classes. Jeoff keeps things interesting and you never get bored of the workouts. He is always challenging you to get stronger and closer to your goals. I'm a 2004 Olympian in the sport of Judo and I was a 3 sport college athlete at Howard University. When I workout I like to train in a professional atmosphere around people who are focused on success, who are goal oriented and in a professional environment with people that have great gym etiquette, no pretense and want to get better. I train at Pride because I find all of those things within that building. My children train there also and they are both multiple time national champions in judo at the junior level. My previous attempts at physical training with "trainers" always ended with an injury experience that ended up with me not committing. The owners are so openly rude if they aren't trying to take your money, it's embarrassing. The rest of the staff is okay but not the most welcoming. Prices are ridiculous, tons of gyms have the same equipment and classes for way less. During the peak of Covid they would let their athletic clients enter the gym without face masks but scold other members and employees over petty procedures. Most unprofessional gym I've seen.

You have got to come in to Pride and experience what Kim and Jeoff have created here because Pride is in a category of it's own. The major differences here are that they can help you with the DATA, knowledge and programming to help you get the maximum results from your time and energy.
Armed with the data I needed and the assistance of the knowledgeable, experienced and professional staff I have dropped over 80 pounds of fat off my body while gaining impressive amounts of strength in less than 18 months. My muscular efficiency is through the roof so I'm maintaining my weight without wasting hours pounding out boring cardio, and boring cardio was never ever a part of my program from day 1. There are better ways!

After recently moving to the area and trying a few gyms around town, I discovered Pride Strength training. The staff is wonderful, the facility is state of the art and spotlessly clean. Parking is abundant and easy. I had been struggling with keeping up with my fitness goals and after just a few short weeks at Pride, the lunk alert at planet fitness sounds off whenever I merely drive past. Chuck Norris asked me for an autograph. I've been praised numerous times for my roles in the movies 300, Thor, and Magic Mike. The only thing difficult about working out at Pride is staying as humble, and salt of the earth as I am. I have to eat at least two pizzas a week simply to offset the likelihood of being mistaken for a fine Italian marble sculpture and being stolen in a high profile fine art heist. Also, the sunsets there are breathtaking and add an inexplicable element of passion and appreciation for the overall beauty of the gym especially if your preworkout pump is on point. 10/10 highly recommend it.
