The gym itself is nice, clean, good layout, and solid equipment when it’s working. It has a lot of potential and I liked training there at first, I've been coming here for around 2 years now. However, over time it's become clear that maintenance is not a priority. Right now, there are about 7-8 machines that are completely broken and unusable, and 4 more that are missing pieces (though still technically functional). Some machines have been broken for 5 months or more with no real progress. The owner keeps saying repairs are coming "soon," but it's been nothing but false hope and runaround. For $180 a month, it’s frustrating to pay full price when so much of the equipment is out of commission. It’s a good gym if everything is working, a GREAT gym even — just be aware that you may be stuck waiting a long time for that to happen, and until then I can't justify rating this gym over a 1/5. — Update 4/1/2025 The majority of the aforementioned machines have been fixed.

Not Worth the Price

At $180 per month, this gym is charging nearly four times the average membership cost in South Florida — and unfortunately, it doesn’t deliver the value to match. Many of the cardio machines appear outdated or out of order, and the equipment seems to be a mismatched collection from other gyms rather than a cohesive, well-maintained setup. The facility also raises concerns around cleanliness and upkeep.

While it’s rarely crowded — which could be a plus — that seems more a reflection of the steep price point than anything else. It’s clear from the overall experience and even the owner’s responses to past negative reviews that this gym is not run with the level of professionalism you’d expect for the price. If you’re looking for a gym that values its members and invests in its equipment and cleanliness, I’d recommend exploring other options.

The gym is absolutely stunning and spacious, with very few people, which makes for a great workout experience. They have plenty of new, well-maintained machines, and the music creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, despite the high price, the facilities fall short. There’s only one women’s restroom with a single toilet, no showers, and it’s always dirty. The lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene supplies is unacceptable for such an expensive gym. It’s a shame because the gym has so much potential, but the poor restroom conditions really detract from the overall experience.

This gym is a complete gem find in Miami. The staff is always friendly and courteous that attend to all your needs. There are always professional trainers training clients and all I see is mutual respect and professionalism. There seems to be an upgrade every few months with new equipment or services provided so you can tell the management takes their craft seriously. The facility is huge so you never have to ask "how many more sets you got" because there are so many options for equipment to use. Its great to have some room and not have someone constantly waiting to use equipment or on top of one another.

Great environment at ProBody. Contrary to popular beliefs I’ve found other members and trainers (many elite level athletes) have been very helpful and supportive on my health journey. Very clean place, good machines that aren’t falling apart. I left my AirPods inside my hat by the treadmill and it was there the next day. Definitely better than any other big name public gym. I recommend Yari he is a great trainer, he is educated on fitness imprudently isn’t distracted by his phone and is always attentive to your form and load to push you to get an effective workout.

This is the best gym in town. The equipment is top notch and it's spacious with enough room in between to not feel crowded. It's has everything you need for any workout type (free weights, machines, cardio, etc.). They even offer delicious meal prep which comes in handy when you are in a rush. The staff is awesome and it is clean.
