I previously saw a different instructor and wasn't getting the results I wanted, so I contacted Stephanie and we started virtually training in January 2025, and I am so glad that I made the switch to her. Stephanie makes the best Pilates flows. I think she is super supportive and encouraging, which is exactly what you should want in a trainer. What I love most about her workouts, is that she challenges you both mentally and physically. I finish feeling so much stronger after her sessions, and have noticed a physical change in my body since we started. Stephanie is the best and I am so glad I have her in my life <3

I have been training with Stephanie for a year now. Her approach to Pilates is unlike any I have experienced and I have tried quite a few! She puts so much effort and precision into customizing her pilates flows. I have found my body responds better to her sessions than a 1 hour weight training session at the gym! It really is part of my routine that I cannot go without. Her studio is peaceful, welcoming and in such a convenient location. Highly recommend for both semi and private lessons!

Pro Motion Pilates has become a non-negotiable in my weekly schedule and a priority for my health and wellness.
