I had the pleasure of attending a private class with Pablo at Prodigy Studio. Aside from being incredibly sweet, he is also a truly radiant person and an outstanding dancer. His patience as an instructor is admirable; even though I have the swing, it has been many years since I last danced, which I love to do. I chose to take private lessons because I want to learn specific K-pop choreographies, and I am confident I picked the best teacher. This is my daughter’s second year on team at Prodigy. She has grown so much. The directors take great care to form a path forward for their dancers. They encourage them to try new things and get out of their comfort zone. The dancers also have the most amazing bond with each other from the oldest to the youngest. We have been going to Prodigy for 5 months already so I feel comfortable leaving a review. My daughter loves it. She isn’t part of the dance team, she goes to Acro. with Miss Cristina and she is so sweet.

Pros: You have a week trial to try all the classes. That’s when my daughter realized she only enjoyed Acro & Hip-Hop. You are allowed one month to make up classes, and it doesn’t have to be the one you are enrolled. It could be any class. They have cameras you ONLY have access to if your kid is enrolled, so you can see everything your kid is doing while in the studio. Flexible if you don’t want to be part of recitals & staff is extremely friendly.

Cons: no negatives, the only thing that comes to mind would be the penalty fee you have to pay if you unenroll before season ends which is in June. They follow the school calendar. So dance “season” is an entire year.

My daughter LOVES coming to class, and I have noticed great progress since she started.

Prodigy dance is great. All the staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The dance teachers are really good with the toddlers and I love that. We tried a couple other trial classes and we just felt the good energy at Prodigy. We loved it so much we brought some friends with us. And we’ve even met new ones at the studio. Very humble, family oriented environment. The Moms of the competitive team are super welcoming and helpful. I think the biggest complement that I can pay Prodigy is that they do everything with the best interest of all dancers…always. Super excited to watch the rest of the season and this journey unfold. I would encourage anyone to reach out to the studio to see if they are a good fit for your dancer. They offer a trial week for free and welcome any questions you may have. I have three daughters dancing at Prodigy. Ages 3, 7, & 8. Everyday when I pick up my baby from school she asks if she has dance that day and is very disappointed if she doesn’t, that should speak for itself! I moved my daughter from another studio because she was not growing as a person, student or dancer because of the favoritism and the way she was separated.
