Absolutely love this studio! Instructors are always welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. The studio is clean and relaxing. The classes are well rounded and great for all levels. I had a 12 PM Flow class with Becca who was wonderful, attentive, and gave us a great mindful workout!

Visiting from out of state and thought I would try out a class. I do yoga daily but am entirely YouTube self-taught. This was only my second in person class. The instructor was amazing, the flow was great, atmosphere was really calm and enjoyable, and I worked up a good sweat while still feeling like I was doing mindful yoga and not one of those hyped up for exercise yoga classes. Will absolutely be returning.

I have only been a few times over the last few years due to work and proximity. Every time I have had a different instructor and they have all been fantastic. I encourage everyone all ages and sizes to experience the life changing benefits of true yoga. True yoga is generally not found at gyms or fitness clubs. True yoga is effortless and exhausting all at once.

For my first time attending, I was warmly welcomed and given an overview of the studio. The flow was challenging without being overly demanding, the instructor was clear and set a good pace. Iβve personally never been to a yoga studio where music is played rather loudly throughout the entire practice. I enjoy yoga for the sake of tapping into an undistracted headspace. Unfortunately, I didnβt feel like I could arrive there throughout my practice due to the music (lyrical/emotional - i.e. Mumford & sons, Billie Eilish, etc.). Reading some of the others reviews, it seems like different instructors might switch up the way they conduct a class (music/no music), maybe calling ahead of time would be helpful.

Obviously, my review is based on my own personal preferences so don't let this rating discourage you from trying out their studio! However, if you're a beginner, I probably wouldn't recommend this studio to start but it's worth a try once you're familiar with the moves.
The space is lovely and each instructor brings their own flair to the practice so depending on your style, that could be a positive or a negative thing. My rating really stems from the lack variety in their class schedule. Would be nice to see something new and/or exciting every few months along with additional morning classes for the early birds like myself! I also wish they listed the instructors for each class on their website because I do have my favorites as well as the ones I'd like to avoid.
Overall, this studio has great potential to be the best in Orlando if they just put more thought and effort into the yogi customer experience. At this point, it honestly feels like they've put all their focus into their yoga instructor program. Makes me sad because I really did love this place initially! I just wish they were more customer experience focused and offered a variety!

I have been coming to this little gem for years.
Best instructors: Robi and Leeanne - sweet and experienced. All levels feel welcomed as they offer different expressions for poses. Amazing breathing and air flow of positive vibes throughout class ! My friends and I can never get enough ! They move about the class and do ALL of the poses with the students and keep us aware of our body form and breathing patterns. Good stuff !! - must tryyy <3
Worst: Wendy - a beginners class but where the instructor is NOT very experienced. She briefly steps into poses and steps out. She also seems to do one side twice, hence skipping the other side of body in a pose. If you don't do pretty much exactly what she wants...Prepared to get bullied. Lolol. If your advanced and make her feel uncomfortable in anyway - she will pull you aside and tell you YOUR practice makes her OTHER STUDENTS feel UNCOMFORTABLE.
Haha ' Been to her class twice. First with a friend- it was terrible, but gave her benifit of doubt. Maybe a off day or something. Took her class again today. SUNDAY: 10:30am my friend didn't join and said Wendy was bad vibes. I should have listened. Today was very bad vibes. Definitely will never be back for her class!
Note to Wendy: A student should be able to feel welcomed and free on their mat, in a SAFE SPACE. How one practices on their mat is THEIR PRACTICE. Just because you can't move your body a certain way and or breath a certain way dosen't mean another isn't welcome to. We all practice different.
- Thank you for being mindful of the class, but today it was all your ego that felt uncomfortable because of the experience level of another and somehow that threw you off your already terrible game. Grow up - a true yogi would neva. Namaste
Studio: 4 stars
Wendy: 1 star
Edit to Add on: There are also other great instructors not listed. I just listed what came to mind and most relevant info for visitors. I also want to mention that most instructors are good to amazing and very friendly minus Wendy who I referenced above.
I have been practicing for over 2 decades and I have NEVER encountered any yoga instructor who asked to speak with me after class -- [during class/ during my practice] and told me that my breathing and practice interfered with her teachings and or bothered anyone in class. This seems to be a personal thing since she messed up ALOT in class and was saying wrong names to poses. Anyway, she pressed me after class stating that my practice and deep breathing is making others uncomfortable. - Wendy. It's yoga. NOBODY cares about my poses and how deep they are and how I'm breathing. DEEP BREATHING DURING YOGA IS A VIBE GIRL !- Everyone is in their OWN SPACE. The only one who was uncomfortable was you. Your a bully. Bully onn - until your gone <3
I love this space. And today - this experience has made me very very sad. Since this is my home yoga spot. I know for sure her [Wendy's] actions don't align with Project 7 and hope they replace her with someone more professional and more aligned with good vibes. - much love <3

A lovely safe space. This studio offers a variety of classes and instructors and times. They offer some hot yoga classes mixed in with their schedule. The prices are affordable. They have a great deal for new students. The new student special is 25 dollars on week unlimited classes. I highly recommend this place, regardless if you are new to yoga or and advanced yogi. I've been to each class at least once every one of their teacher's are personable, kind they pay attention and offer modifications and suggestions to expand the personal growth for each student. Side note, they also have a side space available for yoga instructors that may be looking for a place to hold a classes.

The best yoga studio I have ever been to. They have an awesome variety of classes with fantastic teachers. It has a super chill feel to it and a cute decor theme. Such a great and reasonable price. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I took the prenatal yoga class every week and I had a fantastic pregnancy and recovery. I swear by it!

This yoga studio is beautiful and the mission behind their business concept is interesting and admirable. Project 7 aims to make yoga inclusive for every one and they do not believe such a transformative practice should be out of reach for people because of prices. Love. Most hot yoga studio's I have been to REEK and I never understood why I was paying so much money to practice in a studio thay smells like a locker room. This place smells amazing. The main room is lit perfectly for a relaxing practice. I have loved all of the teachers I have had here and they even have guided meditation classes sometimes. Love, love, love!

Prior to coming here I had never taken a yoga class. I'm pleased to say that I had a good immersive experience. Everything seemed very professional as far as terminology, poses, and the environment. I was really put to the test trying to balance and maintain warrior 3 among other poses. Downward dog is a pose that you should get used to (at least in the Gentle Yoga course that I took) and if you're new too you'll be introduced to different tools such as blankets, blocks, belts, and a heavy pillow. The heavy pilllow had a more authentic name that I can't remember at the moment... Overall this was great for me. I got some excercise, stretching, and relaxation in. I learned to focus on my breathing and was reminded that yoga is not always as easy as it looks. For value for $7 is definitely worth it, and you'll be doing yourself a favor. Highly recommended!

We had such a warm and welcoming feeling... Whitney was amazing, her voice & flow was calm & gently directive. The space was perfect---- no bright lights & big mirrors all over like at gym yoga. I feel like I've found a new home:)

I had a wonderful experience. Been a few years since last on the mat ! Jericca was awesome. With just a few gentle hand placements she easily encouraged my body to shift past my perceived physical limitations. I left feeling empowered and energized. Great space with a spiritual presence.

I love this place. I normally do Crossfit and my husband hurt his back at work so he was in need of some light exercise to get his strength back. Being the guys guy that he is he didn't want to go by himself not knowing what to expect so I went with him. Our first day was on a Sunday morning and we were greeted by a sweet smiling face Nicole she was our instructor for the day. She asked a few question to get to know us and what brought us in. She made my husband feel right at ease. He can now go back with out me. I really look forward to Sunday morning yoga with Nicole she is the best and gets my weeks off to a great start! I am sure that everyone there is great but I do have favorites (Nicole and Kristina). Oh and I forgot to mention how beautiful this place is. Go check it out you will be happy you did!
