During the pandemic, I experienced high levels of stress and inactivity. My energy levels were down as was my productivity. Knowing my family history of heart disease, I needed a change. I needed to find a way of going to the gym without putting members of my family at risk. That was when I began seeing Jerome. My entire adult life leading up to the pandemic consisted of cycles where I went to the gym and overworked myself to the point where I couldn’t go back. As soon as I started seeing Jerome, this problem went away. I kept coming back and I looked forward to coming back. Jerome tailors his clients’ exercises based on their needs and capabilities. He always knows exactly how hard to push you. I have more energy, more focus, and feel much better about myself. I have not felt this good physically since high school, and I highly recommend his services for anyone who wants to be healthier, perform better at work, and requires help rehabilitating an injury.

Jerome is an excellent trainer. He is very flexible when it comes to rescheduling and Hes helped me alot in the basics and mechanics of exercising and teached me the importance of each exercise. He teaches very well and has helped me alot with my eating habits which is what had been struggling with the most and i finally got to a point where exercise has given me increased energy. My motivation has also greatly increased with exercise because i finally was able to see the results for myself in the terms of my energy, my will to keep being consistant, and my strength. I sadly had to leave but for the time i was training with him, it was an excellent experience and he has helped me open my eyes to exercising which i previously gave up on after 2 to 3 weeks of doing exercises. I feel like everyone should do personal training before doing exercises on your own and Jerome can help you immensely.

I have been training with Jerome for 3 months now.
When I started I had no muscle mass and no strength. Now I’m starting to see some definition in my arms and thighs because I have lost fat and gained muscle.
Jerome keeps me motivated because he makes the class fun. He teaches me how to do the exercises correctly so I don’t get injured and also how to breathe so you can do more with less effort.
I’m super happy with the results I’ve seen in so little time!

Excellent personal trainer. Since starting my endurance has improved I've lost several inches off my waist, nearly 3 pants sizes and I've even gained muscle definition. I truly recommend this trainer to everyone I know.
