I have been going to Chris Brown at Pulse for 10 years so I highly recommend Pulse and Chris. I had a herniated disk last year thanks to Chris I was able to make a complete recovery. Chris, is not your average personal trainer, he does his homework plus he is always studying to become even better. Give Pulse and Chris a try.

I have been going to this gym on and off for 15 years. It is super clean and always has the best state of the art equipment. But more importantly, all the trainers there take a genuine personal interest in your overall health and well-being.
