The gym is a two-story building. There are times when it is very full, but you are still able to get your workout in. The times when there seem to be fewer people are between 11am-2pm. There are a lot of workout machines, some that I have not seen at other gyms. There is a room for boxing, tan beds, and space dedicated to floor exercises. Lockers are spacious and clean. The staff is always cleaning. There is a juice bar for smoothies. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. I highly recommend this gym.

Not going to lie it took a while to even step foot in this gym. I would always drive by wondering what it had to offer inside, attending LA fitness and Planet Fitness instead. Well, a few months back I finally walked in and joined Pump Fitness at only $20 a month, plus a friend can come with you for $10 extra per month. It is a straight high school gym if you know what I mean, the good weights. Everyone is respectful of everyone else’s space. When one floor is too crowded, no problem, walk upstairs to enjoy a space full of cardio equipment, machines, free weights, and a small turf for sleds. The gym also comes packed with a boxing room with bags, clean showers, and smoothie bar on the way out. Shout out to April, Stefanie, Demetreus for welcoming people when they walk in and keeping the gym extremely clean. So go check it out, promise you will not be disappointed. Stay Joyous!

This gym was great! I’ve been to all of them and this was one of my favorites. Smoothie bar open until midnight. Mom and pop feels and as a lady I felt very safe. Great gym culture

A decent gym has everything you need but for 20 a month it's kinda of a lot for equipment that's really old and the water from the drinking fountain tastes like something is wrong with it a metallic taste? And the sines everywhere treating to cancel ur membership if you don't follow the gym rules are off putting like I should be walking on eggshells in my opinion

The gym is great. They have good machines, it’s nice and spacious.
They also have a second floor with additional equipment and cardio machines. Staff is great and welcoming. Shakes are good, they have RTD’s in the freezer. We need one in Winterhaven. I’d be a member if I lived in the area.

My favorite gym ever!! I have been trying different gyms down in Riverview near my mom’s house. No gym that I’ve been to compares to Pump. The facility is always clean the staff is always friendly and their smoothies are wonderful 😜

Equipment is to old they barley work the top floor shakes when people are running on the treadmill try taking the weights off of there rusty bars night time is so chaotic you cant work out this place is a joke

I have been a member here for nearly a decade. I will say that over the past few years, things have changed a lot for the better. Although situations have dictated that I cancel my membership, I felt it warranted that I share how much I have enjoyed being a member here. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place that is welcoming and comfortable to use. Thanks for all of the good years.

Just moved here and joined Pump Fitness. I like how they are getting new equipment in like dumbbells, have deadlift platforms, and lots of attachments like Mag Grip style.

This has been my favorite gym. Definitely do a trial week. Owned locally and kept up in the most professional manner. Lots of youth and older folks. Never extremely busy. The crowd is politely. The staff and owners are awesome. Smoothie bar with custom shakes along with preworkout powder shots ($2)/drinks($4) and already made protein drinks. Stay open fairly late. I’d join if I were you. Not to mention tanning and turf with a sled.

Awesome place to workout at! I am still relatively new here and literally live down the street from here. I always passed this place and didn’t think much of it but got recommended here by a friend here and wow! I found a gem hidden in plain sight! This place exceeded my expectations and more! I love to lift heavier than the average joe and this place has it all to fulfill my needs! If you are thinking of going to the gym this is the place. Doesn’t matter your level experience I felt very welcomed here and I feel you will too. I highly recommend this place and you should too just swing by and see for yourself.

I never even signed up with this company and they're charging me monthly service. My agreement was with fitness for 10 not pump fitness. I've been getting charged for months now, never even walked in the building. Now they're giving me a hard time about canceling my membership that i never applied for. What a joke...

It's a nice facility. There's a Hispanic woman who works here that was very persistent in getting me to sign up. Today her persistence paid off. I signed up. It's nice to have a gym close to where I work as to where I don't have to drive across town to my home gym which is Esporta Fitness. It's definitely a blessing in disguise for me.

Formerly Limitless fitness, the new owners have done an amazing job cleaning the place up. No more torn up benches, the tanning beds work again (they hadn't for a year with the previous owners) and new weights and sanitation products.

I was activated for the military. Just started to get back into my workout routine. Pump fitness(was limitless fitness I believe) in plant city offered me a home with nothing in return. I went to every gym in Plant City and non would offer me a deal to workout for the two weeks I was in town, none but pump fitness. They went above and beyond my expectations by not only offering me a nothing in return deal but also let some of my brother in arms work out there. I am deeply moved by there generosity. Their gym was clean and friendly and if your a local looking for a place to better yourself pump fitness is for you. The patriotic staff at pump fitness and owner should be proud! Thank you!
