As a fitness instructor, did not have a great experience here… at the time instructor was pregnant, short, and partially rude upon entering as a first-timer. I was rushed into the class with my mom after asking to check-in mentioning I had booked with Class Pass. The instructor played a Taylor Swift playlist for the entirety of class, and had a monotone voice with minimal instructions or clarity of how movements were to be performed… I called to follow-up in sharing this experience with management and that was about where it ended… disappointing as I had heard good things from others! Parking also very confusing and no clarification in booking details!

Was TWO minutes late and was locked out of the class. Had to wait ten minutes until someone came out to tell me that I was not going to be allowed in. I took this class two weeks ago with the same instructor and this was not the case. They like to pick and choose when to enforce their policies. From taking even a second to look over their reviews I see that this is a common occurence. Will not be returning ever, was made to feel like a child, absolutely awful customer service. This studio is managed by some truly stuck-up people who have absolutely zero interpersonal skills. Do not recommend. However, if you are someone with a superiority complex and the mindset of a literal 15 year old feel free to apply for a job if they’re hiring! :)

This studio takes themselves way too seriously and treated my friend and I really poorly. We booked with class pass and as we live 10 minutes away, left 25 minutes early. There was an accident on Mizner, so we called to notify them we'd be 2 minutes late and they offered zero alternative options, told us we were unwelcome, and charged us each $17. Not only that but they were so rude about it! I guess I can't speak to the class itself, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on how we were treated.

Pure Barre Boca's new location is a fantastic upgrade! While change can be scary, this move has proven to be a wonderful improvement. The new space offers more room for everyone, making classes more comfortable. Everything is brand new—from the floors to the equipment—creating a fresh and clean environment. The excellent teachers and upbeat music, now with an enhanced sound system, continue to make each session enjoyable. Pure Barre Boca remains my go-to place to kickstart or wind down my day!

HORRIBLE experience. The instructor Cassie was extremely rude and disrespectful. The first and last time I will ever go there. I showed up to the class 1 minute late because I had trouble finding it. I apologized and they said no problem. Just needed to get my address/info and sign a waiver… making me 3 minutes late which wasn’t an issue at the front desk. When I walked into the class the instructor said “You’re late. You need to get out” on her microphone in front of the whole class. Thought she was kidding until she said “I’m serious… get out.” Making comments under her breath to the class afterwards too. I can’t believe anyone would be that rude and embarrass someone like that but Cassie had no shame. If you have a 3 minute late policy, then I understand, and the front desk shouldn’t have let me in the class… but they did and that’s how it was handled. Awful customer service and as you can tell by the other 1 star reviews they never respond to, they do not care.

I thought the class was good, however, I had to leave about 10 minutes early so I could make it to work on time and the instructor, Heather, was so rude when I told her I would need to leave early. She said next time I need to let her know beforehand. She was super rude and told me she still had 10 minutes left to teach. I'm sorry, but not everyone has the full 50 minutes and if they can only do 30 or 40 or 45 they should not be made to feel bad. I don't think I will be coming back. At least not with Heather.

Pure Barre in Boca is definitely a full-body workout! Jenna, Brittany, and Heather are all excellent instructors who challenge and motivate you through every class. Everyone is friendly, and the studio and the equipment are always clean.

I live in West Palm and signed up for a class here (either directly with the studio or on ClassPass) because I’m newer to the area and didn’t realize it would take me 50 minutes to get to this studio. I was two minutes late to the class and the person at the front desk wouldn’t let me in… I explained how far I had driven and how long it took me to get there (not to mention the studio is hard to find in the strip mall that it’s in) but she said it would be “disruptive” to the class, even after acknowledging that the studio is hard to find. I understand wanting people to be on time, but my god… at 2 min. class has really just started. Zero empathy there. I’ve been to a bunch of other studios and have seen them let other people in who are a little late (most don’t allow people after 15 min.). So, I would say if you don’t live in the area or if you value customer service, avoid this studio.

The receptionist is so disrespectful I just walked out, I feel bad for her. It must be draining to be so rude. If you get annoyed at a simple question, maybe don’t work with people <3

Read this review and others before you book with this studio. I took my first class through ClassPass. The instructor, Brittany, was also working the front desk. My class was at 8:15, so I got there a few minutes early to sign paperwork. My friend was supposed to try this class with me and she texted me that she would be arriving at 8:17. After I finished the paperwork I was given, I told Brittany my friend was parking. She told me that the studio does not allow people in 2 MINUTES after class has started, so my friend cannot enter. NO WHERE on the Pure Barre website does it mention a “2 minute late policy”, nor did Pure Barre’s description on ClassPass mention it. I texted my friend that she can’t come into class, and I head in. Not even 2 minutes into class, Brittany announces “If you guys see anyone at the door, do not let them in” in a snarky tone while glancing at me. I found this extremely rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. Brittany had an attitude the ENTIRE class and created a unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere. She seemed agitated when demonstrating to other students and I to make form adjustments. After class, I called my friend who was supposed to come to class with me. She told me that she called the front desk to explain she will be 2 minutes late, spoke with Brittany, and was given major attitude. This is not okay at all. The hour a day I attend a fitness class is supposed to be by “me-time” where I feel motivated entering class, and leave feeling better and more positive than I did upon entering. That was unfortunately far from my experience at Pure Barre. I’ve taken numerous classes at Pure Barre’s other location (West Boca on Glades Road) and had very positive experiences there, and it is a shame they closed down. I would never attend this studio location ever again.

Worst experience, the receptionist was super rude, I've never seen anything like this in my life. The class is cool but it wasn't worth it since I had already been discouraged before entering the room. Besides the place being very difficult to find. Terrible!

My two nieces, aunt and myself showed up at Pure Barre in Mizner for our first ever class and it was wonderful!! The teacher, also named Diana, was super helpful and high energy. The class was challenging as it was our first time, but Diana was clearly a master of her craft and just kept us moving the entire time. It was clear from the number of regulars in the class that experience is consistently a very positive one!

Terrible experience. I signed up for the class with the owner however once I arrived I found that Aaron was teaching class. Her teaching and vibes suck so I attempted to cancel class and left. It’s my life and my time so I won’t waist my free time for someone like Aaron. After that I wasn’t allowed to cancel this class nor book classes no more, got a fee of $600.00!!! And they gave me collections. Don’t do it to yourself, it’s not worth it, so many barre studios is around. Their trainers (except owner) are very inexperienced, young and with attitude. I support businesses who care about their clients and this one is not the one. I strongly believe that this is their tactics of business - hope you dont make it to class and charge a fee. But $600?? Got to be kidding😂

I had an unsatisfactory experience booking a class here. I arrived at 9:30 and waited outside, knocking for several minutes. Even though I was visible, no one attended to me. I'd advise considering another location that has adequate front desk staff to ensure a smooth experience.

I tried to take my first pure barre class today. I booked through an app called ClassPass (which is great for trying gyms the first time). I arrived at 10:51 for a 10:45 class. THEY WOULD NOT LET ME IN. When you book through ClassPass, you get charged for missed classes… So them not letting me in cost $15 plus what I paid to book the class. When I booked NOWHERE on the gym description or class description did it list anything about any kind of late policy. I have worked out a several different gyms and I’ve never experienced this anywhere. I have taken yoga, Pilates, HIT class, etc.. heck I was dancer and I was never even asked to leave a dance class for being 5 minutes late, unless it was on an elite level.
Every studio has every right to have their own rules. But I feel cheated that the rule was not disclosed to me when booking a class. Wasted my money and almost an hour of my time. I don’t live close, I had to drive over 20 minutes there and back for nothing. I was really excited to try this, but now I’m so upset I will probably never go back.

I had never tried Pure Barre and from the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted warmly and excitedly welcomed - from my first class, I was HOOKED! There is no greater full mind& body workout - 50 minutes of you time with killer music and the best instructors- class is challenging but the way your muscles burn and shake is a testament to the growth you are achieving! Not only is the team incredible and classes worthwhile but the studio is centrally located in East Boca and so well kept! Gorgeous retail that's consistently updated, a clean beautiful studio and incredible community of empowering women- this place has changed my life! Thank you Pure Barre Boca team for all you do!

I have been been to many Pure Barre studios in my lifetime and I have never found an owner that cares more about her clients than Courtney! She makes everyone feel SO special and she goes out of her way to make the classes challenging by hiring fabulous instructors! The studio is spotless and beautiful!!! Full of natural lighting and plenty of new retail! I drive from Boynton Beach to Boca 5-6 days a week even though there is a studio in Boynton Beach!
I recommend this studio highly!

I have never wrote a review before but this place is a rip off. I signed up for a MONTHLY pass and they kept auto renewing my membership. You cannot undo it unless you email them directly. Be careful to read the fine print. They make you sign up for a package and then once you sign up they send you an email after the purchase letting you know it is on auto renew. Lexi and Brittany and extremely unhelpful. Customer service has gone out the window these days. I expect much more from a studio in Boca.

I have been coming to Pure Barre Boca for over a year now and had nothing less than an amazing experience. I was hooked ever since my first class of barre. The instructors are amazing, the second you walk through the doors you are welcomed with a smile. The front entrance is very welcoming with a variety of clothing and accessories to choose from. The studio and bathroom are so well oranganized and clean. Each day brings a new workout challenge not to mention the variety of class times is very accomidating. I feel certain business and companies should be recognized and awarded for their attention to detail and hard work, especially in this economic climate.
I do have to mention about the previous reviewer with the negative review hiding behind a "screename", you've got to kidding me. You seem like a typical negative nancy having a bad day, without any photos to prove your baseless review, to me your opinion is void and couldn't be further than the truth.

I’ve been to many Pure Barre studios in Florida and I was extremely disappointed in this studio’s cleanliness. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and the mirrors need attention desperately. The bathroom… don’t get me started. This is surprising for Boca Raton. I think it will be a while before I return. 🥲

I have been a Pure Barre member for four years. I was in Boca Raton for the holiday when I visited Pure Barre Boca and had an amazing experience. Not only was the staff accommodating, friendly, and welcoming, the facility was so clean and very conscious of COVID regulations. I felt comfortable and confident enough to return for numerous classes. Not to mention, the location is in a quaint shopping center and convenient to walk and enjoy downtown! I will be back!

I LOVE PURE BARRE Boca!!!. Every aspect of this studio is amazing. I have been going to the Boca studio just over 2 1/2 years and have been here through a few owners. Courtney is awesome!! With her ownership the studio has transformed and is truely a great place to be a member. Her and her the inspiring instructors make you feel like family when you enter, and the workout well if you don't feel it during and afterwards you are not doing it correct. Pre COVID the instructors always would make sure that you were in the correct position to get the maximum benefit from your workout which is a huge bonus as not all studios do this. If you haven't tried Pure Barre Boca, then you should get out and support your local business owners, you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been working out at Pure Barre Boca Raton for quite sometime, I can’t say enough about the professional yet warm atmosphere ! Pair that with a safe, fun and effective workout, the result are there to see. There’s a super friendly atmosphere and a welcoming community of workout “ barre buddies”.
The format is constant, but the classes vary so I’m never bored, always challenged. The management is top notch and the instructors truly care.
