Great Facility! Very clean! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Consistently changing and adapting routine so you never get used to it and always something new to challenge you no matter what level you are. They customize workouts to your level (if injured, pain, beginner or advanced). PURE FORM CONCEPTS is PURE FIRE! Love It!

It has been YEARS (ok, a decade) since I worked out. I joined three gyms in that time and never went. I fell in LOVE with PFC after the first workout. The trainers are awesome, the workouts fun and rewarding and the gym fam supportive! Thank you all!

At 45 years old I signed up for my first gym membership. When I met the fitness professional's at Pure Form Concepts I knew they were the type of trainers that would give me the motivation I needed to committ. They teach the proper exercise methods and progessions. Each exercise and piece of information taught has one purpose: to reach your fitness goals. Itβs now obvious to me that a personal trainer is very important to my fitness success. Trust that these pros have the knowledge to teach and instruct great ways to get you into killer shape. You will be pushed to your limits, but each workout will bring you closer to the body and the healthy lifestyle you want and need. Take the guess-work out of working out! Pure Concepts ROCKS! I'm 51 and in the best shape of my life! I owe it all to excellent training of Ariel and his team. I was an avid runner for the past 25 yrs, but never did weight training so my body was lean --but lacking muscle and definition. Not to mention all those years of hard core running took a serious toll on my joints, and I knew my running days were over. I was searching for something but refused to go to a traditional gym. Then, I watch a short video on FB and thought.."This is EXACTLY what I have been searching for!" I tried a class and was instantly hooked. It was the very BEST workout I ever experience. Bar none. The next day I took my husband and we signed up - on the forever plan! lol. We go religiously 3x per week and tell everyone about it. If you are bored with your routine or want to seriously change your body shape - this will do it!!!

Pure Form Concepts is amazing and the energy is incredible!
I have been a member since February 2018.
The trainers are passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the workouts, proper form, injury prevention, alternate movements and even nutrition.
They take the time to listen and advise and even help with alternate moves (I am the most non-flexible person I know).
I think the classes are intense for every level athlete/goal and the workouts incredibly diverse which makes classes fun.
All of this coming from a 46-year-old runner who was told 6 years ago that she was never going to run again.
I just finished my first half-marathon in 7 years with zero pain and injuries and I owe it all to the strength and confidence PFC has given me.
I feel strong, healthy and not afraid and to top that, I now have this fantastic βGym Familyβ that encourages and motivates me.
I highly recommend PFC!
