I took a reformer class with Lisa as an instructor, and I had a really positive experience! She was very understanding and patient with each level of the participants and gave everyone the feeling we were welcome here 😊

Huge plus is the atmosphere in the studio and the free parking options around the stuido!

I took Chelsea’s Pilates Equipment Class 12-15-22 and now I am hooked! It was my first Pilates class, and she was so amazing at tailoring the weights during class to my fitness level. It was such a great workout and an encouraging confidence boost!

I ordered and paid for $63 worth of socks. They sent a small brown envelope without tape or clasp. My post office placed a sticker on the envelope stating it was empty. I took a photo of the envelope and emailed it to Pure Pilates. When I called pure Pilates they would not help in any way. No socks. No refund. No help.

Saw some good looking yoga shorts while walking by Pure Pilates so decided to walk in. Best decision I made that day. Leah was so helpful and put off an amazing energy with a great smile. She found the shorts in my size and I was out the door in under five minutes.

Called to inquire about my daughter taking classes and was told since she was 15 they were worried about the comfort of their clients who are in their mid 40's working out with a "child". We were going to sign up as a family but we will go somewhere where all are welcome. Mind you my daughter has been going to cross fit for two years and has always been welcomed.

Just took Jayne this morning for Pilates mat WOW she was awesome. The studio has fabulous offerings and a fashionable retail with all the top brands. Would recommend this to everyone in town!

Nice place. Have been trying new fitness things and took the 30 min TRX class today at the downtown location, they also have a location in gulf breeze. This place offer aerial pilates, aerial yoga, TRX, pilates mat, pilates equipment training and more. Friendly service. Always return phone calls and are patient with explanation. The downtown location is easy to find. On the corner of Palafox and Main street. Street parking. Nice layout, have merchandise for purchase. Nice yoga wear with brands like Onzie - they have some sale items too. They had tanks, crops, pants, capris, bootie socks, headbands and more. Kinda on the pricey side for my taste if the prices on the tag were accurate. After the little store area is the 2 workout rooms, the first area had the pilates machines. 2nd room for other classes like aerial and trx. This place does have windows- I'm not sure if pedestrians can see inside or not. Nice lighting. Very clean. Large cubbies to store your items. Our TRX teacher was very patient and supportive. The class was quick but intense enough for a burn. I really like how easy the moves were to pick up. I wished we had time to warm up a little before the class but we did cool down. She played music from her phone too. I live good music with a workout. Overall, I liked the class and the place. I hope to take more classes at either location. They did have group packages and offered discounts for military, teachers, and students.
