Coach Jay is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your fitness goals. I always feel motivated and supported whenever I’m here. Plus, the atmosphere is welcoming and family oriented, perfect for staying inspired! Whether you’re just starting or looking to push your limits, Quest Fit is hands-down the best gym around in the Kendall and West Kendall

Quest Fit is a great gym and all around great environment to lose weight, get fit and feel good. The trainer is amazing, understands everyone’s personal goals and abilities and works with you one on one as well as in a group setting. Would definitely recommend joining Quest to everyone
