I canceled my membership today because even if your kid is sick they will not let you make up a class (PAID for class, which you only get 4 classes a month at $130) which makes no sense. All they tell you is it’s just their policy. I also don’t recommend their events they do. They are overpriced garbage.
I do not recommend the tiny tots classes.
My kid went for a year and I did not see any improvement. All they do is make them walk on their tippy toes and do stretch type of exercises. They would bring out the bars and do similar gymnastics type exercises very occasionally.
Kayla is another reason I left. She needs custumer service training and has a bad attitude.

My kids have been going here for a year and I have nothing to say but good things . The kids are taken care and supervised well. I have never had a bad experience in any area . Coach Andy is so kind and patient and pushes kids to their full potential while building great self esteem and skills in the kids . Kayla B is fantastic and always busy and never seems phased by the stress . If there is something she can’t get to right away she explains that she is super busy but give her time and she will handle things herself and always does . As a teacher and mom of 4 I highly recommend Rad to any parent looking to place their kids here .

My 4 year old daughter and 5 year old son have been attending for a couple of months and have progressed their skills so much. The gym and classes are smaller which allows for instruction to be personalized. Kids are not just a number in a huge class.

Both of my kids started attending RAD a few years ago. one started off in tiny tots and the other in the parent tot class. I noticed improvement for both of them within a few weeks. My daughter was in the tiny tot class for a few months and then she was invited to join the pre team. This was to help prepare her for the competitive team. My daughter excelled in this program very quickly and was then moved up to the competitive team. She has now completed her 1st year on the team and I do not regret not one second. She absolutely loves gymnastics, her coaches, her team and everything RAD has to offer. My 2nd child also has made a lot of improvement as well and looks forward to his classes every week. Both of my children have such a soft spot for Coach Kayla. She is amazing with all of the kids and has a heart of gold. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and care for the growth of all the gymnasts. The owners are the team coaches and they truly have made a huge impact in the success and growth for my daughter. We cannot wait to see how far both of the kids go with their gymnastics journey.

Good for babysitting but not really up to par as an actual sports training program. The instructors seemed disinterested and uninspired, and after realizing they didn't even know my kids name, and that theyve over-stated their performance accolades, I decided it was time to go elsewhere. The favoritism others mention is pretty obvious, and if you want your kids talents fostered at rad, you'll need to pay up big time relative to other programs for them to pay attention.
The 2 stars is because despite the terrible instruction and management, the facility itself is quite spacious and they appear to have adequate equipment, unfortunately the instructors don't match.

Anyone can make a mistake, how mistakes are handled makes a difference.
TL:DR A billing error led to the head coach, Kayla backtracking and even lying to protect herself. I could overlook the hundred bucks, but having coaches with questionable morals working with kids is inexcusable.
So. My granddaughter attended a couple months of classes. I usually take her but one week I had chemotherapy and my daughter took the day off work to take her to class. While my daughter was there, she signed up the student for a showcase and also picked out a leotard with the gym's logo for her. Kayla was behind the counter and my daughter had her credit card in hand. Kayla asked if she should charge the card on file. My daughter said, "No. That's my mom's card. Use this one." Handing over the physical card. I get a notification from my credit card that a purchase was just made. I immediately called my daughter (from my chemo chair, mind you) and asked what is going on with my card. Kayla admitted her error, apologized, and promised to refund my card immediately. Kayla then charged my daughter's card. Ok. Fine. Right? Well. Days go by, and I am not seeing my refund. I called the gym and Kayla again said she refunded the card. I asked a few questions and was able to determine that Kayla had refunded the wrong card. Yes. She charged the wrong card then refunded the wrong card. She asked me to give her a couple days to come up with a solution. When I called back 2 days later, I was told that Kayla now states my daughter authorized the charge to my card. All of us knew that was a lie. I got a bee in my bonnet over having a dag gum liar working so closely with children. I asked to speak to the owner and was told I would get a call from them the following day. The next day, Kayla called me. I again asked to speak to the owner and Kayla said she is the owner. At this point, I want nothing more to do with Kayla because she is a liar liar pants on fire. I ended the call and we began an email exchange so I would have written proof for my credit card dispute. I asked several times to speak to the owner. The owner refused to call me and also refused to meet with me during my granddaughter's class. The owner offered to meet with me face to face in a very limited and ridiculous window. I was unable to meet their demands and I may have said in an email that my granddaughter wasn't progressing and they aren't great. When I said that, Kayla responded that she would not be refunding my unauthorized charge. She further said my granddaughter is not welcome to finish the month of classes that I already paid for!! She is not welcome to her last three classes. No refunds will be issued and so by my account, I am out the $97.85 fraud charge and also about $75 in unused classes. Talk about shady! I hope they enjoy the money they defrauded a cancer grandma out of.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I chose RAD. There are much better options locally. Be wary taking your children here. They lack morals.
Edit to add. Within minutes of posting this review, I received an email from RAD threatening to sue me! It was written like a cease and desist order but lacked any real merit. They are literally threatening to sue me for revealing how shady they are! Watch who you let around your kids!!

In my opinion, not neurodivergent friendly. My autistic kiddo left traumatized and will never consider gymnastics again. He unfortunately associated his experience there with gymnastics as a whole. I think in general they are okay but if your kiddo is on the spectrum this is not the place.

My 10 year old son comes here for gymnastics once a week, we've been members here for almost 6 months or so, and we love it here. My son has type 1 diabetes and they've always been very sweet and accommodating. He's gained strength, flexibility and some coordination (he's the clumsiest kid I've ever seen LOL). He's not an athlete and he's not going to be entering any competitions anytime soon, but he really enjoys it and it has been helpful for him.
I also bring my kids to the open gym twice a month, too, where they can free play with other kids and do some activities and they look forward to it every time. Very reasonably priced and a great way to get the kids out of the house for a few hours on a Saturday.
Love this place! Recommended 😄

the coaches were nice but i felt that the good coaches only wanted to work with certain girls and favorite some and one day a coach said something very rude to a gymnasts which is not okay coaches should be there for all there girls and boys. whether they suck or are amazing at the sport the coaches should have done better and the girls were not the nicest they would goof off and make me not focus so i LEFT and they had no mind to tell me when i signed up that there will be 9-11 classes during the summer so my mom pulled me out because who’s families don’t work they have to afford up to 300$ a month alone for the classes plus there bills think of other people not your self and i’m very upset that i had to quit because they were a good gym but not the way that they treated the families. and quite honestly your bills were only paid because of the income coming from your gymnasts please pick smarter times i hate to see me and other gymnasts lose there love for the sport because of their parents not able to make it to the gym!

Took my 3 year old for a trial class. The coach came out in the middle of the class with her and said “she wasn’t ready” in front of everyone.. understandable but I don’t think that was the way to do so since the lady at the front desk had told me that the coach would come out after the class was done and would tell me how she did(privately, I was thinking.. but I guess not). Was recommended to do parent tot will do it but definitely not here. Had to walk out with my heartbroken child crying since she couldn’t get to finish the class with the other girls.

We have only been part of the gym family for just a few months and my daughter loves it! This is her first sport and she loves coming. Her coaches are amazing and are so personable. With whatever new thing they learn, they are so supportive and never put pressure on my daughter. Everyone at this gym is amazing! All coaches are talented!

My daughter has been going here for 2 years and she loves it here. They have great coaches and is improving every class. When she started she could barely do a cartwheel and now she is on her way to level 3. Cons: monthly prices, needs a receptionist, needs a bigger location/studio.

At times just felt like transaction. Especially when trying to unenroll you have to cancel by the 20th of the month. If not you get charged the intuition. Also,They stopped doing their updates after class after beginners class she accomplished up to intermediate. Id prefer find something more personal!

First trial visit went well... signed my daughter up but I’m skeptical I wasn’t too happy on the first day but I signed my daughter up because she seemed to have enjoyed it (moms can be a little critically opinionated). I didn’t like how I was greater but the gym teachers but I did like how they engaged with the children. Will update my review after the first month.

We have started our Daughter in the Summer Program and are so glad we did. It was a warm and inviting experience when we walked in the door. We are now wrapping up week two and our Daughter has learned so much. She is having an absolute blast and making friends. The coaches there seem to really care and the owners are just as involved and pleasant. They have gone above and beyond the CDC requirements. I couldn't imagine a more safe and comfortable environment for our daughter. RAD is truly a unique find and we are so lucky to have found them. 🙂

My daughter Emily has moved gyms 4 months ago. She come from AAU gym level 2, and has only competed a total of 4 competitions in her life time. She was only practicing 9h a week at the old gym. We were shopping around for a reputable USAG gym with knowledgeable coaches, that would take her to the level of training she so desperately wanted.
My husband and I are BEYOND impressed with everything we found at Rad Gymnastics. Emily has improved tremendously under coach Sorin, Anais and Adrian. Now at level 4 and practicing 20h a week. She couldn’t be happier! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gym, we drive over 30 min every day so she can train at Rads and we wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s worth it 🙌🏻

If I have learned one thing from over 7 years in competitive gymnastics, it is to listen to your athlete AND her/his coaches!!!!!! The most successful path you can put your child-athlete on is to find the right fit of child, coach and facility. My athlete has been a competitive team member with RAD gymnastics since the doors opened. We actually followed the Coaches/Owners from another well established gym to RAD Gymnastics because it was the right fit for my athlete. RAD is a place that any dedicated, hard working gymnast can THRIVE!!!! Gymnastics is a sport that injuries are common. The Coaches at RAD helped my athlete, and others on her team, work through significant injuries... being caring, patient and working her through a path of recovery that has her back on the mat. Whether you have a recreational interest or are looking for a competitive team environment; RAD Gymnastics is a place you should check out!!!!!

Many people get hurt at this gym and many people get hurt at other gyms, it’s just a thing that happens to gymnast. Coach Sorin and Anays have been my coaches for such a long time. They help me through any problems that I have, or if I’m scared with something they always encourage me. Many of these people may say some true things but most of those words are not the truth. The coaches work with EVERYONE and if your daughter doesn’t get to the next level it might be because she doesn’t work hard at gym. This gym will make you a better gymnast, inside and out. If you put fourth the effort then you will succeed. Attending this gym will not make you regret anything.

I’m sad to say that we ended on a very bad note. I stuck up for the coaches for years, but after telling my 10yr old daughter she was getting big, that was the last straw. My daughter has a six pack by the way, she wears two sizes smaller then she is. What a devastating thing to say to a young girl. The coaches would use other inappropriate language toward the girls. At first I thought they were just being tough coaches, it wasn’t until my daughter came home bawling crying and stopped wanting to even go to gymnastics (a sport she has absolutely loved for the past 4yrs) and told me a lot of the things being said. After knowing Sorin and Anays for years, we told them we were leaving. They responded with anger and blaming the girls, blaming the parents and not taking any responsibility for their actions. I feel the need to warn other parents with young, impressionable children that they need to pay attention if you have your kids here. If they start seeming sad, melancholy, and are losing joy for the sport it could be that these coaches are emotionally abusing them, telling them how horrible they are. Lastly my daughter broke two bones here. This, like any other sport, is a dangerous sport, but when my daughter is crying and her foot is swelling, you find out what’s wrong. You don’t tell her to, suck it up. My daughter has moved to a new facility and has learned three new skills in three weeks. She smiles all the time & is like a different child! I wish I would have paid closer attention sooner.

My daughter joined RAD gymnastics and was on Team she was a month away from level 6 meet season when she was injured at the RAD facility.
The coach failed to make sure the mats where aligned for her landing. ( most gyms have a foam pit while doing this skill). My daughter instructed the coach that the mats where messed up and he instructed her to do it that she would be fine.
WRONG she had a calcaneus fracture ( her heel plate) and Achilles tear.
I am not saying sports injuries do not happen it’s part of being an athlete. It’s how we were treated while she was in recovery that makes this gym not worth investing in.
During my daughters 6 month recovery the coaches stopped checking in on her, we were deleted from all RAD groups on social media, all the videos of my daughter where deleted. They had team pictures she wasn’t invited to so I have no picture as my level 6 gymnast. There was a team banquet my daughter was not invited to. Her brand new grips where used by other girls and now are to worn for her as she continues her gymnastics journey elsewhere.
I highly advise looking into a more equipped gym if your child is pursuing this sport.
The longer I am in the gymnastic world the more I learn about the coaches and I wish I did more research prior.

Great staff and amazing coaches. They go above and beyond for every child who comes here. My 6y/o has learned more in 2 months than a in a year at his previous facility. My 18m old is really catching on as well. The Mommy and Me class is top notch =)

My daughter has been going to this gym for over a year now. Started recreationally and now in team competition level. She fell in love with gymnastics and I give credit to the staff here at Rad. The coaches do a great job of teaching the basics and building the core foundation to be ready for any level your child desires to achieve. They push the gymnast's to do their best and always strive for excellence.
